“The 4 stars are for the girls working behind the counter. If based on the 'manager', there would be 1 star. How dare she belittle the employees in front of customers. Especially over one piece of cheese placed wrong. The employee was embarrassed. This manager needs to have some serious customer service training. The other two girls were fabulous!“

“I have to look at the bright side. I’ve ran businesses and trying to run a fast food business in a small town is not an easy task. My recommendation for people traveling and eating fast food in a small town must be patient. You don’t know their Circumstances. They have a hard time keeping employees much less good employees including managers. When they lack managers it’s overwhelming to the the employees. They can only do the best they can till all positions are filled. Small towns my take a little longer to get organized. If the store was in a big city you’d have something to really complain about. I was just at the store in Nephi and they’re doing great considering the circumstances. However it was clean and they had great customer service. The customers seemed very satisfied as well. I didn’t see anyone complaining. Good luck Nephi Wendy’s employees keep on with the good work and keep on smiling. Don’t let anyone discourage your work ethics.“

“Me and my boyfriend went to Arby’s and man to be honest the girl that took our order and gave us our food was so sweet. When you go to fast food restaurants you rarely get a smile or a sweet compliment from workers but this girl knew what she was doing. She smiled and was very nice and she complimented the plant in my car 🥺 And food was perfect lol“

“I went here while I had a tournament for baseball and I really liked it the menu could fit anyone I have the service at 5 stars because everyone was really nice but the wait time was the longest I’ve ever waited in a drive through it really no complaint besides that“

“Most of the time only the cheeseburger is any good. But I seldom get it with onions or lettuce so it has to be made fresh. I almost always stop when traveling south or back home. Wish the one in hometown was still open.“

He is always so friendly and kind when he helps me and other customers I have noticed he has a great and pleasant attitude when doing his job he is willing to go far and beyond to help and get what we want he is a real nice guy in my opinion and takes his job very seriously I will give him an A+ in my book keep up the good work Greg 😁“

“I get takeout from here all the time and it's usually great but seems to be a completely different place in the evening hours. Always clean, courteous, quick and tasty when I go for lunch between 2-4 but when I go in at 7-8 it's always a disaster. The cold and hot tables are a mess, portions are skimpy, people skills go out the window, organization and focus are lacking causing people to wait forever with very few customers in line. Its like a completely different business on the night shift. And what's with the excessively high tip options durring checkout in all these new places not just Costa Vita. For heck sake it's a cafeteria style eatery! I remember when the tipping average was 10-20 percent at a proper restaurant where you actually got service and the chairs weren't cold hard metal to get you out of there as quick as possible without actually saying it. Hopefully reviews like this will help them get their night shift back together. Maybe try wiping off the nasty computer screen that I'm supposed to touch once in a while would be a great start. The store is pretty nice and they actually finished the ceilings unlike most places these days but 1 maybe 2 star night shift lately.“
