“I absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to come back!! We started with the spring rolls and also the 4 Seasons rolls and they were amazing! For lunch I had the S1 Pho and my husband and the Curry fried rice again amazing! We finished our meal with the Vegan Flan and omg sooo good!!! We had no idea coming here that is was a Vegan restaurant and I was a lil worried but it did not disappoint at all. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!!!“

“On a treat-myself kind of night, the one that's much needed after a day of corporate drudgery, I found my weary soul drawn to The Pearl. To fill the ever growing void of depression, caused by life's many misery's, I crushed a Bahi Mi. Proper case to give it the respect it deserves. It was the kind of sandwich that rejuvenated my soul, giving me the strength to fight on. That sandwich was a jam packed flavor banger that left me with a lingering tounge tingling heat. It was simply life changing. So take my advice, if you ever find yourself soaking in ennui, go to The Pearl.
In all seriousness it was an impressively delicious Bahn Mi and the atmosphere has a chill energy I crave.
The cocktails were also incredible and the quantity consumed in no way clouded the judgement of my review.“

“I love their authentic Vietnamese food. Each dish is huge and tastes wonderful. You can easily split one entree between two people. The atmosphere is a little dated and I'm not sure why they still have a Christmas tree up which is okay but not my style 😄“

“Stopped by for lunch to go - we grabbed a Chicken Pho (great to-go packaging, where the noodles and toppings are not added to broth, but in a container above the broth, keeping them warm, nice for travel) - Pho got a 4stars. BanhMi chicken curry sandwich, a strong 5 stars, larger in size than most, full of good fixings, but at $14 it is more expensive than most, but again, worth the spend. The lemonade was okay, great idea with clever frozen fruit in the cup, but at $7 was too pricey to repeat; we couldn't tell if it was fountain lemonade or not, which says something, too. Green Papaya salad, one of my favorite dishes to go with the meal, was average, not bad, just average. $50 for lunch for two, a bit more expensive than most.“

“What can I say about this place !!! I am a big fan of Pho. I have to have it few times a week. I tried so many restaurants but there nothing compare to the Pho these people make. It’s literally the BEST place for PHO. I am not saying one of the best but really THE BEST. I highly recommend them. Their place is super clean, the way they handle the food is amazing and the customer service is 110% Please don’t waste your time going somewhere else. Go to these guys, you won’t regret.“

“I had steamed rice rolls, so wonderful, tasted like original and exactly how it supposed to make. I am from Dallas TX where a big vietnamese population there with many authentic VNs restaurants there, but this one made by Salt City Che is definitely a 5*. strongly recommend anyone to try.“

“I had the pork and egg banh mi and it was good, not the best I've ever had. Bread was crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, not alot of pork though. The viet iced coffee was strong and legit, and the coconut cream sticky rice and bean dessert was tasty as well.“

“Found this place 4 years ago.....we spend several winter months in UT for skiing. Just got here 5 days ago and looking forward to picking up carry out or eating in the dining area. It's consistently the same, steaming hot pho, always vegan......what more can you want? Will be eating it 1-2x's/week while here.“

“Amazing place, they’ve been here at least 10 years +!!! You know it has to be good when one man dedicated his life to making pho. He seems bitter, but as soon as I started talking to him about how we used to come here as a kid his face lit up immediately in the kind of way that makes you feel warm inside. If you feel disrespected by him I promise it’s not intentional!! Best Pho shop in Utah hands down“

“Food is so good. But when getting the all you can eat DO NOT ask question cause MICHAEL will come too your table and tell you off! I asked if we had to drink all the broth for pho and the waiter said most I said ok and then Micheal came up saying that I had to drink it to not be charged extra and to fallow the rules. Like wtf it was a question.“

On my second visit I was pleased to see a few more choices on the menu. I tried what amounted to a salad version of bun (vermicelli bowl). This worked out well for me being less carb-y and more salad-y with all the usual contrasts of cold/hot, fresh/cooked, mild/spicy.

“I’ve never had a bad experience at any of their locations and the highland spot is no different. Their bánh mì is incredible and hard to stray from (that perfect bread!), but their pho is also really incredible. Really you can’t go wrong.“
