I got home and was missing something, so call the store , the Manager apologized, and I got back up there to the store and had my item waiting for me. The manager was willing to give me stuff, and honestly, the way she handed it in all most places, nowadays, won't do what she did. Going above and beyond to make things right and truly apologized. “I really enjoyed our visit here with my husband. He's picky about his sweets but found heaven on the blueberry cheesecake pastry He's had. I enjoyed their soft creamy milk bread. It was hard not to take too many home back with us! But we did and got to share with family and our friends. The place inside was quiet, peaceful, and just charming. I am so glad that I did. Yes it was busy but not that bad. The girl behind the counter was Uber sweet and helpful. Her name is Angel. I got her name to give her a shout out. Lol, The people were demanding and insane for this brownie, and I seriously could not have kept my cool the way her and the blonde guy that was the manager did! Super shout out to the manager there he was doing a knockout job. I just didn’t catch his name. Blonde hair with lots of tattoos, kinda can’t miss him….The brownie was knocked out delicious and the other cookies I got were just as good. If I could give more stars, I would five out of five best experience at a crumble EVER! (and I go to a lot, lol) Will be back, forget the old Crumbl - this is my new one for sure!“
