“This was my 1st time at the establishment. Had the brisket pho tonight. A very large flavorful portion. Great meat to noodle ratio. Flavoring was perfect. A generous serving of side items for the pho. The staff was very nice and helpful. Even the bathrooms were well maintained and clean. I really enjoyed my dinner here. I will definitely return to try more items, to have the pho again, and to introduce more people to this establishment. Solidly worth your money!!“

“I haven't had real pho since becoming a vegetarian in 2016. I had the beef pho and it was amazing.
To the owner, the menu is a bit confusing because it refers to vegan dishes as beef or ham (instead of be'f or plant based, etc), but it turns out everything on the menu is plant-based. It feels amazing not to be restricted to tofu!

“This place is 10/10! The food is incredible. The menu is simple but elevated. The prices are reasonable. The service is attentive and timely. Okkk now let’s get to the good stuff - what should you order?
If you order nothing but the ube pancakes, you could be happy for the rest of the day. These pancakes are fluffy and the passionfruit cream between them is to dieeee for. I’d personally come back just for the pancakes!!!
We also ordered the Vegan Bahn Mi, a side of bok choy and avocado toast with a side of potatoes. Everything was seriously incredible - flavour profiles were well balanced. While there was a slightly spicy sauce on the eggs, it was more tangy than spicy and paired perfectly with the eggs. The Vietnamese coffee was made perfectly - not too sweet and had a hint of bitterness from the coffee so you know it’s the goood stuff.
I don’t drink so while I can’t vouch for the alcoholic drinks, I did see a lot of people order them as well!
The ambiance and decor are also awesome.
Parking: there are lots of 2h parking spots for free around the corner and across the street as well. I went on a Sunday so it didn’t seem like the 2h rule was super enforced but take this advice on your own discretion! I am sure weekdays are more strict.

“Tried this place for the first time and was very impressed! We got potstickers, rangoons, pork egg rolls, and the combination pho. I did takeout via doordash and did have to wait a few mins for my food after arriving, but it was fresh and the staff was friendly. Inside was nothing to write home about, but still seemed clean.
The appetizers were tasty, had unique sauces and were decently priced. The pho broth had very good flavor and the meat was tender. I wish there was a bit more meat for a “large” sized pho but it was plenty for me and my boyfriend to share.

“What can I say about this place !!! I am a big fan of Pho. I have to have it few times a week. I tried so many restaurants but there nothing compare to the Pho these people make. It’s literally the BEST place for PHO. I am not saying one of the best but really THE BEST. I highly recommend them. Their place is super clean, the way they handle the food is amazing and the customer service is 110% Please don’t waste your time going somewhere else. Go to these guys, you won’t regret.“

The soy chicken sandwich is unbelievably delicious. I was blown away. I think they're much better than Oh Mai (who rate as very good). I can't get enough of this place. Great service, clean, bright, and friendly. Do yourself a favor and go.

“I’m a girl from Hue and pho Cali’s bun bo hue tastes like it does in Hue and at mom’s! I am delighted to have such great Vietnamese food while visiting SLC. The bun Bo hue is a deep flavourful broth that is served piping hot, with lots of meat and a generous side of herbs and veggies which is a must for Vietnamese cuisine. The owner is such a lovely woman, and cares deeply for her staff and her business. 10/10 I would return the next time I’m snowboarding in SLC!“

“I have been eating at Pho 99 since 1998, when they had their old location more south of where they are at now. Like all pho places are like a mom and pops shop. I always get the urge for pho and this is the place I love most, they have a variety of food which is just as good. Price is reasonable, he service when busy... please be patient the food is worth the wait.
Parking: Plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: High chair, booster chair when requested, variety of juices and sodas
Wheelchair accessibility: Low ramp to enter the dining area.“

“Oh Mai has been our favorite place to get Vietnamese food here in Utah! I'm so happy to find out that there is now a location four minutes from my house.
I ordered my go-to, and it didn't disappoint. The BANH MI curry chicken sandwich was perfectly seasoned with a bit of spice from the Jalapeño and the sweetness from the curry. I paired it with a basil roll and an orange fanta. Perfect combo in my opinion!“

I did notice today that the menu prices are different than what I was charged. Menu shows $9.68 for S12 Brisket and $1.98 for side of Pho broth but I was charged $10.50 for the sandwich and $2.50 for the pho. I understand the need to raise prices, but they need to update the menu to reflect it“
