No one’s a jerk when you first meet them. I mean, we’re all nice at the beginning. It’s only when you face a challenge together that you see someone’s true colors, for better or worse. And companies are exactly the same. So, I owe it to Crumbl to share this experience.

I had an issue with the desserts I ordered, so I visited their website, emailed the Layton location, and posted a review. Within a day, I received a kind and apologetic email from the owner. She explained her plan to make it right and followed through the same day!

After asking the owner to take care of my problem, I’ve seen her true colors, and here’s what I found: she cares about her customers. She's responsive, responsible, humble, and filled to the brim with integrity! I went from a guy with a problem with my order to now a loyal customer. That's impressive!“

“Michelle is a supervisor at this location. To say that she’ll go above and beyond is an understatement. There was a mistake that was out of her control at the time but she still took care of me as the consumer. On top of loving their cookies, it helps when there are people like Michelle that look out for the customer and want us to come back. Great customer service!“

“This Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is located alongside Cold Stone Creamery. On one side of the cash register is Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the other side is Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it's two businesses in one location, it is a very small store with maybe four small tables. They have most of the basic candies and candy/caramel apples, but they don't have everything that you can find in other places. They don't open until 4pm on Sunday. Good thing I checked online before going over there.“

“We loved Pier Ice. There were so many flavors to choose from and the add ins like sweetened condensed milk, cream, or ice cream put it over the top. The ice is smooth and the ice cream was thick. “We were in town from Texas visiting family, and, to celebrate my wife's 29 1/2-year- (1 year on Saturn) old birthday, I wanted to get her a space-themed ice cream cake. I came to the store, picked out a cake, and asked whether it could be customized on the spot. To my surprise, the store not only accommodated my request, but they did a beautiful job adding a multi-colored saturn to the middle of the cake as well as many complementarily-colored stars. It looked amazing! But that's not all -- the cake tasted incredible; each of our family members agreed it was delectable.“

The girls working there were so friendly and helpful—they made the experience so enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely love their job and working together because their great attitudes and smiles are contagious. They were quick to recommend the best chocolates and even helped me put together the perfect holiday gift box.
