When Rebel Catering rolled up to our event, it was like the cavalry arriving in a delicious, tortilla-wrapped package. The aroma of sizzling fajitas and fresh salsa hit us like a glorious taco truck of destiny, and we knew we were in for something special.

Rahul and his team brought their A-game. The spread? Oh boy. It wasn’t just Tex-Mex; it was a Tex-Mex extravaganza. Fajitas that could make you cry tears of joy and guacamole so fresh it practically did the Macarena on our tongues. And the boozy snowcones? When you bite into this food not only do you taste the love that is poured into these dishes. You get authenticity. Honestly I thank Devon and his wife for this small glimpse into South African culture. Instead, they created a vegetarian meal good enough to put on our main menu - and it was such a hit! “Alonti catered a lunch today for the tenants of our building complex - they probably served 150 people. Both meat and vegetarian lasagnas were served, along with garlic bread and salad.
The lasagna (I tried both types) was some of the best i have had - hot, fresh, with the noodles cooked perfectly and enough sauce, ricotta, and filling to satisfy. I was very impressed at such food quality, especially given the number of people they served.“
