“We had just landed in Utah from Virginia and found Salsa Madre at a craft market. We tried a few salsas and got Tamales, salsa and horchata to go. It was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! The pork in the tamales had a perfect spicy deep flavor. The salsas had a wide profile of flavors. Definitely hit them up!“

“The atmosphere was great lively and cheerful with grupo 5 playing on one of the tvs, another had a nature chanel, and the other TV had sports that I could see.

The service was exceptional, attentive and friendly. Our food and drinks arrived at the table quickly and everything was provided at the perfect time.

The food serving was large and so freaking delicious! I'm Peruvian and I love feeling close to home when I'm in these restaurants. I felt like I was home, the music the service and food brought me back.

We got a pitcher of passion fruit juice, papa a la huancaina, lomo saltado con arroz chaufa, pollo la brasa y canchita. The huancaina sauce was a little different from what I'm used to but nonetheless delicious. I'm sure being in Utah it may be harder to get the all Peruvian spices needed. Everything tastes amazing this is a really great Peruvian restaurant and if you are craving or want to try something new this is the place to go.“

“We ate here with three generations and everyone was happy. Skip the rice and get two orders of beans (or just one order, but you have to get the beans). No matter what, order something with cheese (quesadilla or Gringas tacos) because they use the authentic Mexican cheese that’s hard to find in the States. I felt the proportions-to-price ratio was awesome (the burritos are huge) and we left with leftovers. I LOVE that they keep all the condiments separate so if you like soapy cilantro you can add that or skip it like a civilized person. Extra points for having cruditos! We were too full to order dessert but the flan looked good.“

“This is one of our favorite places. The best fish tacos I've ever had in Utah and I don't normally eat a lot of fish or fish tacos. There is no strong fishy flavor to them and the batter they use is spiced and delicious. They also have some of the best chicken tacos. They cook over charcoal so it has a delicious flavor. Also be sure to try their Tampi sushi roll. It's delicious!“

The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Don't dream of foods you use to as you build it up on a pedestal and once you get to try it again, it's never as good as you remember

Which is complicated by my gluten intolerance/wheat allergy so the food I use to love pre-wheat allergy is not even an option now

So sorry, the missing star feels wrong but yet it just wasn't as good as I wanted it to be and the prices where definitely inflated as well

My vegi nachos overfilled the to go container and I barely ate 1/4 of it BUT I also didn't want to finish it as it had great qualities and was extra fresh, it did not hit the spot

I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese burrito, no flour tortilla just some corn tortillas and the corn tortillas were so hot I had to let them cool a minute but then they were too cold and hard

And I use to save my burrito for later so I did t think twice about eating some and leaving the rest but it didn't keep at all

The waitress was fabulous and even engaged with us as she got the order ready....and talked to our service dog as well as she tried to get a treat

We were in the drive thru so I bet it would have been much funner in the restaurant but we were in a hurry“

“I live in Spanish Fork and no other Mexican Restaurants that I have gone to local in the area have the Chile Rellenos that Floribertos has it's very delicious and so appetizing OMG!! I ordered the Chile Rellenos Plate, I was highly satisfied for sure 🙌♥️❤️the plate was as expected it was full had pico de gallo, rice, beans, sour cream, shredded lettuce and flour Tortillas, it also includes a medium fountain drink of your choice.
