“We had a fantastic experience with Grace's Tiers over the weekend. We ordered two birthday cakes and to say they were amazing just doesn't do them justice. The cakes were beautiful and delish! The customer service and atmosphere at the shop is phenomenal and we will absolutely be back!“
“Food was spectacular, bread was delicious and the service with Patrick was excellent. We had bruschetta,Gnocchi with mushrooms,Eggplant parmigiana and the pear ice cream dessert. I’m going to have my 70th birthday celebration there!Loved it!“
“Me and my wife went for our wedding anniversary. The food was amazing. I got the sea bass and came with Wasabi potatoes. Amazing dish. My wife got the lobster risotto she enjoyed it. We also shared a millionares baked potato and was also amazing. The drinks weren't the best but everything else was great. They also gave us a complementary desert which was also delicious.“
“Coco tacos are great. It the only thing I get so I can't speak to the remainder of the menu. The thing that annoys me is tipping in the drive through. Like so many other fast food places they do the handheld device thing that allows for tipping.“
“One of the best Mexican spots in DFW. The tamales are so good here. I had a pork, beef & black bean tamale. All so good. Food comes out really fast too.The chocolate tamale was my favorite. One of the best chocolate desserts I’ve tried. Such a rich, chocolatey taste + the apple cinnamon tamale was also amazing. The refried beans are so hot and taste really good!Don’t skip dessert tamales here! I will definitely be returning a second time.Pictured is the chocolate and apple cinnamon tamale.“
“Short version:Beautiful place, awkward start, very good food.Long Version:This visit was quite interesting. On Easter Sunday, just after noon, I expected this place to be packed. However, we were seated immediately and there were very few occupied tables. The building is very nicely done on the outside, and there is plenty of parking. Inside, it has a very elegant feel with stone and dark wood throuout and modern lighting fixtures. There is a beautiful bar set to the side with its own seating and even a semi-private area beyond it. I noticed a completely private room to the left of the entry which looks inviting for private lunch/dinner meetings. They have effectively used a lot of glass windows to create an uncongested feel. The thing that really struck me as a first impresssion is how we were seated and what happened next. Nothing. The entire restaurant is set up with completely blank tables, which creates a very uneasy feeling that we were there before they were open or ready for us. Not even a center piece or even salt and pepper. The Hostess placed a menus for the two of us and we just sat. It was very quiet and they did have music playing softly, but there was no real buzz or excitement. So, for 5 minutes we just sat. A lady did stop by and place a basket of chips and a couple small salsas and did say a polite 'hello'. Then, we continued to sit, without contact or even a napkin for 10 minutes. I only mention this because it was really uncomfotable. We saw a busser pass through and two waiters who pushed a few tables together for a 10 top family that was coming and ran food to the bar table. Still, just walking by and not even looking at us. Just odd. Finally, a waiter stopped and asked if we needed something to drink. He did not introduce himself which makes an odd situation even more odd. Yes, chips & salsa with no napkins, etc was awkward and making us thirsty. We ordered the queso with beef and sodas. Here is where it gets better. When he very quickly brought the queso he provided a utensil roll. At that time he asked about ordering. I asked for recommendations and he very estutely inquired about what I was looking for. He provided a primary and secondary recommdation. I asked about another item in comparison and he stuck with his primary as a choice, so that's what I ordered. Well done. The menu is extensive and diverse. Quite a few options. The food came out in a timely manner and both items we ordered were quite good and pleasantly suprising on portion size. Both of us could only eat about half. We had the Cocina Changa and the Pollo Moderno. We very much enjoyed the presentation and flavor or the food. The Moderno lets you create your own rolls with the pico/guac/ and the sauteed veggies or onion, mushroom and cabbage make for a fun and engaging experience and crafted to your own taste. The rice with the Moderno was delicious, too. The Changas (combo beef and chicken as our choice) were quite good and quite large. The chicken edged out the beef, I believe but both are quite good. When we werew done, the waiter brought a tray with to go containers so we didn't have to ask. Then, he took our items, packaged them for us in very nice folding boxes, added a bag of fresh chips and salsa container, and placed in a very nice to-go bag (impressive and classy). As a side note, the bathrooms were also very modern, well kept, and clean. The buzz only picked up slightly while we were there, but still remained very quiet. So even though I made some interesting observations because of the slightly odd experience, I will definetely return and recommend to others.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessable“
