“We went got food from the drive thru tonight and the service was amazing. It took a little bit for our food bc they made my chicken tenders fresh. We don’t mind the wait at all. Two ladies came to let us know it was taking a little longer. Such amazing service. It’s usually not that good but these two ladies changed our minds about coming here. Hands down best customer service and their smiling faces. ❤️“

“The food is always good and fresh! I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 meals- when I got to the window I realized that I left my purse at home. I had cash in my pocket but I was $2 short so I asked them to take off 1 meal and they did and charged me for just the 1 meal. Then when Scottie handed me my bag there were 2 meals in the bag! She said have a good night! I was in tears because that was such a nice thing to do!!! I love Costa Vida!“

“The food hear was amazing. The onion rings were the best. Loved the 50's theme. Our only complaint was that the machine making the frozen custard was sooo loud. You cannot even hear the oldies music playing. If you eat outside you can hear the music.“

“On a previous visit, we had an experience where our order was incorrect and the assistant manager just kind of blew us off when we bought it to his attention. When Joel the general manager found out about it, he contacted us and apologized. He invited us back so he could make up for everything. He was polite, professional and genuine. We love the burgers at Carl's Jr and Joel is a great ambassador for their company.“

Parking: In both locations there are other big stores as well, so you can find parking, it just might not always be close. The Drive-Thru moves very quickly also!
Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old (twin)grandchildren love going in!! They always get a treat or surprise ?
Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair for 6 months about 4 years ago and I had no problems at all.“

“Nico who was my cashier was super nice and brought my salt seasoned fries outside to the outdoor patio. What he did not know was my multiple schlerosis was making me tired as well as my sore right knee. Thank you so much for the excellent service, Nicole! I will be back for your delicious burgers.“

“Clean and well maintained Arctic Circle! Food tasted great as well. Only small nick for their service, as the crew that was working at the time acted very bothered to have to be at work.

“My favorite restaurant ever! I've been eating the food for years and it always slaps. The workers are super nice here and always go above and beyond.

“I go here a lot early in the morning . 4 am ish before I hit the gym sometimes . lol I’m one of those idiots. I have never had a bad encounter with this Del taco if I ever have anything that I need my my questions answered they always fix it with a smile and the ladies that work here are so nice. “Food was great! Staff were killing it being down. When the assistant manager or whatever showed up, she was extremely rude and loud to her kitchen help and I felt bad for her. Her team did great for having 3 staff and being busy. Her loud mouth coming in made us customers uncomfortable.“

“I’ve been a fan of A&W my whole life, but only go when it’s convenient. Today I was passing by right at lunch time and decided to stop in. There was virtually no customers inside or at the drive thru.I’m a member of the A&W Mug Club so I had a coupon and even though they didn’t couldn’t scan the code they still honored the deal which was very kind of them.The staff were welcoming and friendly and the food turned out great, exactly as ordered.My only disappointment was that the “made fresh daily” A&W rootbeer didn’t come from a tap of its own, and didn’t really seem like it was “made fresh,” but rather the typical bag-in-a-box style of soft drink like any others.Overall the restaurant was clean and maintained and there was ample parking outside.“
