“so i don’t typically leave reviews for places but the experience i had today was so positive that i had to share. i ordered lunch for pickup this afternoon and was late with arriving due to personal instances (relevant i promise) and i received a phone call from a very kind person letting me know my order was ready. i was flustered in the moment due to my situation and quickly made up that i was lost getting to their downtown slc location and he immediately went into assistance mode, giving me directions while assuring my order will be kept until i arrived and it was exactly the human interaction from a kind stranger i didn’t know i needed until it happened. i arrived quickly thereafter and i presume it was the same person who handed me my order was the one who called me and his in person kindness matched his over the phone kindness. every time i’ve come here its been nothing short of exceptional customer service and if not most importantly - the food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. the buffalo chicken and turkey bacon wraps are to die for and breakfast sandwiches slap too i swear it. also i’m just now remembering i ordered 2 sandwiches for 2 people but i didn’t order 2 bags of chips cause i’m trying to save money and before leaving out the door with my order, he added ANOTHER bag of chips in to my bag because there was already chips in my bag (crying) thank you for being such wonderful people and for being part of our wonderful salt lake city community!“

“My hubby and I stopped in for the first time ever to use a gift card. OMG, it was amazing! Hubby said his chopped cheese sandwich was unlike anything he’s ever had before, in a good way, and the potato salad was a surprise treat. I had the turkey which looked exactly like the menu picture- that doesn’t happen very often and tasted really good . Katy was super helpful and informative. Definitely worth a repeat.“

“I had a super delicious hot beef sandwich called the Wet Italian. Loved the fry seasoning too. The fry dip bar is a cool touch and I really enjoyed the curry ketchup - haven't had that in years. Overall outstanding experience with great people behind the counter. Thank you!“

“The Robin’s Nest is easily my favorite sandwich shop in Utah. The sandwiches are fantastic, but the service is what really sets this place apart. By my third visit, the cashier—who I think might also be the owner—recognized me, handed me a punch card, and even credited my previous visits. Despite how busy they get, the team moves quickly and keeps things running smoothly.
My only real complaint is that their hours are limited, and they only have the one downtown location. Then again, that might be a blessing for my health.“

“Dillion made our experience memorable. He greeted us with enthusiasm and amazing customer service. The Philly steak sandwich was the best we have ever had. The Italian was crisp and fresh. We are so grateful our area gets an amazing and affordable restaurant. Dillion was impressive with not even a wasted movement. His speed and precision had our food ready so quick that I was shocked. We were first timers to this place and can’t wait to return. I liked the options for their sodas and chips.“

“It was a bit tricky to find (it is on the second floor #421) but once I did wow!!! Where to start? The staff and owner are extremely friendly and inviting, the food quality and portion sizes are out of this world. Especially if you're comparing to a similarly priced lunch at a different restaurant! Even the half size portions are enough for 2 meals which is so appreciated in this current economy! “Keeping your expectations in mind that this is just a Subway, this is a great location. It's actually one of best locations I've been to. I frequent here often because I work nearby and the staff is always incredibly friendly. The restaurant itself is always clean. I don't think I've ever had an issue with the accuracy of my orders. That being said, going off the menu prices, everything here is overpriced, especially since the quality of Subway food has dropped dramatically in the past decade or two. I will only order here if there is a deal, discount, promotion etc., - usually via the Subway app. Otherwise, you can find much better quality food for the same prices. But again, the staff of this location are stellar at their jobs, they're just unable tocontrol the quality of the ingredients they're supplied with, or the prices.“

“I work nearby so I've come by very often in the past year. The food is good but the place gets 5 stars for the stellar costumer service I receive from the amazing ladies that work here. Every visit without failure I'm greeted kindly, spoken to with patience, and when it's busy, I've seen them work extremely efficiently and fast. Just wow. 10/10“

“I just barely gave a mostly negative review to this Subway due to my most recent online order experience with them. They also deserve a positive review for a past experience Ive had with them that they deserve credit for. A month ago I made an online order for a sub and when I went to drive and pick it up, my cars ignition died and I wasnt able to pick up my order. For the next 3 days the staff worked with me constantly to assure that I would recieve my order and I was able to pick it up that following Sunday morning. “The wife and I stopped by for something to eat before wandering around to do some quick shopping. I got what I knew, the Pepe. The wife I got the Roast Beef and Cheddar, toasted. Her sandwich was a bit strong at first due to vinegar on the toasted onions, but still good. The place was a bit busy at first but eventually cleared out due to rainy weather outside. We took our time to eat and eventually got a couple of brownies to go. All food was good. Overall a good experience there. They have funny signs to read all over the place 😅it’s not Subway👍if you’re looking for a change up from Subway… this is a good place to stop by👍🙏“

“We use this Jimmy Johns location at least three times a week for various client meetings-sometimes very large gatherings. The food is always correct, fresh and delicious. Their deliveries are consistently on time (or before). And their delivery people are super-friendly. Jameson and his team are awesome! Thank you for the great food and service!!!“
