I ordered the lemongrass tofu on vermicelli noodles. My friend ordered the garlic tofu on vermicelli noodles. Both were delicious! The food arrived fast, which was good because we were starving. “I've been searching for a sugarcane drink place in Utah for a really long time. Not only was this drink authentic but tasted very similar to how my hometown in Vietnam used to make it. It was very nostalgic and brought back a lot of memories from my childhood. This is very convenient knowing I no longer have to travel to Cali to get sugarcane since this location is 10 minutes from my house. I also recommend their spring rolls/egg rolls, chicken rice plate, and flan cake:)“

“We came here for lunch on a weekday around noon and we basically had the entire place to ourselves. It's located on the north side of Salt Lake City, in the Rose Park-ish area. You order up at the counter and EVERYTHING is vegan! Although I'm not vegan, I'm vegetarian, I still appreciate spaces where I'm able to choose from allllll of the menu options. It's almost overwhelming! They have bahn mi, noodle bowls, rice bowls and delicious appetizers. I got the lemongrass fried rice and the portion was HUGE! I took a bunch home as leftovers. You order at the counter and seat yourself. Staff was friendly and food came out quickly!“

“Food is good. Nice menu selection. Not very personable service. Outside sitting available. Tables weren't cleaned, you clean off your own tables. I shouldn't have left a tip. Not very much meat in Combination Pho bowl, or very full for the large portion. I'll try another place next time.“

“Great Pho, totally worth it to get the big one if you're sharing with someone else. I love the brisket and beef one. I also love the cream cheese wontons, they're crispy, well filled and super important: they're not oily. Never ate it at the restaurant itself, but pickup orders are always ready super fast, and the delivery orders were always hot for me.“

Price was good for everything but be expected to wait 30+ min for food, which was odd as there wasn’t anybody in the restaurant but a lot of take out orders that they seemed to make a priority like previous reviews mentioned.“

“I came here for the first time after hearing good things. I got a small Pho 34 and it was amazing. Large portion too. They bring toppings (soy sprouts, basil, green spicy chiles and lime), I wish they bright out cilantro too. The broth was delicious and there was plenty of meat in my bowl. I will definitely come back for the soup.I also got a banh mi (pork baguette) to go and it was OK. It only had pork a some carrots and maybe another vegetable. No cilantro, no jalapeño :( it was good, just kind of lacking some kick.The service was fast, the food came out quickly and hot. “Wanted pho and google searched to find it late last night! Felt guilty because it was so close to closing for them already and a beautiful woman at the door when walking in with a bright smile apologized because dine in was closed and only to go available. That’s all I needed- after working 12 hours myself we all just want to get home. Super friendly service - great prices - better food. Plus I don’t know anywhere you get chili oil to go but I was not just pleased with the food, but they reminded me what a great community we all take part. Pho salt lake. Dinner was great!“

“I went to Red Lotus on 3/30 with a friend of mine and it was a little cloudy so we didn't know if the patio was open. We had two dogs with us so outdoor seating was a must. Luckily, they were and we enjoyed light rain on their patio. The food was amazing and I want to personally call out Genaro, our server. He was amazingly awesome!!! He deserves a raise, keep up the good work Red Lotus!!!!“

“A must visit for anybody looking for a great sandwich, healing soup, and especially for those who have never had banh mi, pho, or Vietnamese food at all. Incredibly wonderful atmosphere, the restaurant is so cute and elegantly decorated, and the food comes out so quick I was amazed. It was a fantastic meal. They were even nice enough to give two bowls so that a friend could share one order of foot into two bowls for smaller appetites. The staff are so nice and it is such a pleasant experience overall. “I had the pork and egg banh mi and it was good, not the best I've ever had. Bread was crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, not alot of pork though. The viet iced coffee was strong and legit, and the coconut cream sticky rice and bean dessert was tasty as well.“

“One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. There is not a "bad" option on their menu. I've tried it all. Reasonably priced and a good amount of food for that price. I gave service 4 stars only because they'll only give two sauces per bowl (which is fair, but I still want one more haha and I can't buy it from the menu). The people who work there are really nice. The restaurant is extremely clean. The music is good and it's not too loud for a conversation with your friends, but loud enough that eating alone is enjoyable. 5 stars. Great place.“

“Everything about this place was fantastic. The drinks were wonderful. Each one of us had a different beverage and they were each very tasty. We ordered the fried spring rolls and Mushu pork. Perfect portions for lunch. The chicken fried rice was very tasty with just the right amount of food that we all enjoyed. Traveling from Texas and stopped in this hidden gem.We ordered the Tai Chien chicken and Beef Pho with pork spring rolls.I have never had such wonderful asian food in my life.I only hope i will find Tai Chien that tastes this good again but likly won't.The dark red/brown siracha sauce is more of a sweet heat flavor fyi. “My go to spot for lunch on Tuesday, always start with the fresh springs rolls (no pork). For entree I get the shaking beef, this last time however when I got the shaking beef portion was fairly smaller than the times before…I guess I’ll have to ask for more beef even if I have to pay for it, but overall really really great food!“

“Small but wonderful Vietnamese restaurant. I am visiting Salt Lake and my friend brought me to this place to cure my cold. We ordered the Pho tai and it hits the spot, the beef was tender and the broth was flavorful. We also ordered the com tam and they were also good but I wish the fish sauce was a little sweeter, which would go well with the flavorful meat. The Vietnamese coffee was great too. I highly recommend the place to all Vietnamese visiting salt lake.“

“I have been going here for several years. The flavor of the Pho broth varies slightly some days, However it is still the best Pho ever, their sandwiches are very good also. My favorite pho is P1 brisket and favorite banh mi sandwich is S8 garlic Ribeye. The people here are also very polite and I love the calm atmosphere.“

“My family has gone here for over 25 years. It is our favorite Chinese restaurant & where we go for special occasions! I love the taste of everything I've ever ordered but usually end up getting my favorite dishes, all vegetarian with soy 'chicken'. They also offer meat dishes, so any meat eaters can get what they want as well. When I'm buying, everyone eats veggie, but my meat-eating kids don't mind because they love the soy 'meat'!My favorites (all soy chicken) Moo Goo Gai Pan, Mu Shu Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken. Also veggie Won Ton Soup & Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls. My kids also like the Hot & Sour Soup, & the beef & seafood dishes.Vegetarian options: There is a complete separate vegetarian menu as well as a separate meat menu. A lot of variety to choose from. This is the only place I've ever found that does a perfect vegetarian Sweet & Sour Chicken!“

“One of the best viet spots in SLC, never had a bad meal here and even friends from our of town love it. Menu is very extensive with so many options to choose from. My favorites are the roast chicken (fried basically) egg noodles soup, wonton and cha siu egg noodles soup, and combination rice dish are all great. The sweet and savory mini pancake shrimp with coconut milk is really good and not found in many places. Def recommend when in the area, with many other food and dessert options in the chinatown supermarket complex.“
