“We ordered 6 Nashville Hot dry rub wings, 6 lemon pepper wings, and two chicken sandwiches. First, the wings were HUGE, the biggest I’ve ever seen. That didn’t stop any of the juiciness or flavor, though! They were the best in Tyler in my opinion. Nashville Hot does not play, and I’m a hot and spicy addict! Wow, they were hot! I devoured them! But…those chicken sandwiches, though. OMG they were the most flavorful, savory and delicious we’ve ever had! The slaw on top, pickles and buttery bun make it the best in town. I’ll be eating there on a regular basis!“

“I absolutely LOVE this pizza hut. It's literally 0.4 miles from my home here in the azalea district.... But besides that Mr Jeremy whom I don't know is the manager or what however I do believe he is, by the way this evening I called up there and got my order taken by him as I've had in the past and he has always been so very friendly and nice on the phone and actually acted like I was not a bother and he actually has a positive attitude.... And that is every single time that I've called up there at a place in order so I could come in and pick it up. To be honest even if I lived on another part of town I would still drive to that Pizza to be honest even if I lived on another part of town I would still drive to this Pizza Hut in particular because if the exceptional service. I can tell that Mr Jeremy is someone who is in charge, however that has never deed or 10 from doing any of the other grunt work that anybody else is expected to do up there. If people want Mr Jeremy that always is a reason as to why I will visit and establishment. Besides exceptional service it is always very very clean when I've came in there to get a pickup order. I just wanted to make certain that actually got on here and left Mr Jeremy and his Pizza Hut a good review because he's always looked out for me .“

“I'm going to be straight. My review is based off what happened on Superbowl Sunday. I gave 5 stars despite waiting 2 and 1/2 hours for my food. The staff was so patient and was definitely trying to help all of the customers. What the customers didn't realize was the four burners that went out due to the high volume of orders. That is not wingstops fault, shit happens, we as consumers need to be more patient instead of being ugly to a bunch of employees doing their best. Hats off to those great employees. To the owner of the store, make sure your equipment can handle the rush. Your employees didn't let us down, YOU the OWNER did!!“

“It's my favorite Pizza Hut location in Tyler! Cleaner than the rest, and the staff are on the ball pushing those orders even on weekends. I've never waited much longer than 18 minutes or so from the time I order to the time they put it in my hands (I usually wait and/or carryout). My only criticism so far is the ease of getting in and out of the location on Broadway. It's kind of on a hill, easy to miss the turn if you're not paying attention, and you have to be real careful of the 50+mph southbound traffic as your leaving. Not going to knock them for that, but just be alert if you're visiting here during rush and dinner hours.“
