“Not one complaint from me, all the kiosk worked. The order was brought to me in a timely manner and the nuggets were perfect, fresh and not over or under cooked 10 / 10 on those. My coke was also brought to me since there is not a fountain machine and it was so FRESH and delicious. The place was spic and span, the staff was great and kept them selves busy maintaining standards. Oh guys so I noticed that picante sauce was a option for dipping sauce, I tried it on my nuggets and let me tell you I will never go back to BBQ for my nuggets! Trust me and try it...“

“The food was hot and fresh. I recommend the green beans too! The floor was greasy and slick for not being very busy. The tables, counters and drink station were clean. I'm only knocking them for the floors since they had 5 employees working and not overly motivated to mop.“

“I visit this location nearly every morning to get my Diet Dr. Pepper! They have the best around. Every day, Deneane is there it makes my day! She is kind, pleasant, and makes me feel so special! I've seen her pick up trash outside in the parking lot, take orders in the rain, train employees in the window, and much more. I'm not sure who her manager is, but they should know she is an asset! “Love this location! We never have issues here, we always get exactly what we ordered, the staff is friendly and we get our order very fast. Last time we went our order took longer than normal (still didn’t take too long tho) and the manager Brook B. Was incredibly kind, genuine and apologetic. She gave us two free desserts and a card. “First the food and service was great. Went and dine in today. The floor was nasty it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Lots of black spots from spills you can actually see a trail going towards the restrooms the tables hasn’t been washed. Hate to say it but firehouse subs is going down hill with cleanliness. Yall gotta try harder and pay attention on what your customers order and make sure they get what they ordered. I’ll take pics next time and share them.“

#9 - CLUB SUPREME - Roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, oil, vinegar, and mayo.

#13 – THE ORIGINAL ITALIAN - Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, pepperoni, lettuce, tomato, pickles, oil, vinegar, and mayo.
The subs we’re made fresh and tasted delicious!
The veggies were fresh and crispy!

“I wish I had caught his name, but I think he was the manager on duty today during the lunch hour. He was the absolute kindest and showed what a great team member should be. His coworker had wrapped my sandwich incorrectly and he gave her feedback in a positive way, rewrapped it, and showed her how. It was something small, but the whole interaction was great to watch. I could tell the other worker appreciated his feedback.“

“When I say that is been decades that I didn't had a burger like BK the old way I mean it!!!! Burger bun was soft and fresh, burger meat hot and fresh, melted cheese, the proper amount of mayonnaise and ketchup, fries where hot crispy and fresh. Burger was made like it always supposed to be. LISTEN 12PM CREW TODAY DEFINITELY DESERVES A RECOGNITION. Thank you for not making me feel like I wasted my money. And ALSO THANK YOU FOR THE CASHIER TO COME WITH THE FOOD AT THE TABLE, people need to understand that they don't have to come to the table with your food but it says a lot when they're willing to. “This whataburger has been seen better days . Always drive thru but this time I wanted to see what's up myself . And no lie mens restroom needs attention can only imagine what the ladies restroom looks like. Tables from glances weren't cleaned at all . Floor with trash like they havent swept at all . And he hands you the drink and it’s so packed with ice that it doesn’t even move, And you feel like a Karen, but you call the store and Reece, the manager, tells you to come grab another one on him, And you really wanted some Coke zero so you just get up and go, And the girl at the window makes you the most perfect Coke zero ever with extra light ice. . And Reese lets you try a banana pudding shake, And the world is perfect. That is the customer service at the West Adams Whataburger. A++++“