“This bakery is truly exceptional. The baked goods offered here are not only delicious, but also demonstrate a great level of creativity and fun. The owner of this establishment maintains a cool and authentic demeanor, never succumbing to unnecessary pretense or insincerity. It is truly refreshing to encounter someone who values genuine interactions over the superficiality often associated with customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed the “birth” cake I ordered a few years ago for a special occasion, as it was expertly crafted and brought immense joy to all. Thank you for being safe and cool.“
“It was alright. We had a large group, and it was super crowded so service wasn't that great. I ordered a simple quesadilla, and it was tasty, but super greasy. The queso was awesome and the chips were on point. Overall it was pretty good!Vegetarian options: Basically a couple weird vegetable dishes and a quesadilla. I think you could modify other dishes to exclude meat, but their up-front options are not appetizing at least to meKid-friendliness: Don't bring kids, it's very cramped. Outside would probably be alright.“
“We live in Louisiana, but I grew up in dfw. Every time we come to town this is our first stop. Having celiac disease makes travel soooo hard but I would travel just to be able to dine here. Awesome experience every single time! And gluten free beer!!“
“We love this Joe’s pizza and pasta in Watauga. The spaghetti is excellent as is the pizza. Absolutely love the homemade house dressing that they have for their salads. The service is top notch also. It’s a great place, reasonably priced with excellent food.“
“If you’re looking for comfort food and a relaxing/casual dinning experience, then this is the place for you. When you walk through the doors you’re immediately greeted by a display of homemade cakes and pastries. I would highly recommend the red velvet cake. The crystalized sugar, sprinkled on the frosting is DELICIOUS.The portions are large, and well priced. The service was excellent. I found the staff to be very attentive. Seating is done after you place your order, so there is no holding tables. There is plenty of seating available, whether you opt for indoor or outdoor seating. We enjoyed the live music while we ate dinner. I love that this is a family owned restaurant. Bravo, on all your hard work!“
“Love their Key Lime Pie, especially since they have it daily year round! We even get Key Lime Pie at Christmas. Love it. They have regular 9” pies, 4” pie that you can get in a 4 pack to mix and match flavors, and packs of 2” pies for a party.“
“Ribs are amazing! Better than I can make at home. Make sure to get a couple. Jalepeno sausage is also great. Brisket was good and burnt ends (only available on Sat and Mon) could have been hotter (temp wise). Green beans were our preferred side. Very flavorful.“
“Came here on valentines so the menu seemed limited. Of course it was busy so the service wasn’t up to par but the experience was interesting as it is BYOB. My chicken parm was a bit overcooked. Might give this place another try because of its unique dine in option of BYOB.“
“The experience and our servers Maria and Marco were top notch the food was so delicious and it didn’t took long for it to come out everything was so fresh. Our servers were really attentive and friendly and making sure we were good. Would definitely go back again.“
“Consistency of service and food are hallmarks of an amazing space: Jane and Francesco are the consummate hosts.Having dined at Ferrari's for many years I had the wonderful opportunity to return after a short Texas hiatus and chose (wisely) to make Ferrari's my Monday evening dinner choice.Greeted warmly at the door by Francesco and Jane, I was seated in the perfectly private spot to observe the dining room activities. My table captain, Arturo, was engaging, professional and knowledgeable, and sensed my desire for a slowly-paced evening. The cioppino was simply amazing. Notice the entire bowl filled with the shells - this dish was perfectly adorned - every biteful of fish with broth. The base was rich and perfectly seasoned. Now having tasted everything on their menu over 10 years of I can unequivocally recommend enjoying anything they serve - especially the daily specials. My rating: exceptional.“
“I went here and spent $20 on basically a half a bag worth of pastries! I got them for my mom's birthday, I wish I got to try some but she ate ALL of them in 24 hours!! So it had to be good then BreadHaus makes their stuff fresh EVERY day and each item looks SO good!!! The lady that served me was really nice! And the place just looks German!! Definitely recommend this!!“
