“I want to start by saying that I have been frequenting this location for many months. I feel I have been able to form a fair judgment based on how many times I frequented and the consistency of my visits and my experience overall. Firstly, this location is large inside, and typically really clean, which is something I am critical of at fast food restaurants. The restrooms are usually always clean and stocked. The lobby inside is very welcoming, spacious, with nice, big windows. Now, when it comes to their selection of donuts, yes, they typically do not have many varieties or many of each kind on display. However, I don't typically come for the donuts. I usually get iced coffee and breakfast food items. The food is good for the price. The avocado toast, hash browns, or bagel bites is my usual go-to. Those items are all pretty tasty. The iced coffee has a taste that I like. No, it's not super great quality but price wise, it's what I would expect.
Now, on to the part that matters the most to me and what makes a business worth my time and money.
The employees here are EXCEPTIONAL. They are nothing short of caring. Sure, there are a couple who seem a bit aimless, but most of the employees there in the later morning are wonderful. If you actually facilitate a real relationship with them, they will take care of you. Yes, I have had my drink made wrong a few times out of the hundred trips I've made. But, if you simply ask an employee to fix the issue for you in a nice manner, they are usually very apologetic or at least quick to fix it without seeming upset. Again, I talk to these people and have real conversations. They know me by my name (most of them). Cassandra, the current store manager is amazing. She has wonderful customer service skills. And I've noticed a lot of improvement from the employees attitudes and demeanor since she became the store's general manager.
I love this place. The vibe, the people. I'm moving and I am going to miss it greatly. Windcrest Dunkin', thank you for your kindness during a time in my life where I had hardly any friends. This place was so comforting to me. I won't forget my experiences.“

“This is truly a neighborhood donut shop. They are located in a small shopping area surrounded by neighborhoods. They always have a great selection. They fill the long John’s to order and have several flair options. Staff is always friending. There’s a drive that that is consistently busy. They also make kolaches and croissant sandwiches. We live the bodain kolache.“

“I stopped by early this morning around 6am. The lady at the counter was very friendly and professional. She seemed like she was happy to be there greeting and serving the customers. It's not often you get great customer service like that anymore. We got the bacon, egg, and cheese croissants and two doughnuts for our granddaughters. Everything was delicious and freshly made with love! This was a great way to start our day! I didn't get her name but the lady that tended to us deserves a raise for being bright and cheery so early in the morning!“

“This was the first trip for us to a Voodoo Donuts. The display one of each in a rotating cabinet and then grab the actuals of trays or out back. Looks smaller in the display and then they bring out super sized. It’s hard to correlate the display to what you’ll get, we ended up ordering too many given the enormous variation in sizes. Donuts were all super good and fresh and tasty!“

“Got a lovely assortment of doughnuts around 6:35 A.M. and they taste fresh and they had a good amount of choices. I wish the jelly filled doughnuts were ready, but that’s ok. The Vietnamese coffee was very good and the perfect amount of sweet (I drank some on the way home before snapping a pic). The guy working the front was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend grabbing doughnuts here!“

“Super Donut is the kind of place that turns a quick donut stop into “guess I’m buying a dozen.” Everything is fresh, soft, and dangerously good. I went in planning to grab one donut and somehow left with a box full of donuts, kolaches, and zero regrets. The donuts are so good they should probably come with a warning label. Friendly staff, great prices, and enough sugar to instantly improve your mood. Easily our favorite donut shop.“

Kolache bread was good, the sausage is very small and the cheese was more of an idea than actually being there.
The baked food is very good.
I will go here again when I have a few bucks to spare and am craving a donut. I will stick to my other establishment for kolaches.“

“I actually go to the bakery on this building. I'm picky when it comes to doughnuts and "kolaches" . When I feel like having a glazed doughnut, doughnut holes, and/or kolaches I choose her place everytime. Located between the dentist and dominoes. If you don't feel like walking into the bakery she has a drive thru in the back of the building. She is very nice, attentive, and her place is always clean. Go by and try it out for yourself,you won't regret it.“

“Donuts are always fresh and delicious. I ordered 1/2 dozen spicy sausage kolaches and 1/2 sausage and cheese. The bread is light and airy. The sausages were good, but skinny which made the meat to bread ratio off. Make the dough smaller or add another sausage and they would be perfect 👌. Other than that, they were delish.“

“This location was pretty solid today. Our second visit within the month. The OG’s were delicious and I forgot to take a pic of the stores current, afternoon selections. However, they were loaded and spot on!
The dining area was a little unkept but the service was excellent. The young lady that helped me was kind and attentive. And my coffee was an extra free and delicious bonus! As I used my points from the app too.
