“We went to Hat Creek for a birthday party. The employees were very good and we had an amazing experience. The playground is also very good for children who would like to play It was clean and organized. The Manager and staff were great and helpful. I recommend it 100%.“

“I know everyone is putting how amazing the burgers were but even for an old-fashioned hamburger, and I've rated many, these were quite dry and flavorless. I had the bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. Kids did love the fries. Just being honest, because what else is a review for, right?. However, the service was very quick, especially given how busy it seemed to constantly be. They had great sweet tea and the butterscotch shake hit the spot on a hot day. As for the atmosphere? I like how it hasn't changed much in 80 years so nostalgia is always a win for me and the prices weren't bad if compared to Whataburger up the way.“

“Happened into Dan's on our way shopping. Fast seat yourself dining. Breakfast options were traditional. They also had breakfast tacos. Service was spectacular. Also offered hamburgers. Coffee was hot. My egg was perfectly cooked. Nice spot for locals and travelers alike.“

“So glad we made the stop here! Upon entry, we were warmly greeted by staff, and the person behind the counter even gave each of us a cookie — just because. He was kind and patient while we navigated the menu. Portion sizes are generous — I ordered the junior size burger and it was still as big as a regular burger. This spot is a unique mix of burger joint, café, and bar, with bottled spirits for sale and other to-go snacks. It seems they share the space with other vendors that aren’t fully vegan, but their own menu is 100% vegan. My partner isn’t vegan, but he said it was the best vegan Reuben sandwich he’s ever had! There’s plenty of parking, and you can tell the team here is passionate and knowledgeable about what they serve.“

“Visited on a Saturday night around 10p. It’s in a really popular busy area so I didn’t feel unsafe at all. I loved the simple menu and ease of ordering. The guys working in the truck were really nice too. The sliders were delicious: Juicy & well seasoned with just the perfect bite to it. You can choose latkes, fries, or chips and queso as a side. We did the latkes which were remarkably crisp and well seasoned. Next time, I’m going to order the sliders with an extra patty and chips and queso as the side. My mouth is literally watering just thinking about it!!“

“I have passed by a few times. Today I decided to give it a shot. Its an old drive in that still functions! The menu is packed with items I wanted to try. I got the #4 Combo, Longhorn special. I am a sucker for Vanilla Malt shakes so I had to get one when I saw it on the menu. Absolutely not disappointed! From the service to the food everything was exceptional! Now Top Notch is on my burger joint rotation in Austin.“

“My first time. I loved the atmosphere, relaxed vibe and fast service. At first l, I thought the burger was small (Deep End). Ðon't let it fool you. Turns out it took me 3 days to finish it 😅 it was more and became more and more delicious as leftovers. And you can walk off your meal down at the park or read 📚 😏. Even though there super busy, staff were fast total professionals and tended to me asking if I needed a drink. That was nice to get that attention - as busy as they were. As a vegetarian I never know if there will be anything more substantial than fried snacks for me to eat at casual places like this, but the veggie sandwich was SO good and the vegan soft serve was a nice sweet finish. The meat eaters and non drinkers in the group were also pleased with the offerings. Already trying to plan our next trip back!
