“Came here for the first time, not very big on burgers but my friend told me about the Hawaiian teriyaki burger so I needed to try it. the girl who took my order was very nice and helpful, gaved me some suggestions on other things to eat and it called my attention so I did, I got jalapeño poppers and a Reeses shake. “I have been coming here since they've opened and love their food. However, I am very disheartened lately how their cook Olden (I believe is his name) treats the other staff. He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.“

“The male manager on duty tonight at the University Oaks location in Round Rock TX was a wonderful representation of how a manager should run their store. I placed a mobile order on the app and added the breast cancer awareness bear. When I got there, he informed me that the bear has been sold out for a while now and he would let IT know since it was still being offered on the app. He tried to refund the money for the bear, but he said the system wouldn’t let him process it, so he refunded my entire order and gave me 3 Halloween cups for the inconvenience. That truly made my night and a wonderful start to the week. Thank you! 😊“

“I went to the Dunwoody, Georgia location at lunchtime today (11/17/25). I let the cashier know that it was my 1st time trying Super Chix and he comped my frozen custard with oreo pieces! That act of kindness had me in tears as I was emotional about the bad news I received about my husband's cancer earlier in the day. Thank you for adding sunshine to my day! I will be back!“

I had cash in my pocket but I was $2 short so I asked them to take off 1 meal and they did and charged me for just the 1 meal. Then when Scottie handed me my bag there were 2 meals in the bag! Remodeled older restaurant, but very clean and well ran.
Very polite staff, and quick service.
Everything was clean and organized.
We had 2 burger meals and both were great. The fries are a little crunchy - which I prefer.

“I had their breakfast burritos. I ordered the loaded breakfast burrito which was pretty tasty actually. I placed the order through the drive thru & waited maybe 5 minutes if that since there were 3 vehicles ahead of me in the line. Once I got up to the window my order was fresh & ready to go. The cashier lady was very friendly, nice, professional & polite. She helped remind me about the salsa that they have which was good because I remember that I didn’t have any at the house so she was a real life saver. When I got home & opened up my burritos added the salsa with some sour cream & Bam!!!! Delicious’o!!!! I will definitely be ordering these again soon & even trying the steak breakfast burrito because it looks pretty good too. Thank you for the convenience & fast friendly service at this location!!! “My favorite place to get chicken sandwiches. I treat myself 2x a year since I live so far.
The chicken is always crispy on the outside and super tender inside. Their spice levels are legit, and the sandwiches are huge and packed with flavor. 😊“

I just wish I could they tasty green burrito brand chili for the mouth watering excellence that was their version of chili cheese fries I miss that the most in fact it seems ever since that disappeared from the menu sales dwindled and locations started to shut down almost like the public was not okay with their favorite items going missing.... coincidence probably but that's only if you believe in coincidence numbers don't lie and I want my damn Chili cheese fries back“
