“I have been coming here since they've opened and love their food. However, I am very disheartened lately how their cook Olden (I believe is his name) treats the other staff. He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.“

“The food is always good and fresh! I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 meals- when I got to the window I realized that I left my purse at home. I had cash in my pocket but I was $2 short so I asked them to take off 1 meal and they did and charged me for just the 1 meal. Then when Scottie handed me my bag there were 2 meals in the bag! She said have a good night! I was in tears because that was such a nice thing to do!!! I love Costa Vida!“

Hot, fresh, fried meats on the grill. Chopped, spiced, and mixed with fried mushrooms, onions, oregano, and seasoned with Red Wine Vinegar before toasting the bread on the grill, melting cheese on top of all of it, and filled to the brim with lettuce and tomatoes!

Just might be the GOAT of all sandwich’s! Seriously! These guys know how to sub!

Everything is made fresh and comes out hot off the grill, just the way it should be. The burgers are packed with flavor you won't find anywhere else, the shakes are legendary, and the portion sizes are generous without breaking the bank. It's old-school in the best way, and every bite is awesome!

My family absolutely loves this place. It’s our go-to spot and the first place we take friends and family visiting from out of town. Ballard’s Iceberg is more than just great food, it’s a part of the community, and it deserves to thrive.

“One of the best burgers in the valley in my opinion. It's always great, I've never had a bad burger from Olympus. They make these to order and everything is always fresh off the grill and the fries are always straight out of the oil.

To top it off the service here is top notch. I never really consider service at a day good restaurant, but... The last two times I've come in with all three of my young daughters and the guys bringing our food have been so helpful! They could see I had my hands full and without asking they filled a bunch of cups with fry sauce for us. They also gave my girls a small scoop of ice cream for free on one visit. Needless to say my daughters are probably bigger fans of this place than I am (and that's saying a lot).“

“I never go to Carl's Jr, and only came here because my kids had vouchers for free kids meals. This location was the closest to my house and I figured it would be as good as any other location. What started as a super frustrating trip to try and use the vouchers turned into a surprisingly pleasant meal with my family. Kevin observed my frustration with the Carl's Jr app and went far beyond what I would expect from any employee. He was patient, kind, and so helpful in explaining small nuances with the app. Not once did he seem annoyed, and had a genuine friendliness about him the entire time. The food tasted fine and was exactly what I expected. The service, however, was better than I've experienced at any other fast food restaurant. Thank you Kevin, for changing my mind about going back to a Carl's Jr. I would definitely visit this location again.“

Mostly, I wanted to compliment the man at the register, Juan, for his amazing act of kindness towards two tween girls that were being a little bit of a pain/entitled. He had every right to be annoyed. But he was so patient with them and gentle. He took care of them with so much grace and I think it affected these girls because they changed their attitude.

I spoke to him after my meal and thanked him for his loving example, and the inspiration he is for everyone around him. He said that we are paying his salary and that it is his job to take care of the customer. Hello?! Is this the CEO? No. It’s a humble man probably not bringing in a hot salary. I’m astounded by the goodness of this guy!

I hope he knows that people like him are the moral fabric of this country. I’m grateful for our friends that move here from Latin America and bring their culture of love and kindness. So refreshing.

I had some coworkers that always go to that location and was told to call the manager named Randy. They told me he would take care of it and that he was awesome. So I called the store and let them know what happened and he already knew what was missing and told me to come back to the store when I was able to and he’d take care of me in a meal for the issue. Within 5 minutes of me calling him, he told me to just come to the store. Randy had my food ready in my hands within seconds of my arrival. I felt guilty that I jumped the gun on this issue. I will now only buy from this Del Taco location for as long as Randy is manager. Awesome experience thanks Randy“
