The blizzards went everywhere because they didn't give us lids. one burger was partially unwrapped. I grew up with D.Q. and it was always great. This location needs a revamp. Not going back.“

“We’ve only ever Door Dashed from here but the Orange with vanilla is a perfect orange creamsicle choice if you’re looking for that push pop nostalgia. I’ve always thought that what we’re ordering is going to melt by the time it gets to us and so far so good! For reference we’re like 15-25 minutes away from their store. My husband has tried a couple of the flavors and seems to like what he’s gotten every time. Personally, I never stray, but maybe one day.“

“I love Melt for ice cream! They have a solid line of regular flavors as well as fun and inventive seasonal flavors. My favorite always-flavor is probably cookie crush as they make their own chocolate cookies (no oreos here!). For temporary flavors, anything with the cookie butter flavor is amazing! I used to work just a couple of blocks from the Magnolia location, but our office has just moved. I'm bummed I won't have walkable-access to this shop anymore.

“The frozen custard is always good. The atmosphere is lacking though, when you get there if there is no other customers at the time the staff will come out from the back to take your order and serve you. Once you have been served the staff will disappear back into the back. Hence the lacking atmosphere, I’ve always found it weird but could just be me. The frozen custard is great though.“

I really don't have anything negative to say about this location or experience. It was a hot day and the location was cute, fun and pleasing. It was just off the main of the stockyards lane. The flavors and choices were great - old classics with great indulgence twists, as well as non dairy and vegan options. Reasonable portions for price.

Vegetarian options: Non dairy and vegan options labeled and marked and seemed popular in general.

“Okay so let me preface this review by saying.... I love ice cream, it really is what it is at the end of the day.....not this place! Upon entering a floor covered in a thick fog... My date and I approached the counter and were greeted by the most friendly and knowledgeable employee at the establishment. !!Santos!! He led us through the process which isn't very hard, even if science wasn't your strong point, deciphering the menu. Which is a Periodic table of ingredients, So cool! He informed us that the process uses liquid nitrogen and how the temperature is so low and it freezes so fast that the crystals are miniscule in comparison to other methods used. We both made our minds up and we chose only for me to hear Santos talk about his off the menu creation, I was intrigued so I opted for it! Hands down best ice cream ever....the texture is so different it's almost like a gelato but completely different in a way as well. Go visit and ask for the Santos way! (I won't spoil the surprise of flavors so you have to go ?)

Parking: Parking was easy and convenient.

I love the strawberry and water popsicles but they also have an incredible smoothie with fresh strawberries and milk. (There are lots of other options as well - I’m just in love with strawberries!)FYI: The shop is named after one of the Mexican states that borders the Pacific Ocean and is famous for its picturesque cities and churches,If you’ve never been to a Mexican ice cream shop, the employees here are so nice. “This place is real find. It has popsicles that are just as good or better than the gourmet pop shops at a third or less of the price. It is not as "nice" as the high style, high design pop shops as it is mostly a wholesale store, used to supply the guys who sell pops out of their bikes. But why pay 300% more for decor? La Flor's pops are fresh, made in Fort Worth, with great natural flavors and real ingredients. Highly recommended for folks who want a high quality treat for a great price.“

“Easy delivery here. Truck entrance is on the corner of Parrish and kings hwy. plenty of room swing wide to get in plenty of room inside to turn a reefer around. Face reefer doors to the building and back up to the yellow line and stop. They have no dock but these guys do not mess around with unloading VERY fast.“

This little shop wasn't hard to find at all, that was a plus. When visiting eateries in Fort Worth, that's something I think about. I had no idea they were there, actually, I had no idea many of those shops were in that area. When I walked in, did I picture a cute little ice cream shop that I'd want to sit in and talk the evening away, no. It was slightly busy and I'm not too fond of having conversations, while people are constantly walking in and out. It would be nice if they had outside seating, as the weather starts to cool, it would make for a very nice evening.

I chose the Mint Oreo Milkshake, it was very delicious. So, very delicious! Would I visit again, probably not. I don't think I would be willing to commit to paying $13.00+ a tip for a large (actual size of a small/medium) shake, where there are other ice cream shops (Braums) that are a staple in many communities and are half the price. I know they like to play on the "we use nitro ...", but the price is still the price, and people feel as if they're not getting what they're paying for; that's the issue.

We did individual cups of ice cream and set up a topping bar. The kids loved it! I really appreciated that my order was ready and waiting for me (complete with spoons, napkins, and plenty of toppings). The sweet girl that was working behind the counter even carried everything out to the car for me. I would definitely do a group order again. So easy, affordable, and such a crowd pleaser!“