“What can I say? The obvious is that this IS a chain. With that said, it consistently has excellent service and serves great seafood. Not a great draft beer selection, if that’s your thing. But other than that I can’t find anything bad to say. Maybe it’s a little loud? But that’s because it always has great energy, with lively, happy customers. The Pappas family knows how to operate great restaurants. Try the Reffish Pontchartrain, it’s my favorite.“
“Incredible food! I’ve gotten the plant based options and the regular items and they both are wonderful. I was skeptical to try this place because I’ve tried other meal prep places and they were underwhelming, but Trufit foods is delicious and I keep coming back. On top of that, the customer service is unmatched. They really take care of you here. I have dietary restrictions and they always honor that as well.“
“I love this place so much! They have so many things that are great for your gut health! It’s so fresh and pretty affordable. The coffee is out of this world! It’s organic and super fresh and tasty. I use to go to Starbucks everyday and the coffee there started giving me gut issues and it was making me feel bad. I come here almost every day now and the energy I get is clean and it’s helps me with my digestive issues and I don’t crash at the end of the day. I was having issues with my pancreas and this place really helped me man. The dessert is also so damn good ?“
“Hands down the BEST chai latte ever. The flavor is so powerful without being overwhelming. You can tell the spice and chai is truly sourced well and authentic. Today I tried their seasonal sunshine chai which was also spectacular. There is something so satisfying about the perfect chai on a Saturday morning and I don’t go anywhere else for this other than here.“
“Definitely a family ambiance. Great place to relax and enjoy a nice glass of wine. When you see that the owner herself is around and checking on her customers, that’s a good sign of quality.A few suggestions:Go easy on the dressing on the house/featured salad … great taste though.(Not critical) Most servers, if not all, are wearing a uniform, which makes this little restaurant feel special, but one did not… I’m sure he can do it next time ?.Kudos! Well done ?“
“I ordered the beef pho, which was not highlighted on the menu but was exceptionally good. My son ordered the wonton soup, and it was so perfectly earthy that we actually got another set of bowls so we could share each other’s dishes. My fiancé ordered the classic Tom Yum, and “yum” perfectly described it.I still can’t believe how good the food was!The service was great as well, very intimate, and we were checked on often. A few of the servers were on their phones at the front of the house, which is always a negative, but our server wasn’t, so I’m not holding it against her. They also gave us Thai Tea on the house, which was delightful! I love this place. And it is pretty cool on the inside, especially as it got darker in the restaurant.Overall score: 8.4, and that’s using the Dave Portnoy scale - “very good score.”“
“Mi Cocina exceeded all expectations! The ambiance was vibrant, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu offered a delectable variety of Mexican cuisine, each dish bursting with flavor. The attentive staff provided excellent service, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Mi Cocina has secured its place as my favorite spot for delicious meals and exceptional service. Five stars without a doubt!“
“The place is an excellent choice for families if you are in the area. The good:- food is fresh, very well portioned, and they have plenty of options. From breakfast bowls to scrambled eggs, and sweeter options.- the ambiance is very relaxed and enjoyable. It has good seating for both large and smalls parties.- they have a good drink menu, including juices, and coffee bar, and alcoholic drinks (mimosas, Bloody Mary, etc)- prices for food range from $10 - $19, and drinks vary from $8-13, and most coffees are around $6, juices are $4.5.The not so good:- Our server was extremely polite. But they were a bit slow, both for service and for the food. So, be patient. They did seat us right away though.- Parking is shared, and it was packed.“
“The best way to kiss the Old Year adieu is with chocolate. All I wanted was a muffin but found the CHOCOLATE BOMB. Packed with chocolate mousse and a touch of cheesecake at foundation. It was love at first spoonful. Mike's supplies spoons for chocolate addicts like me. The delectable mound of chocolate desire never made it home. I will dream sweetly tonight. THANK YOU MIKE'S BAKERY! I AM SO IN LOVE!“
“Had a lovely evening and celebrated my son‘s 21st birthday. The staff was very kind and attentive. Our server went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and that my son‘s birthday dinner was a special one the food was great and the ambience was even better, the noise was a little loud, but the restaurant seem to be fully occupied. Overall, a lovely restaurant.“
