“I don’t know why I haven’t rated them before now, the Kaysville Creamery is fantastic! I’ve been going for years and love that they offer gourmet icecream from both the BYU and USU creameries! Their serving sizes are huge, their flavors awesome, and business platform genius! Go and enjoy!!!! Hint…they will split a scoop into two flavors :)“

“Customer service was great—the girl working is really sweet, and the drinks were excellent. However, while my fiancé and I were enjoying our time, an older manager came in and spoke very rudely to an employee. It felt really inappropriate to witness as a customer, and honestly sad to see staff treated that way. It also seems like they only schedule one person at a time, which doesn’t feel fair to the employees. I hope management can address this, because the staff deserves better.“

Stopped in for a custard earlier today and got more than just dessert. The young man at the counter was kind, quick, and had a great smile—stood out to me after 40 years in dentistry. We even shared a quick laugh about him wearing a retainer. The place was spotless, the service fast, and the custard smooth as ever. Nielsen’s gets it right—quality product, quality people.

“Good ice cream, we like the gelatas and the shakes. Plus the dole whip is really good. We usually go on the weekend & the girl that works Saturday nights is awesome. One time they were out of vanilla ice cream but she took the time to explain the menu & made sure we all got something else that we’d like. Last time I finally asked for her name, so big shout out to LJ at Zeppes for being so great. Even when she’s working by herself she’s professional and she hustles to make sure everything’s good. We’ll definitely keep coming back!!“

“I got a custom cake made at this Layton location and the girl we went through was very cooperative and let us order what we wanted. She helped us decide on flavors and everything! We ordered it Wednesday night and she had it done on Thursday, we didn't even need till Saturday! Talk about speedy customer service! “We loved Pier Ice. There were so many flavors to choose from and the add ins like sweetened condensed milk, cream, or ice cream put it over the top. The ice is smooth and the ice cream was thick. It was the perfect treat. We loved that there was a table and chairs and even space on the grass to take our time and enjoy. We will be going back many times this summer!“

“This Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is located alongside Cold Stone Creamery. On one side of the cash register is Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the other side is Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it's two businesses in one location, it is a very small store with maybe four small tables. They have most of the basic candies and candy/caramel apples, but they don't have everything that you can find in other places. They don't open until 4pm on Sunday. Good thing I checked online before going over there.“

“I ordered the kid size not realizing how small a portion is was. When I complained, the manager explained it was the correct portion but gave another scoop for my little. Although the kids size is extremely small, she didn't have give more ice cream. I appreciated her stellar customer service.“
