I was getting my car fixed next door @RinconCar, a/c stop working this past Friday. I went over for a burger & DAMN that was a good burger. The fries and onion rings were cooked to perfection. 🤤 I got no pictures kuz ya boi was hungry. Got me a double cheeseburger.“

“We visited this location at noon, last Sunday and it was PACKED and the drive through was wrapped around as well. Standing room only inside however we managed to get a table and gave ours to an older couple when they were walking in as we were done. Anyway, I just wanted to say our first visit here was nothing short of amazing. All of the employees looked to be younger and they were all so friendly, all had genuine smiles and our service was excellent with a very small wait time. Great job!“

“What an excellent halal place in Plano. The food is very authentic despite being a burger joint. Every burger is very unique and flavorful. If you don't like your burger bland then this is the place to go. And the spice options will really make you salivate. I recommend House burger, Dallas burger, Chicken Cayenne burgers, but you'll probably not be disappointed with any of the options. And the fries are just simply outstanding. This place will give any burger joints a run for their money. Highly recommended.“

“I like that they have a later breakfast cutoff than other places, so in the drive thru I ordered a chicken biscuit along the rest of our order. I thought the price seemed high for a breakfast sandwich, then I got home and realized they gave me the regular sandwich on a bun. It was really good though! And it was a fair price for the full sandwich. I also liked the limited time strawberry lemonade. I’ll come back to try the chicken biscuit because all the other food was delicious.“

“My husband and I were there 8/27/22. The food was good but the place was a mess. Food on the floor. Garbage bin running over so we could not use it. Lots of help(kids) just Messing around acting silly and loud. Drink station dirty and condiments need tending. We have been here before and witnessed the same thing. It needs cleaning and some adult supervision. I’ve never written a review before but after experiencing this here before I felt I needed to inform someone. All this doesn’t make me want to come back. A manager in training tried and seemed to be only person really working as the kids just seemed oblivious to helping.“

“The wife and I after spending a day together that was well deserved from our rushing day to day duties as most others are. The day was coming to an end and it was rather nice. We decided to stop somewhere quick and we came upon this place. At first glance inside I will admit I was judging and in a negatively perceived way as is my downfall occasionally. To my surprise it was one of the best cheeseburgers I have eaten in sometime. Truly good with wonderful employees. I would recommend for a quick sit down and a good burger.“

“Now, it's been quite some time since I've been in Philly, but I'm gonna say that Big Tony's is the closest to the real thing I've found outside of Jim's in Philly itself. There's some good cheesesteak places around Dallas, but this one is really special. The bread is soft but slightly chewy, and the way it absorbs the steak and cheese to create that magical texture on the bottom of the sandwich.

And the amount of items on the menu here, wow! You could go here for a month straight and get a different variation each time. And they have burgers too! I'll definitely be back.“

“If you've never been to Griff's or had a Griff's burger, you gotta go! Their burgers are a little pricey compared to other fast food spots, but they're SOOOO good and well worth the money! I just went to Griff's recently, and I was very happy to see that they now also serve Jr. Griff's Burgers! These are basically slightly smaller Griff's Burgers that are much more affordable. The only real downside to Griff's is that they don't have as many locations as similar fast restaurants.“

“Really fantastic burger spot. Everything is fresh and made with care. I had a patty melt and onion rings. The onion rings were so crispy, I was surprised that every single one of them still had structural integrity after taking multiple bites. The patty melt was also not greasy and just all around great. Spent about $21 for the sandwich, onion rings and a medium drink. I think it was well worth the visit.“

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “I live in Wylie however I drive to murphy anytime I get chick-fil-a. Their food is always SO fresh and cooked correctly. Their service is very professional and they’re always so kind to me and conversate when time allows. They are quick to apologize for any inconvenience (which is RAREEE) and make it right however they possibly can. I don’t typically write reviews but this location absolutely deserves it! The menu offered a great variety of options, and our server was knowledgeable and friendly, guiding us toward some excellent choices without ever making us feel rushed. When the food arrived, it exceeded our expectations. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, clearly prepared by a kitchen that takes real pride in its craft. The portions were generous and the quality was outstanding from the appetizers right through to dessert. “I went to the location off west 15th and Alma in Plano and it was not open. I placed an order to be ready at 7:40am but the store was closed.
I called up this location to see if they would be able to help and the lady's there were super nice and helpful!! They took the information for my order and made it for me.

“I was having a very bad day and I came into Arby’s and asked the manager can I use the restroom? He said sure he made me feel right at home when I first came in. At first I wasn’t gonna get no food. I just wanted to use the restroom and leave out the store is so clean. I don’t even see a chrome on the floor. The customer service is awesome and just amazing so I advised anybody to eat here because it is a very clean restaurant and Ray told me that guy got me and everything was gonna be OK and one of the customers in the buying me something to eat so I just had to do my survey a very good manager very nice. The staff was very nice to me and also I’m homeless.“

“This place has the best wings with so many choices! i was truly suprised to be met with the manager, David, in such a warm, welcoming way. He made sure that we were all taken care of and came often to our table to check on us. Anything we needed, he got it for us. We even got a complimentary cheese cake that was so delicious! I am going back and give this place my business. i want to try all their different flavors! The portions were so generous, and even the French fries were absolutely the best!!“

“I wish I lived closer to this location because I would come here all the time. I took my grandmother and my toddler here for lunch and the service was wonderful. I wish I got his name, but I assume he was a manager, was incredibly nice and attentive to our table. He interacted with my son more than once and even brought him out some sour cream to help him enjoy his quesadilla more. He also brought him out an after lunch treat. It was very sweet and I don't receive that level of service from restaurants where you tip waiters so I really appreciated it.“

Well, the drink was on the house after I doubled back and tried to buy a drink and he just gave it to me. Great team, great food, great value!“
