“Jitterbug is a delicious spot for mini doughnuts and coffee! The two guys running it were welcoming and helpful.

The doughnuts are cute and bite-sized! I was staying at the Hyatt and tried it out in the morning. I loved them and returned for more to share with the family. :) I got two dozen with various flavors- Summer Road, Powder House, Mambo, and Yard Sale. They were all delicious and fresh! I tried the Bucksin coffee, and it is well-bodied in flavor and doesn’t taste burnt like Starbucks. My total was $24, which I felt was fair for the quality of the product.

There is a cute pink picnic table, two Adirondack chairs, and a bench. It wasn’t too busy, so we could sit and enjoy the view of the mountains!“

“Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options come to mind, though I can't recall if they were clearly labeled. The staff was amazing and I'm sure they would be helpful in pointing out options.

Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to lavender and the staff was very vigilant in checking their tea for lavender to make sure it was safe for me to drink. I really appreciate that!

Parking: The building is a little hidden but there is plenty of parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: The building is not wheelchair accessible. If you have some mobility there are three stairs to get into the building and they have main floor seating but there is a big staircase to the second floor. So I would call to see which rooms are the most accessible.“

“I live in Colorado and never heard of Alpha Coffee. I visited Salt Lake City, and friend recommended we meet at the downtown location. I ordered an "Aztec" and it was great. Something different, new and tasty for me. I liked the drink, the vibe and the servers ... the whole experience was great! I look forward to my next visit to SLC. “This place is great! Great service, great coffee, and much much cheaper than the other options at large chains that are tasteless and watered down! After a week in Utah with subpar coffee, I made the drive to Daily Espresso and it was so worth it! I also got a blueberry muffin that was incredibly fresh. All around great experience and will definitely come back the next time we’re in town. I only regret not getting the punch card!!“

“I love going to The People's Coffee for many reasons. The coffee and the food is enjoyable. I love Rich's Bagels and The Peoples Coffee has fresh bagels each morning. The staff is extremely friendly and knows what I am going to order. I love to get my day started by going there and taking a window seat and doing some people watching. the owner is awesome as well. “I've lived in the SLC/Holladay area for 4+ years and this is the best coffee this side of town! They have a drive thru(only) and the menu is pretty simple. The barista is super helpful and down to Earth. I seriously won't go anywhere else, it's the best coffee around here.

“Cozy third place to work, hang out, relax and chat with friends. Amazing owners with quality coffee selection. A must visit if you ever pass the avenues. Lots of parking and owners are super cool and friendly. Got the Spicy Dynamo turkey to go, surprised me with a hefty sandwich portion with chips to add. Will definitely consider this place when meeting friends in the avenues.

Parking: 10 for the lot, and the rest is street parking.

“The park cafe is my go to every Sunday without fail. Everything on the menu is amazing. I moved away for a few years and the only thing I missed in Salt Lake City was The park cafe and the Cathedral of Madeleine. It’s not just the best breakfast in SLC it’s the best breakfast period. The staff is amazing they make you feel like family.

“This is one of my favourite coffee shops in the city. Not only is the customer service top-notch, but they make sure to take your order ASAP and have it ready by the time you get to the window and pay. Tasty coffee, loyalty stamp cards are AWESOME and the little chocolate covered espresso beans are a perfect treat. Muffins are fresh, too, and delicious (especially poppyseed). The drive-thru is a bit peculiar to get in & out of, but once you figure it out, you're smooth sailing. Also, it's right by the giant whale ? so you can't possibly miss it. The only downside is... they still haven't brought back the chocolate cherry cordials ? as for drinks, my recommendation is the Irish Jolt :)“

“it’s not bad! i love it for the convenience and the amount of flavors they have ? i wish the drinks were made consistently though. i always get my coffee with almond milk and today i got a double torture but it tasted kind of sour and very, very strong but not in a good way. the drink was also super dark which is how i can tell if the drink isn’t going to taste that good lol. however, the employees are usually super sweet and the line moves pretty fast“
