I had an issue with the desserts I ordered, so I visited their website, emailed the Layton location, and posted a review. Within a day, I received a kind and apologetic email from the owner. She explained her plan to make it right and followed through the same day!

After asking the owner to take care of my problem, I’ve seen her true colors, and here’s what I found: she cares about her customers. She's responsive, responsible, humble, and filled to the brim with integrity! I went from a guy with a problem with my order to now a loyal customer. That's impressive!“

Stopped in for a custard earlier today and got more than just dessert. The young man at the counter was kind, quick, and had a great smile—stood out to me after 40 years in dentistry. “My husband absolutely loves their soft ice cream. He says it's like it was when he was a kid. He gets enough for a week every Saturday. I personally Love the hard ice cream flavors. They have alot and they change them up so there's always something new to try. We can walk to them right from our house. Go .... you won't regret it.“

“This Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is located alongside Cold Stone Creamery. On one side of the cash register is Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the other side is Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it's two businesses in one location, it is a very small store with maybe four small tables. They have most of the basic candies and candy/caramel apples, but they don't have everything that you can find in other places. They don't open until 4pm on Sunday. Good thing I checked online before going over there.“

“I ordered the kid size not realizing how small a portion is was. When I complained, the manager explained it was the correct portion but gave another scoop for my little. Although the kids size is extremely small, she didn't have give more ice cream. I appreciated her stellar customer service.“

“We loved Pier Ice. There were so many flavors to choose from and the add ins like sweetened condensed milk, cream, or ice cream put it over the top. The ice is smooth and the ice cream was thick. It was the perfect treat. We loved that there was a table and chairs and even space on the grass to take our time and enjoy. We will be going back many times this summer!“

But one of the drink order was wrong and daughter never bothered double checking it. We called the place back and see if we can rectify the situation and the young lady happily helped me over the phone and offer a couple of options for me to do.
