No one’s a jerk when you first meet them. I mean, we’re all nice at the beginning. It’s only when you face a challenge together that you see someone’s true colors, for better or worse. And companies are exactly the same. So, I owe it to Crumbl to share this experience.

I had an issue with the desserts I ordered, so I visited their website, emailed the Layton location, and posted a review. Within a day, I received a kind and apologetic email from the owner. She explained her plan to make it right and followed through the same day!

After asking the owner to take care of my problem, I’ve seen her true colors, and here’s what I found: she cares about her customers. She's responsive, responsible, humble, and filled to the brim with integrity! I went from a guy with a problem with my order to now a loyal customer. That's impressive!“

“I like the ice cream, but the menu no longer displays a description of the flavors, so that's a bit annoying. There is a description of the flavors on a sign on the counter, but that does little to no good when trying to figure out what you want, before you order.“

We ordered it Wednesday night and she had it done on Thursday, we didn't even need till Saturday! Talk about speedy customer service! “This Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is located alongside Cold Stone Creamery. On one side of the cash register is Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the other side is Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it's two businesses in one location, it is a very small store with maybe four small tables. They have most of the basic candies and candy/caramel apples, but they don't have everything that you can find in other places. They don't open until 4pm on Sunday. Good thing I checked online before going over there.“

“We loved Pier Ice. There were so many flavors to choose from and the add ins like sweetened condensed milk, cream, or ice cream put it over the top. The ice is smooth and the ice cream was thick. It was the perfect treat. We loved that there was a table and chairs and even space on the grass to take our time and enjoy. We will be going back many times this summer!“

“Discovered this place a few weeks ago and we’ve been back several times ever since.Today, hubby surprised me with a drink and sent over my daughter to get them. But one of the drink order was wrong and daughter never bothered double checking it. We called the place back and see if we can rectify the situation and the young lady happily helped me over the phone and offer a couple of options for me to do. I love that they are willing to take care of their customers.It’s a great place for boba drinks and sweet treats.“

I came to the store, picked out a cake, and asked whether it could be customized on the spot.
