My girlfriend and I came into Left’s Lobster House in Addison on New Year’s Eve looking forward to some great seafood, and thanks to Paco, the evening turned into something truly special.
I had recently undergone wrist surgery, which made things like cracking a classic seafood bucket a bit challenging. Without hesitation, Paco went above and beyond — not only providing attentive, friendly service throughout the night, but personally helping crack the seafood with absolute professionalism and care. It was done seamlessly, respectfully, and with a level of attention to detail that made us feel genuinely looked after.
Beyond that, Paco was exceptional in every way: our glasses were never empty, the service was perfectly timed, and his energy elevated the entire experience. He struck that rare balance of being attentive without ever being intrusive, and by the end of the night, our hearts were just as full as our plates.
If you’re ever in the neighborhood, I cannot recommend Paco enough. He truly represents the pinnacle of what customer service should be, and Left’s Lobster House is lucky to have him. We’ll absolutely be back — and we’ll be asking for Paco.“

“At the Grapevine location in Harvest Hall, this was the best stall option out of the few our group tried. My gluten-sensitive husband ordered their daily special of loaded fried that were topped with steak, shrimp, and lobster. The garlic aioli was a bit strong, but tasty! It was a bit pricey, but so were all the other stalls and at least at this vendor you get lobster! See the picture in the comment!“

“Soooooooo good! My husband and I frequent the FW location, and been to Arlington location once. So when we found out about Coppell location (closer to us), we knew we needed to go.
We had the grilled salmon (traditional) plate, side of hushpuppies, lobster roll with fries and everything was insanely good! This location turned out to be our favorite, no doubt.
The employee that took our order was cool and helpful to everyone.

“My wife and I absolutely love Fish City Grill - Prosper. The food is always fresh and consistent. The service has always been fantastic. Last night, we had the pleasure of having Shelby for our server. She was great as usual. She’s always friendly and attentive.

I want to recognize the assistant manager, Michael, for going above and beyond in his service. We asked our friends to join us because we were there last week and they had a coconut shrimp appetizer special. Upon arrival, we learned that the special ended a few days ago and they were out of shredded coconut. Knowing we were disappointed, Michael went out and got the shredded coconut so they could prepare the appetizer. WOW! That’s service that stands out! The coconut shrimp was fantastic as usual.

The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. The food was fresh and full of flavor, and our waiter made the experience even better with great energy and friendly conversation. He even surprised me with a slice of cheesecake for my birthday — such a thoughtful touch! I’ll definitely be back and they stay open very very late! I didn’t know that.“

“Al Biernat's North needs no introduction. It carries a reputation for top-notch food and a dining experience orchestrated by an attentive staff. But this latest visit was especially gratifying for us because, well, it essentially was a "break glass in case of emergency" moment. Long story short, our original plans this evening fell apart at the very last minute. (Without naming names, let's just say there's a particular steakhouse and seafood destination in Addison that might want to take a closer look at their reservation-booking software... but I digress.) We knew Al Biernat's North was less than two miles away and we decided to try our luck at getting a table. Now, even though we were last at this Al Biernat's six days ago, their menu is so varied, their service is so refined and the atmosphere is so invigorating, that we did not mind coming here twice in the same week. Quite the contrary; we were jazzed to be able to do so. Because, really, the fantastic service starts from the minute you walk in the door. I've commented on the front desk staff before but it bears repeating that they are quite excellent in greeting guests and providing an awesome "first impression" for everyone walking through the door. We were also quite fortunate to be seated with Tanner, who remains an absolute marvel of a server. Quick with the service and able to project a positivity that could fill the entire Owl Room (which, by the way, having never been seated in the Owl Room until now... I really dig it!), Tanner continues to be an essential member of the Al Biernat's North team. Sincerest thanks and appreciation to the team here for not only rescuing our evening plans, but for also making for an exceptional night out. We ordered the necked clam, the braised eggplant, the oyster and tofu soup, and the salted and pepper noodle fish. The portions were bigger than anticipated. We did think the seafood tasted fresh, but we didn’t order anything from the fish tanks. If you like seafood, I would recommend giving this restaurant a chance.“

We were greeted by the lovely hosts and their sweet smiles!
Sofia, was incredibly sweet…she got us checked in and seated almost immediately which made us feel welcomed right away. She walked us over to our table and congratulated my guest for their birthday!!
We were seated in a separate room by the entrance, which we loved!!! We had a perfect view of the main dining room, not too loud, we still got to enjoy the live band from afar!
Quickly after being sat we were greeted by our server assistant (I believe his name was Anthony, if I’m remembering correctly), who offered us water and brought out bread! Delicious by the way!! He was amazing about keeping our waters refilled at all times and getting plates out of our way!!
I will say props to him! Even though the room was pretty full he seemed to be handling it all on his own!
Right after, our waitress, Sophie, greeted us!! She was fantastic!!! Very friendly, polite, and attentive. She made sure everything was taken care of and checked in at all the right moments without ever feeling intrusive. The food was absolutely amazing, and you can really tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. We will be back and will request her!! She was phenomenal!

In addition, the managers Wendy and Steff were very present, which really elevated the experience. The service, atmosphere, and food were all excellent. We felt well taken care of and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

“I am indeed a foodie and very picky about restaurants in the DFW area. However, Chef Gorji met my high standards with foods that were amazingly prepared. You can't go wrong with whatever you order but the Sea Bass and Vegetarian Lasagna had me wanting more. The grill vegetables were so well prepared I was left shocked by the seasoning he used.
