“I can honestly say this Starbucks has the best management team I’ve ever seen. The entire store runs so smoothly — they’re incredibly efficient, well-organized, and professional, which makes every visit a pleasure.

What really stands out is how kind and personable the staff are. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles, and you can tell the management sets the tone by creating such a positive environment. Even when it’s busy, they handle everything with speed and care, and orders come out fast without ever sacrificing quality.“

“This store is still on point, every time I come here they are doing the whole community mission. I was cranky this morning because some old man was sitting there chatting forever with the barista who honestly was doing a damn good job with the community thing chatting that I was just cranky. I told him I'm just cranky when he asked how I'm doing and that was like that took forever. I just got an energy drink cuz I just wanted to keep moving but then I realized I have a lot of congestion and I need a hot coffee so I got back in line and then he was like I got you man don't worry and then he comped me a coffee. The Starbucks community mission is very difficult considering the volume they do but Griffin Walkes the line with a nice demeanor. Griffin for president of the United States for his diplomacy.“

“I love this store, I have been treated the way I treat other people. They are just amazing. I don’t give them 10 stars because the option is to give them only 5. I’m not changing this store and will be a regular for long time if everything is going the same!

“Staff was so nice for having to work the day after Christmas! 🎄
The only thing I would ask is to have a trash can on the patio or at least right inside the patio door. Then maybe jerky people wouldn't throw their trash in the bushes.“

“I have been coming to this location almost daily for the past couple of years. I order the exact same drink every time, Venti Upside Down Iced Caramel Macchiato with a caramel wall ☺️. I'm always greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. The entire team is amazing, nothing but good vibes every visit. Great customer service will definitely keep me loyal to this location. Even though they're just awesome like that, them remembering my name and order really makes me smile.“

“It's Starbucks. It's the same at every location.

Vegetarian options: Basic stuff.

Dietary restrictions: You know what you can and can't eat. All you have to do is explain your order.

Parking: Basic number of spots

Kid-friendliness: It's not McDonald's Playland, but if a kid enjoys coffee, tea, or smoothie, then they should be happy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Seems easy to get in and out, but I'm not in a wheelchair so I don't have first hand experience.“

“I just had the best experience! My son is in a swim meet this morning and I didn’t want his drink to melt so I bought a stainless steel cup! Berry with a beautiful smile offered to rinse it out and even put my ice in it! I didn’t want to ask bc that isn’t their job! But when she offered I was completely thrilled! When I went to get the food and drink I had already ordered Murray was like here let me give you a bag with a handle! Their customer service and bright smiles sure did make for a super positive experience! Thank you ladies!“

“This is one of the best starbucks in houston. They maintain a communal area. Gives nice area for the customers to gather or students study. It's great to see it's not being sacrificed like others. Scaling down to drive through and pick up orders only.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks. The whole staff is kind --even after a couple of weeks of not showing up they still remember my name and my son (not sure if they put notes or they are extremely awesome) but I am floored. “Always great service and drink but during my visit, this location is a little small for seating and the floor needed cleaning.. there were many staff members on site but I noticed the guest were sweeping and picking up not the staff.. maybe one is better off doing a drive thru here.. just my observation..“

“It’s Monday morning, and honestly, getting out of bed felt impossible. I came to Starbucks half-asleep, convinced only coffee could wake me up. Usually, I don’t think twice about my Starbucks stops or the staff, but today Justice completely changed that.

They recently added a feature where you can see the barista while ordering in the drive-through, and Justice was smiling the entire time. He even took a moment to ask if I had any exciting plans for the day — and while I didn’t, that small question snapped me out of my morning fog and made me feel seen. It was such a simple gesture, but it genuinely turned my morning around.

“l have been goin here for years and stopped for while because they never get my drink right ! And now that I have started back coming here they have not been open when I come by at 630-645am! Not sure if they are understaffed for not ! I miss the other manager they had there he was the best they moved him south of 45“
