“I've been here several times, always a treat, and have never left a review. Located in great part of town, just love 9th and 9th. The gelateria itself has just an assortment of arts and ceramics and decorations. The seating area is super cozy. Some tables and chairs and some couches - that could swallow you whole if you let them they are so squishy. The gelato is great, very creamy. I think the best gelato in Salt Lake. The serving size is great too, they usually pack it in and over the top of the cup. Thanks to the owners and workers of this shop!“

“I have went to Baskin-Robbins 4 times in the past few weeks. Each time I am refused service for extended periods of time while other patrons are treated with grace. It is my approach to treat everyone with kindness, but this evening ,I was once again not greeted warmly or told that someone would be right with me. One of the associates began to serve people that had just walked in before me despite serving my friend. I assumed that perhaps the person was shy but when two more patrons entered, the sales associate warmly greeted them. It was at that point that I decided not to make a purchase. I am deeply disappointed at these actions. I can only help but feel these acts are racially motivated. I will not name names because I am not seeking to get anyone fired but I think a greater lesson can be learned.“

“Solid 4/5 star coffee shop. It’s a fun vibe, I like how it’s small and quirky. The drinks were good, nothing special though. They only had one roast to choose from, and the staff was fine, not very fun and bubbly like your typical coffee shop. Not sure that I’ll go back, but definitely in a fun location and worth swinging by if your a block or two away.“

“I usually go to the one in Riverton. However, I was in the area for the Museum of Illusions, so I popped in. The flavor I usually get at the Riverton location, Honey I'm Comb, is a location exclusive flavor, so they didn't have it here. However, I got a different flavor - I forgot which one. It was still good! Doesn't beat my ole reliable, but it the quality and service were still superb. I like the location and ambiance because I really like The Gateway, despite it dying :( Great dessert option in the area.“

“We were on a road trip from Calgary to Vegas with friends, and right next to our hotel we decided to try Shake Shack for the first time. Since that day, I’ve officially become a huge fan of the Shroom Burger! I can’t even explain how good it was — easily one of the best burgers I’ve had on our entire trip.
On our way back to Canada, I was still craving it so much that I searched for the nearest Shake Shack — and thankfully, we found this location. We reached just before closing, and Sarah (I hope I’m spelling that right!) was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely polite, patient, helpful, and genuinely kind. Her customer service was the best I experienced anywhere in the States. She made our visit feel warm and welcoming, even at the end of the day. People like her truly make a difference.
This Shake Shack location has become a memorable part of our trip. If we ever drive to the States again, this will definitely be one of our stops. I genuinely wish the entire team great success. I also really hope Shake Shack opens in Canada one day — especially in Calgary — because I would be the first in line to support it (and honestly, I’d even love to do business with them someday!).

“They have drive thru and dine-in service. Usually a lot of energetic teenagers running the store. Great 50's diner vibe. The custard concrete is thick and delicious. The drive through pick up parking spaces are a little hectic but provided a beautiful view of the valley 🤩.
They have lots of flavors and it's worth an have treat.“

“I absolutely love Crumbl! I like their rotating menu and the unique and delicious flavors that I’ve tried (and I’ve tried quite a few). Their classic cookies (like chocolate chip and sugar) are heavenly too!

“My husband and I tried Freddy’s while at the Salt Lake City airport. (We had already had a several hour drive from Pocatello, ID. We then were to catch a flight to Phoenix before heading home to the San José, CA area.) My husband suggested we get a treat at Freddy’s. We shared a tasty hot fudge sundae, including whipped cream, pecans and a cherry! The sundae was a good sized portion, at an extremely affordable price; $4.69 plus tax. I couldn’t get over the low price at an airport! We should have bought two! I don’t know if there’s a Freddy’s near us- but I’ll check- and next time try other items on their menu. Thanks Freddy’s, for a delicious treat for us weary travelers! God BLESS you all- He LOVES you!

“OK, if you’re lowball rating an airport Shake Shack… news flash: it’s an airport freshly made sorta fast food burger place. You’re gonna have to wait a little. It’s fresh. Burger was good, fries were fries. It was all hot and fresh. Bun was soft but grilled crisp. What more do you want? You all probably ordered the hot dog or chicken sandwiches. Go home. It’s a grilled burger and fries. Not filet mignon.“

“I went there in the afternoon of August 20th 2025. The ice cream was very good nice and creamy. The service though wasn't very good. I ordered a medium mint chocolate chip ice cream in a dish with chocolate sprinkles. The young man brought me out the ice cream went out sprinkles. I reminded him I wanted chocolate sprinkles but when it came out it had rainbow sprinkles. Obviously the kid was not listening or paying attention.“
