“I do recommend JJ's the food is tasty but....I walked in on a friday after work around 3:30..I always sit at the bar I was shocked to see the whole bar area was dirty and the floor was sticky! I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!“

Randon was the most excellent waiter !!! he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and he checked on us multiple times I can’t say enough great things about our experience here -It was our 1st time here-we are from out of town!!! thank-you !!! “Came here for the first time with my family about a month ago..was so good we came back the next week. The guy tht starts making your food at the beginning of the assembly line came off rude, picky, & gave my wife the most minimum serving size of meat over a ton of rice and told us it would be an extra $3 if she wanted an extra scoop of meat, when clearly when we came the week before when tht guy wasn't there we were blessed with more than enough the first time that there wasn't even a thought to ask. The manager was side eyeing the situation and tried to make up for it by not charging us for queso and gave us extra chips so kudos to him for doing that. But whoever that first guy at the beginning was needs to chill. Other than tht food was good but not as great as the first time since it basically felt like we were eating rice burritos thanks to the first guy.“

You get more than you paid for in service and quality and best of all the place is unassuming.

Coming sporadically for 10 years, the quality never fails.

The only thing I see that can improve is the lighting...it's a little too dark in the restaurant.“
