“Great products and great service. What more can you ask for? My story if you’re interested in the extent this small bakery goes through for service. I live in Idaho. My parents in West Jordan. I like to get them treats on occasion. Getting a good product, you never see and getting it to them at the right time has been the challenge. This latest occasion was for Father's Day 2023. I looked up some local bakeries on google that I hoped could deliver in time and had good reviews. I didn't know what to expect when I got in touch with the Flour Box Bakery. It was after hours when I sent a message on their website, expecting to be contacted the next day. I received a message from Gienie (pronounced Jenny if I'm not mistaken) at 9:42 PM that night. We texted and agreed Friday at 9AM to talk. As agreed, she called me on time. Of course, as timing goes, I wasn’t available to talk. She texted me again to follow up. We texted and talked and all of it was smooth and helpful. Initially I was looking for delivery but upon ordering I had a change of plans. I bounced back and forth between pickup and delivery a few times. Gienie was amazing and patient with her accommodations. Not only did she take care of what I needed, she gave great advice. She texted me when the baking was completed and another when it was delivered. She also threw in a few favorites as “extras” at no charge, which was not necessary but appreciated. I didn't get to personally taste the product being in Idaho. I did confirm with my parents who gave rave reviews on the baked goods and friendliness of servcie. I look forward to trying other products and will be ordering more on my next trip to visit. Thank you Gienie.“

“Words can’t express how amazing Mandy is! She did our wedding cake and it was flawless. It looked stunning and was exactly what we had dreamed of. Mandy is so sweet, fast to communicate, and shows you that she enjoys what she is doing. Not only did it look amazing but it was beyond delicious!! Delis, Even my husband's family who are Mexican have been fascinated by the desserts of our Venezuelan culture, especially their puff pastry cakes haha?, I think it's the best and 100% recommended every time I go to Latin stores I find it and buy a sweet that is ? deli, with its respective coffee haha.. Also something that left me very impressed is that about 2 weeks ago I rented one of their decoration services party and she didn't ask for a deposit ? anyone asks for a deposit or they would be suspicious that they would not deliver the product they are offering, on the other hand the opposite is true for her, she trusted 100% that one would return it, she is the BEST! Without making a long story short, 100% RECOMMENDED

“Just ordered pastries. A blueberry strudel, snickerdoodles, an orange roll and a lemon bar. The strudel was the best I’ve ever had. Ordered at 2 pm and the pastry was still soft and delicious to eat without warming. Everything felt fresh and tasted good. I will be returning!“

“I originally was placing an order with another bakery in SLC 3 weeks ahead. They canceled because I didn’t respond over the weekend even though I was in constant contact about details of the cake for a full week and a half prior to them canceling on me. I’m grateful they cancelled. I was nervous since my daughter specifically told me she wants a fondant cake. I wasn’t sure if anyone would do it so late. Sprinkle Me Frosted took my order no problem and I didn’t even give her much details about the cake I wanted. I said fondant layer and flowers in buttercream since I know buttercream probably easier to do. I was ordering so late. She went above and beyond and did some flowers buttercream but did the daisies fondant. She decorated the cake so beautifully not to mention the cake was moist and so delicious. The fondant daisies ended being my kids favorite to peel them off and eat like candy! Thank you for the amazing cake. Unfortunately I’m iffy when it comes to beautiful cakes because I’ve had some where the cake crumbles like a dry cookie but this was a delicious and beautiful fun cake!“

“Tiny little place, good selection for the size. Lots of that wonderful lovely fluffy football-shaped bread in a case by the counter. I paid $5 plus change for five items so good prices in my estimation, and the gentleman at the counter was quiet but pleasant. There were other things in the cooler besides baked goods, but I couldn't tell you what they were because that's not why I was there! I actually went later in the afternoon and everything, including the bread, was still fresh. And honestly, I have no idea what I ate but it was all very good. I'm not in town for long, but yes, I will go back.

Parking: Very narrow parking lot as the building sits close to the road. Plenty of parking, just be careful getting in and out of the lot.“

“I never leave reviews but I wanted to because the girls in there were seriously so sweet!! The girl who took my order complimented my pin that I had on my lanyard (I thought she was talking about my jacket at first but she wasn’t I just have bad hearing haha). I thought that was super sweet, and then I was given a little sticky note with a drawing of a fish in a suit underneath my boxed orders once again saying she liked my pin 💗

“I was finally able to visit as I have heard so much about this place. Low key bakery type atmosphere. Friendly staff. I ordered the Mexican Omelet, The Texan, and Sausage and Gravy. The Mexican Omelet was ok but not my favorite. A little off on the flavors and texture for me. The Texan was better and my favorite. The sausage and gravy was a little rich but had good flavor. I am excited to try the others. They are also very affordable. Definitely worth a visit.“

“I went for the first time this week because it’s Wizarding week and wanted the Harry Potter ones. I went in said I had never been there and asked if any of them had peanuts in them. I was told yes, but that they could custom that one so I could still get it which they did and the guy that was working was very cautious to make sure they were safe for me. Moving here frrom a town in IL just north of Chicago, I never expected to find quality kielbasa in UT... but low and behold, Rise By Good Day has saved my polish cravings and kept my stomach happy. You have to get the Weselna Kielbasa. It is my absolute favorite. You also cannot go wrong with pierogies either. Or the poppy seed bread. Or the polish apple pie. I also love trying all the other polish foods and snacks. The ketchup is my new go to. Don't get me started on the Paczki. That's a delicacy of its own. Stop in, you wont be disappointed. The service is amazing. The owner is so friendly, as are her staff. I cannot recommend this place enough. I am looking forward to them opening the new location in West Jordan and trying their pierogi pizza and kielbasa pizza. Mmm!!“
