“This is the nicest staff ever ! I come almost every week every since I found put they had cookie monster ice cream. And bruh ! Thee nicest staff ! Never ever a problem and always got my order on point. I live way far from here but I refuse to go to any other dunkin/ baskin robbins. I'm a starbucks girlie tbh but if I'm gonna go to dunkin I'm only coming to this one. They can have all my money ! Top tier staff !!“

“I stopped by early this morning around 6am. The lady at the counter was very friendly and professional. She seemed like she was happy to be there greeting and serving the customers. It's not often you get great customer service like that anymore. We got the bacon, egg, and cheese croissants and two doughnuts for our granddaughters. Everything was delicious and freshly made with love! This was a great way to start our day! I didn't get her name but the lady that tended to us deserves a raise for being bright and cheery so early in the morning!“

“I actually go to the bakery on this building. I'm picky when it comes to doughnuts and "kolaches" . When I feel like having a glazed doughnut, doughnut holes, and/or kolaches I choose her place everytime. Located between the dentist and dominoes. If you don't feel like walking into the bakery she has a drive thru in the back of the building. She is very nice, attentive, and her place is always clean. Go by and try it out for yourself,you won't regret it.“

“I especially love the cinnamon rolls 🫓 here, and they're not always available. Some employees have difficulty in ringing up my purchase correctly and I'll have to get another more knowledgeable employee straighten things out.

Now I usually order for pickup through the app which I'm billed for correctly each time, no worries there, but the service is variable. Ordering for pickup through the app I'll typically order 2 or 3 4-count boxes of cinnamon rolls. One particular employee doesn't look at the order correctly and instead only puts 2 or 3 individual cinnamon rolls in a box instead of 2 or 3 4-count boxes of cinnamon roll, on more than one occassion. That's a big hassle when I go to pick up, sometimes there aren't enough cinnamon rolls in stock to properly fill my prepaid order. Grrr when this happens. 😡“

“This has to be one of the best Baskin-Robbins in San Antonio. This Blanco location is a little bit out of my way from home but since I was in the neighborhood I took a chance. BOY AM I GLAD I DID. Besides the store being extremely clean and smelling good, the customer service was by far the BEST. We had a young gentleman that helped us, friendly, knowledgeable, and super sweet. We didn't get his name unfortunately, but we will definitely be back to this location. Thank You for giving great customer service in 2025.“
