“Server visibly not happy we were there for restaurant week. Made gesture when he had to get a different menu. No server at the table for 12-minutes initially. Had to ask to place a drink order. We were a party of five and three of the drinks were incorrect. Other servers seemed to move about energetically with a smile, but that was not our experience. Worth another try but if we got the same server would ask for a change.“

“I've been to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse both in Texas and in Beverly Hills California this place is on another level the service and the meal we're more than excellent.

My server sky what's the temperature to our every need and the manager chuck came by just to make sure everything was great.

“Four of us dined at Arthur's during Restaurant Week and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. The service was outstanding throughout the evening. We sampled a range of dishes—including lump crab cakes, steak, salmon, and chocolate mousse—and each one was expertly prepared and full of flavor. The sauces accompanying some of the entrées were especially exceptional, adding the perfect finishing touch to an already delicious meal.“

“My husband and I dined here with my MIL. The 3 of us celebrated our respected wedding anniversaries because my husband and I got married on what would’ve been the 50th wedding anniversary for my in-laws. Since my FIL past away, we’ve continued to make sure he is still a big part of all of us. This means a lot to my MIL. Our whole experience at Knife Plano was incredible! We were greeted warmly as we entered and were seated. Our main server, Jason, was prompt and smooth as he catered to us. The appetizer we chose, shrimp cocktail was the best we have had. Our steak entrees were perfectly cooked and paired well with the side dish of onion rings. I ordered the salmon and would order it again without hesitation. Our dessert was crème brûlée and the portion was bigger than we’ve had at other fine dining establishments. That was delicious, too! We look forward to dining here again very soon!“

Made reservations for an early dinnner (4:30)and when we got there we’re told the main dinning hall doesn’t open till 5pm.

You should notify folks making reservations that they will have to sit at the tall bar table and listen to live music, close up if they book prior to 5.“

“The owner, Randy, circulated through the restaurant, greeting people. He sounded like a foghorn. It was very distracting each time he greeted another table, to the point I had to say something to the waiter. I know he's having a hard time, but he's also creating an issue“

“This location on the Dallas Pkwy is the example all other steak houses need to follow. Everyone, from manager Phillip, to Consuela bartendering, are just amazing. I mean EVERYONE is joyful, the food is fantastic, the steak was melt-in-mouth perfect. Service is just top notch. “We had my Birthday dinner and enjoyed the food but I felt it was a very crowed dinning room so it a little noisy. We loved our waitress she was so friendly and helpful! Unfortunately forgot her name! We didn't realize there was a small Sushi Bar in the restaurant which is so fun!! All in all loved our evening experience!!“

“We dined at Del Frisco’s for Thanksgiving lunch. We’ve made reservations for holidays for many years. This was our first at the restaurant. Best service and the best steak we’ve had. Such a great experience, we will be back soon!“