“My husband and I love this place! Both their food and service is really amazing! We've tried multiple Thai places, and this is the very best. Our favorite is always chicken pad thai, but their curry is also pretty amazing. We came last week and it was closed for break, unfortunately, so we tried a different place that left me a little disappointed ?. What completely won me over at Golden Thai is that I can request no msg, and the cook honors it.“
“The best restaurant in the area, no question. Our go-to for a date night, friends, family or work gatherings… no matter the occasion the staff makes you feel at home. With a constantly changing menu based on the most fresh and in-season ingredients, you can’t go wrong with Chef Sean’s cooking (tonight he was telling us about his trip to New Orleans which was amazing inspo for his fish dishes). The servers are super attentive, knowledgeable, and straight up fun to chat with (Mike is our all-time fave)! And if you’re a sucker for a phenomenal bartender, Brian is your man. All-around spectacular establishment, owner Chris has done a great job!“
“My Daughter and I love coming to the shop. It’s out mother and daughter tradition that we come every Wednesday after practice and have delicious ice cream. I love their different flavors. My daughters favorite so far is coconut cream die. I’m still trying to decide which one is best cause they’re so many. I love how they have other ice creams if we missed last week. You can choose your own topping and of course they have not just ice cream but also shakes, root beer, and they even sell ice cream cakes and pie too. It’s worth going with the kids and family and the owner is very sweet too.“
“The staff were AMAZING! Morgan handled our group of 18 like a pro! She was friendly, professional, cheerful, attentive and an excellent representative for Joe’s. The manager stopped by our table to ensure everyone was doing well and there were no issues. We will be stopping in every time we are in the area! Thank You Joe’s“
“I just ordered on DoorDash!Holy Cow!!!!! Wow! I think these might be the best cupcakes I’ve ever had! I’m not kidding, the strawberry one changed my life. And if you are GF or gluten conscious, the GF cupcakes are excellent, full of flavor, and taste equally as good as the ones with gluten! Will absolutely be re-ordering! You need to try this place!“
“I LOVE juice junkies! This has been my go- to smoothie place for years. The man who is the owner/ manager and employees are so hard working and very nice every-time I visit. The smoothies and food are always consistent, delicious and worth every penny. My favorites are the Good Vibrationd, Purple Frog, and chickn salad sandwich.10 stars for Juice Junkies!!“
“Cute atmosphere and nice staff. It was my first time there and I ordered the cherry pie. The filling was gummy( too much starch) and too sweet. The crust was not the flakiest and overall just an average pie. They don't offer tea or coffee which is strange for a place that sells pastry. If I ever go back I will not order warm pie again.“
“Everything was great! The food is delicious! Everything we ordered was outstanding from the flavor to how it was cooked. The service is on point and didn't need to find or call anyone they knew when to check in.Highly recommendedShout-out to Vic or server!“
“We ordered our sons birthday cake from here and it was amazing. Not only did the cake look EXACTLY like the Pinterest pic we sent Sharon, it was a flavorful and delicious cake. Sharon was so nice and easy to work with. Very highly recommend!“
“First time going here and it was really good. You can tell the pizza feels homemade and I recommend getting the garlic parmesan crust. Your last bite will be the best. The price is very affordable and we got full. You also get a discount if you dine in which we didn’t know but they still applied it. The staff was very friendly.“
“This place is great! Luis behind the bar is a great bartender and server. The wait staff is attentive and friendly. I can't get enough of the frozen margaritas and the lettuce wrap tacos! The chicken in the lettuce wrap tacos is delicious and the cilantro lime rice is great! Monday is half priced margaritas!“
“I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this weekly standby! I’ve had several of their dishes and have enjoyed them all. I especially love the chili-garlic green beans appetizer, the veggie spring rolls, and kung pao shrimp. Extra heat please, which they’re always glad to provide. We prefer to dine at the bar and always receive excellent service from JP and the other bartenders as well. Speaking of the bar, they’ve got a great HH, both food and drink specials.“
“Absolutely the best tacos around. From their breakfast tacos, burritos or quesadillas, to their lunch/dinner menu. Completely authentic and home cooked flavors, skillfully served up by the nicest people. We have unexpectedly become regulars here and can’t say enough about how great they are.“
