I just have to say—Dylan’s off 12th St absolutely blew me away. The chicken tenders and fries I had today were hands‑down the best I’ve ever had, anywhere.

The tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned like whoever made them has a personal vendetta against bland food. The fries? Golden, crunchy, and exactly the kind you keep eating even when you’re “full.”

Major shoutout to the food preparers—whoever’s back there cooking deserves a trophy, a parade, or at least a raise. You all crushed it.

If you’re anywhere near 12th St and haven’t eaten at Dylan’s yet, do yourself a favor and go.“

“Three toddlers in the car after a morning of shopping (herding cats more like) and we were ALL frazzled. I ordered more nuggets than required, a hefty amount of fries and some root beer and apple juice. The result was quiet chewing and blissful silence from the back seat!!! Every. Single. Cutie. Was. “Always friendly staff the grandkids love playing at the playground and honestly that gives me and my daughter's 5 minutes so I always love coming here, and the courtesy ice cream cones are a perfect way to end the visit and keeps the kids from throwing a fit about leaving and perfect size for little hands. Honestly the employees need a huge thank you for always being patient with the grandkids and being so nice every time we visit.“

It was better when Mackie and Ocean work there (just my opinion it’s) So I showed him where I had 145 points please let your employees know they should be able to get a free sub when you have 144 points thank you for listening or reading“

“I came in for lunch with my four young kids. I was very impressed with the service. When my order was ready they gave me extra paper boats as well as extra gummies to ensure all my kids were happy and taken care of. I appreciated their attention to detail and how they anticipated my needs without me having to ask. The manager also brought the kids stickers when we were finishing up our meal and asked if we needed anything else. Very impressed!“

“LOVE the choices and freshness of Pita Pit however, every time I visit this location the employees leave a bad taste in my mouth. No personalities. Not friendly. They barely look at you. It's too bad really. We travel all the way from Cache Valley to eat here because ours closed. The food gets 5 stars but the employees get 1.“
