“The staff is always friendly, but they don’t have enough workers because it takes forever to get waited on and forever to get your food. I was served burned okra and my sweet tea tasted off, just a weird taste almost tasted dirty. They did include the fork for my mashed potatoes, but no napkins at all.“

“Jessica provided top notch service during a road trip pit stop! We had chicken tenders & roasted chicken - both were moist & juicy! Not typical of gas station restaurant. To top it off....she didn't like the way our mashed potatoes looked (they tasted good) so she made a fresh batch & hand delivered to the table.“

“I never had issues with Raising Cane’s until recently. I needed to break a $100 so I paid cash for a $15.04 meal. It took a while for the first window to return my change at some point she referred back to her co-worker in regards of the change to give back, I even noticed the lady returning my change counting on her fingers..(which is fine). I get to the second window, receive my food and I pulled up like I always do to make sure I have everything. Well I was missing $4 from my change. I went back in line and informed them of what just transpired. The manager checked the system and informed me that everything looks good and everything equals out. My response was that I am missing $4 and I only received 80.96 back. She again checked the system and again stated everything looked right. At this point I’m bothered. I then tell her look I’m missing $4 from my change I have no reason to lie or try to steal money. She then stated that she would give me the $4 and she took my name and number. Yes she handled the situation great but I was bothered at her informing me that the system was right or equal and that nothing is off TWO times. Clearly they were off because the change I received was incorrect.“

“Went to Bushs Chicken in Forney the other day. I used to work in central Texas many years ago and went to BC all the time. I only recently found out there’s one in Forney. Its about 25-30 miles from where I live, but it was worth every penny. The food, staff, and cleanliness was immaculate. I am looking forward to visiting again very soon!“

The doordash app wasn't showing the new summer flavors of blizzards so I ordered regular blizzards and talked to him over the phone and he changed them to the new summer flavors I wanted. Additional, he packaged it with care and secured it to where it was safe and fresh/cold to be delivered. Thank You Landon! Give this guy a raise!😁“

“Went through the drive through as soon as they had opened on a Saturday, they were super friendly, asked if we were taking our dog for a walk and gave us a free small cup of water without being asked, it was super sweet and very appreciated she drank a lot of it!“

“I am vegan and I had the no meat sandwich, minus cheese. The grilled portobello and all veggie sandwich was so tasteful!

As well, the employees were very nice and attentive. And, the store was very clean.

“The coolest part of this sonic is the car hops on skates, you don't see this much anymore. Service has been very fast the few times I've come here. Their downfall is sometimes they don't have certain slushie flavors available and as others have said, they're pretty stingy with food. I ordered tots and they weren't completely full...I'm used to having the little tot holder full with a couple in the bottom of the bag. But, what they lack in filling up your food, they make up for in fast and friendly service.“

“Chic-fil-a is always good service and food any location I go to. 8/30/25 update. Unfortunately the drive thru was in shambles because of the rain. It is fully understandable why you don't put people out in the rain. But the order board was not being used. Which makes no sense. Then I was asked to pay for a second time. The manager on duty messed up big time. Again this is not the norm.“

“I can’t speak for every Sonic, but this one right here is in a league of its own. From the management to the crew, everyone carries themselves with such professionalism and care — it really shows. The service is always on point, the food’s consistently great, and you can tell they take pride in what they do.

It’s refreshing to see a team that actually values their customers and works hard to make every visit a good one. Grateful for this location — and let’s be honest, their mozzarella sticks? Way too good for their own good period! 💯👌🏽🤤“

“We stopped and ordered curbside on our way through. Our food was out very quickly and it was about 11:30... they were busy. The young man that brought our food our was very polite! One of our burgers wasnt in the bag, it wasn't a big deal. I ran inside... he forgot to put it in the bag and was very apologetic. The eating area was very nice and clean from what I could tell. No big deal and we were back on the road!“

“That spicy chicken sandwich is delicious indeed it comes only with pickles and cheese so you might want to add a salad side and put that in it for more flavor, the French fries also had delicious flavor. “This Jack in the Box has really nice staff and the food is consistently good. We usually get the tacos here. They're pretty good. “Y'all really saved the day. Wife ordered pizza for girls soccer team in Ennis from an inferior competitor Little Caesars. Ordered and paid for food at 5pm. 7 still no pizza. Walked in to your location 7:28 walked out with 10 hot fresh made correct pizzas by 7:42 on my way to meet team in Ennis. Way to go guys. “I really enjoy the lemonade and wraps at this place! The prices are affordable, and I’m eager to try their soups soon. Their salads are good, though there is too much lettuce than meat, but still satisfyingly healthy and quick for those days when I don’t feel like cooking.“
