“Fantastic Experience at A&W in American Fork!
I had a great visit to the A&W in American Fork! The restaurant was impressively clean and well-kept — everything from the dining area to the restrooms looked spotless. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, which made the whole experience more enjoyable.
What really made the visit stand out, though, was the General Manager, Joseph. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly takes pride in running a top-notch restaurant. His attention to detail and friendly attitude created a positive, inviting atmosphere that you don’t always find in fast food spots.
If you're in the area and craving a classic root beer float or a burger, this A&W is the place to go. Clean, well-managed, and full of friendly faces — especially thanks to Joseph and his team!“

“The staff are some of the best I've experienced. When it comes to dinning on my lunch, I eat here because I get the fastest most polite service of all the places I've tried around work. Chole always asks how I'm doing and howy day is going. I feel like I'm more in a diner and less in a fastfood joint. I just had to say something. Years ago I worked nearby. 2018 and 2019. The service here was not great so I went elsewhere. Now the service is exceptional. Thank you.“

“One of our favorite go to restaurants! Every time we come, the food is fresh, the service is positive, and the restaurant is clean. Tonight was memorable as we celebrated my son’s birthday here (as we do every year) and Audrey made it extra special for us! So grateful for this wonderful place and we will continue to go as often as possible!“

“Can't beat Five Guy's high quality hamburger. The one thing I don't like about this particular location is that they have the drink machines set to make super weak drinks. It as if both machines are out out of syrup but they aren't. It's like that every single time I go in there. If they think they are saving money they aren't I have watched people get a drink, take a sip and dump it thinking the machine is out of syrup over and over.“

“I went to MOD Pizza today because the garlic bread I ordered the other day was burned and honestly not very good. Tanner was the only person working in the entire restaurant by himself, and despite that, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional.
When I walked in, he was helping another customer but still took a moment to come over, ask what I needed, and immediately offered to remake the garlic bread with no hesitation. While I waited, I sat down with a cup of water, and a few minutes later he even brought me over a free drink mentioning it was just him so it might be a few minutes.
The remade garlic bread was amazing — way better than the first time — and Tanner truly went above and beyond with his customer service. Considering he was running the whole restaurant by himself, he could have easily been stressed, short, or unhelpful, but instead he was courteous, attentive, and genuinely kind the entire time.
Just wanted to recognize Tanner for providing such a great experience. Employees like him make a huge difference!“

“Firehouse Subs is hands down one of my favorite sandwich places! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with high quality ingredients. The meat and cheese are piled on generously, the bread is soft and delicious, and every sandwich I’ve had has been amazing. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service is always quick and welcoming. I also love that they support first responders, which makes eating there feel even better. If you want a hot, hearty sub that actually tastes fresh and satisfying, Firehouse Subs is such a great choice!“

“This chicken was blessed by Jesus him self and they accidentally gave me the wrong order but let me keep it. The chicken was so good that it would bring back queen Elizabeth from the grave just so she could have some more chicken.
