“I have never been to a Beans and Brew coffee shop that tries so hard to do the very best for the customer. My biggest complaint has always been with either how sweet they make coffee when I specifically ask for less sweet, and cold sandwiches. This has never been an issue with the Beans and Brew shop in Ridley’s. They do the very best job with their customers!“

My sister and I visit every day for our morning coffee and we are always greeted with our favorite barista Epri, she is so fun to talk to, gives great service and makes us amazing drinks that we look forward to everyday but not only do we look forward to our drinks but we most of all look forward for our fun barista who seriously deserves a pay raise!“

“To start, I work in the building this is located so it's convenient and close.

I've tried a few different things here and I gotta say the food is incredible! I have a very simple pallet honestly when it comes to food but everything I have ordered from here tastes incredible! Taco Tuesday is a great option if you like street tacos, very delicious and worth the price. Each food item I've received feels like it was crafted with care, it really is filling and delicious. I would really recommend coming here and I will be continuing to do so myself!

I will say the price is a bit more than some competitive fast food that is local but I would say it's worth a try once at least with the care they put in their food. I haven't tried any coffee yet, will update if I do.“

“My daughter got a Starbucks gift card for her bday. So we went here so she could spend it today. Sierra was her barista and she was soo sweet. My daughter was raving about her long after we left. And says it made her day. Her energy is amazing. And she made the experience really personable for my daughter. For my preteen to be raving about customer service shows just how amazing it was. Sierra thank you for your upbeat attitude and for making my daughter feel special🤍!“

“I don’t believe it was too busy but it took 18 minutes for my food to come out. Many other items were ordered after that got cooked first. The drive thru wasn’t super busy. I don’t think food was being cooked in the order it was ordered. My drink was cold before I walked out from waiting.“

“The experience itself was fine I guess but I’ve had issues with cross contamination. I’m decently allergic to mangos; They won’t kill me but I break out in full body hives and I’m miserable if I eat or even touch them.
I’ve broken out in hives from eating just a sandwich from here…I should not be breaking out in hives from a turkey and Swiss sandwich if I’m not allergic to it....Thankfully I’m not deathly allergic, but what if I was? I understand that accidents happen and maybe it was super busy, but the employees need to take cross contamination seriously and they need to be changing their gloves often. I know everywhere does things differently but I’ve worked at restaurants where you have to change your gloves for each customer..for this exact reason.. so even if not for each customer.. you should be changing your gloves often..
I don’t want to say to avoid going here but if you have serious food allergies I would not suggest this location as it doesn’t seem it’s a priority here.“

“Amazing service! We went through the line made an order- 2 lattes for us and 2 cake pops for our littles. As soon as I handed our two year old her cookies and cream cake pop she said “no, pink pop”. So we went around through the line again and ordered a birthday cake pop. When we got to the window we laughed said hello again, our daughter wanted a pink one instead of cookies and cream! The sweet guy at the window had already scanned our ap but said oh no, no charge, we want our customers to get what they want. We in no way were looking for a freebie, but I love his integrity and how he represented what I’m sure Starbucks would want- making sure all of their customers (even a sweet little two year who wanted pink) get what they want!
