“I really love this place and the overall customer service. One of the employees does have some difficulty understanding English, but it’s clear that he’s doing his best, and I truly appreciate his effort. I’ve been here more than ten times, and I always receive excellent service—except for one time when I got a smaller portion of food, but that was completely fine. The manager was very kind and even offered me a free drink and a cookie.

They do a great job preparing the food, and since it’s right in front of the school, it’s a perfect lunch spot. I want to recommend this place to everyone and sincerely thank all the employees. The restaurant is clean, and I really appreciate the free drinks. I’ll definitely be coming back again tomorrow!“

“This is a very nice location. Staff are friendly and food is good. Restaurant is clean and tidy. The only thing I do not like is they try to sell you any condiments or extra sauce. 50 cents for a small container of honey mustard on top of an $11 sandwich is excessive.“

The workers were having a difficult time with being harassed by a customer repeatedly placing an order and canceling and calling and complaining. I feel very strongly that these employees did their absolute best to remain professional and courteous while not allowing a potential scammer to defraud the establishment. “There are so many things to say about this perfect establishment but I’ll keep it short. The absolute chef that is CJ perfectly made my sandwich I was absolutely stuffed when I left. CJ stuffed my sandwich with toppings and was very welcoming. When I left I found myself with not just a new friend but a brother.“

“So the service at this location is good. It's always just a little bit backed up because there's so many people that come through, but the food typically comes out good. Sometimes the sauces are coated a little too much for my liking. If you choose the preference of light, you know, they might still overdo or if you choose a lot, they might underdo it, I've came to this place before. Multiple times in person and/or multiple times online? And so yeah, the situation usually varies depending on the staff, which shouldn't be the case. You know what I mean, it should be consistent. “I go to a lot of sandwich shops. I can literally say I've been to almost every Potbelly in the DFW area. For that matter, I've also been to Jimmy John's and to Jersey Mikes.
I do a lot of service calls for all these chains.
I will have to say that, for the most part, I was a Jersey Mike's person.

Ashley(the GM) and the crew made changed my mind.
The sub I got here was the best I have had since Publix (for those who are uninitiated lookem up when in Florida)
Shout out to Reilly ( she was the one to make the sandwich), and the place is always emaculate.
Very clean, very friendly. I have never seen trash or an item out of place. I live about 30 minutes away, but I will bring my family here just for the quality of service and food.
