“Faith is the best employee EVER. SO KIND, greeted me with a smile, and got my order right. this is the best employee the fast food industry has ever seen. I hope <-(get it) that she get a raise because of her service.

“Well this morning roughly about 7:00am I ordered the chicken & sausage bowl meal. Well when I arrived at my job site that’s about 10min from Chick-fil-A I park my truck & I was about to eat my bowl of goodness.. take it for granted I do not eat breakfast in the morning. Well I had it on my lap and soon as I was about to open the hot sauce my bowl fell all over on my lap. I was so angry at my self.... lol well I decided to head back to the location ware I bought my breakfast from went there the drive threw and ask for the same order did little that I know I told them what happen I did not expect them to give me a free bowl I had every intention to buy the bowl. But when I arrived to pick up my food. They said don’t worry about it it’s on us. All I have to say is that y’all have amazing staff. And thank you. I’ll be doing my good deed today. And thank you for the amazing breakfast. I’ll be Definitely be stopping by this location more often“

She was super friendly, very outgoing, smiled just overall displayed one in a million customer service with my encounter with her in the drive thru 9/18/24 1pm, You are awesome! Service is phenomenal, and the young lady waiting on us was even better. She was sweet.
I almost always give them a 5 for service. MCD gets a 3 or 4, but most doctor's offices in Houston get a 1 or 2. Go figure. The fast food industry has done a great job in service.“
