“I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. I am not writing this review for the food. I think (at least for me) that part is a given, phenomenal food. I am writing this for the service. The manager working that night Ari, came table to table talking to everyone. As he was coming to our table i thought i knew how our interaction was going to go, but he surprised us. I wont go into details as some things we should keep to maintain the specialness of the moment. But he made my daughter and her mom feel extra special, put a smile on my face and left a lasting impression.

So this post is more for Capital Grill, please keep Ari and folks like him around for as long as you can, and i cant wait to return for our next dining experience.“

“I wanted to give thanks to our server, Trevor!. My wife and I came here for our anniversary. We don't usually go to fancy places, and we felt a little out of place, but Trevor met us where we were at and made us feel very comfortable and accommodated. The food was phenomenal, but the service was even better. We both got the Filet with various veggies/sides. The Mac and Cheese is incredible!. “Outback Steakhouse in Addison has consistently provided quality food, terrific service, and a welcoming atmosphere for its customers for several years.

As I ventured back to this restaurant, I was impressed with the freshly prepared bread. It was crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy within. Staples like this bread and several other entrees listed on their menu entice numerous friends, families, and loved ones to return once again.

I recommend you try their various selections of steak. I enjoyed and devoured the New York strip, with a topping of fried onion petals and melted cheese. The loaded baked potato, potato soup, as well as the roasted zucchini, squash, and carrots were perfect compliments to my meal. I urge you to indulge yourself in the Wallaby Darned, a frosty peach cocktail favorite. For dessert, the rich 6 layered chocolate tower cake will satisfy your sweet tooth.“

“My husband and I dined here with my MIL. The 3 of us celebrated our respected wedding anniversaries because my husband and I got married on what would’ve been the 50th wedding anniversary for my in-laws. Since my FIL past away, we’ve continued to make sure he is still a big part of all of us. This means a lot to my MIL. Our whole experience at Knife Plano was incredible! We were greeted warmly as we entered and were seated. Our main server, Jason, was prompt and smooth as he catered to us. The appetizer we chose, shrimp cocktail was the best we have had. Our steak entrees were perfectly cooked and paired well with the side dish of onion rings. I ordered the salmon and would order it again without hesitation. Our dessert was crème brûlée and the portion was bigger than we’ve had at other fine dining establishments. That was delicious, too! We look forward to dining here again very soon!“

“Dinner was excellent! The best crab cakes ever. I really enjoyed the Cioppino with lots of seafood and a wonderful spicy tomato broth. The ambience of the restaurant is also very special. Most of the finer steak restaurants today are very loud and lack a warm inviting atmosphere.“

“Yard House has consistently delivered a pleasant lunch and dinner experience each time I have returned. The restaurant is located within a hotspot for dining and entertainment. Yard House prepares their food with tender love and care, and flavors that keep customers returning for more. Their service is welcoming, informative, and highly attentive. Yard House provides a nice atmosphere to hangout solo, or with friends, family, and loved ones.

I encourage you to sample a beer or cocktail along with a selection of appetizers and an entree. I recommend the chicken tortilla soup, parmesan truffle fries, boneless chicken wings, lobster garlic noodles, and their new Korean ribeye marinated in sweet soy sauce and ginger.“

“Ate in the bar area at outback last night and it was the first time in a long time I've witnessed employees genuinely smiling and taking care of customers. Also saw the teamwork of they helping each other if someone needed something and their server was busy. Food was great but so refreshing to see happy employees!“

“This location on the Dallas Pkwy is the example all other steak houses need to follow. Everyone, from manager Phillip, to Consuela bartendering, are just amazing. I mean EVERYONE is joyful, the food is fantastic, the steak was melt-in-mouth perfect. Service is just top notch. Appetizers : steak / wagu on toast, tuna tartar was like butter.
The wine list
Service was good.
Mashed potatoes - falls in the top 3.
Brussel sprouts were really good: though next day I reheated in a pan with garlic and honey, kicked it up a few notches.

Bad: not much.

Crab cakes were ok.

We did say we all had hopes it would be the best steaks we've had. I had the bone in filet, daughter had the prime NY strip. We were unanimous that we like Perry's and my steaks at home better.“

“A very welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful house and grounds. The food is very good. Generous sides, and appetizers. Great cocktails and desserts Daniel, our server, was very cordial, pleasant, and attentive. We will be returning with family members in tow.

Parking: We get there early, so parking was not an issue.

Kid-friendliness: Randy’s is a very family friendly restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker. There is a very spacious accommodating ramp from the parking lot to the front door.“

I had a steak and my wife had the seabass. Both were well prepared.

“Love love love. Our waitress Dawn was a GEM!! She was beautiful and EFFICIENT!! FOOD WAS AMAZINGGGGGGGGG. I CAN NOT WAIT TO RETURN. I originally came for my fav dallas band whom I see every trip to dallas but I had added this to my top 3 fav spots. Lemon drop martini were perfection. The chicken and waffles were orgasmic. The greens were so good we had to order 3 more servings. Highly recommend for the grown folks stepping out.“

“To be honest, service was lacking today. Got drinks with no straws. After she returned we asked for straws with our drinks. Service was slow. I understand it was a little busy. We had a ten minute wait till seated. But after we left there was many empty tables around us. No complaints at all about the food. Honestly, you can never find anything wrong with the food. We only got one refill and spent the remainder of our stay thirsty. I was very disappointed at the end of the day.“