“I’ve gone here maybe a dozen times and it’s consistently been great. If you’re looking for a good sandwich and don’t mind waiting a little bit (5-10 minutes) while paying for quality ingredients, it doesn’t get better.Ordered 4 sandwiches, only ate 2, saved the other two for later and enjoyed them just as much as the first ones a day later. The sandwiches are a great value and honestly, so great to be able to hold without falling apart!Big thanks to GS&M for always doing such a great job“
“AMAZING!! My daughter and I shared a small. Yes this was a small!! It was so delicious I almost went back and ordered a second one. I had been to this same location a couple of years ago, and they had the hard crunchy snow cones, so I hadn’t been back. But my daughter and I had been in the sun all day, and she had been asking me to go there recently, so I thought it was a good day to go. I’m so glad we did because now they are completely different!! They had super soft shaved ice with delicious flavors! I think we are stopping there again today. Yum!“
“This is a great place. The treats are fresh and brought in every other day. They have warm food and sandwiches. However, the best part of this place is the people who work here. Alexis has worked every day this week which is during the holidays. Every day she is so pleasant. She remembers what we drink. She goes out of her way to meet our needs if we want something special. No one is ever unkind or cold here. It feels person and like a family atmosphere. The chairs are comfortable. The temperature is never extreme. It does get very busy sometimes. However, during the week it is quiet. The seating offers choices, corner soft chairs, couches, bar stools or regular tables. There is a more private room in the back that is super cozy. There is a lot of natural light coming in from the windows which is nice. Again, the best part is the people, Abby is super sweet. The gentleman that works here always makes us laugh. We will keep coming back.“
“I love their cheddar biscuits. They have awesome fresh breads they make and sell each day. The coffee and tea is good as well. The cafe is small, but the atmosphere is quiet. Great place for a break while shopping in the Alliance Town Center.“
“Love the Flour Shop Bakery!! They have made a wedding anniversary cake for me a sweet 16 cake other birthday cake.. their cupcakes are wonderful their cinnamon pretzels are to die for and they also made Amazing cookies for my daughter when she graduated from Texas Tech... if you haven't gone in there.... what's your hold up? Oooh the pecan pie ?drooling delicious. ?? “
“I changed my first review (a bad one) we give it a second chance since they are giving a burger for free with the purchase of fries, I was able to customize it with a lot of veggies and sauces through the app, so much better than my first experience placed by phone that was very very bad, we didn’t know you could customize your burguer otherwise it comes with nothing for 10 dollars“
“I placed my order via the app. It was super quick and easy. I picked it up at the location in Southlake. Everything was delicious! The person helping me with my order was super sweet. I will definitely come back again. The only thing you can do better is to open one in Louisiana!!!!“
“The Glass Cactus is part of the very touristy Gaylord Texan Resort. So while it might not be the most hip and happening place around, you could do far worse as far as concert venues/event spaces (an evening at the Factory will definitely confirm this!). For one, it's much easier and safer to park here since you either have to use the valet service or the parking garage. What's even better is that they will validate parking inside the club, making the parking garage free. The club itself is modern, stylish and clean. It's also small enough so that there really aren't any bad spots to watch the stage. If you want some fresh air, the patio is comfortable with a scenic view of the lake. Getting a drink at the bar can be a little chaotic when everyone is scrambling to place their order before the show starts. But again, you could do far worse at other places in terms of the price and quality of drinks. I have never eaten here, but if the drinks are any indication of how good the food is then it's probably pretty decent as well.“
“the food is good the interior is fine the pickup is amazing the fajitas are the best fajitas in town i made a pizza using the tortilla with the steak mixed with the chicken and salsa. the queso and chips are good as the chips have the perfect chip to salt ratio. the cashier named christon was helpful“
“This is one of my favorite local Japanese places in Roanoke. Their prices are more than reasonable, which is a big deal for me, and their food is delicious! Everything tastes authentic and fresh, and they always provide excellent service. Everything we have had here tastes wonderful. Thank you for such a great spot. We love Fish and Knife.“
