“The Sea Bass was a total suprise. More often than not I am dissapointed when I order fish. Not the case here. The presentation was superb. The blend of flavors, textures and colors was an epicurean delight. Our waiter/bartender Damany was thoughtful, always on point without being intrusive. “We were tired from touring all day and the clerk at Springhill Suites recommended an Italian place “just around the corner”. As we got closer, we could detect delicious smells in the air. As we entered, a cheery staff greeted us, and the cozy space was decorated with lots of photographs and traditional green and white checked tablecloths. We were offered fresh garlic bread while we looked over the menu. We both decided on the “individual” pizza, but let me tell you, us 2 ladies could’ve easily just split one! The veggie pizza was soooo fresh and yummy. If we’re ever in the area again, would definitely go back!“

“We had the Rehearsal Dinner for our son and his soon-to-be bride at Bastille Brasserie & Bar and it was well beyond our high expectations!!! The staff and service was exceptional (and friendly), the food was as good if not better than that from highly ranked Michelin restaurants, and the atmosphere and facility were perfect for a gathering of 50 or so people!! We can't thank Juan and the Chefs (a wonderful married couple) enough for such a fantastic event!!! The range of delicious selections kept not only our traditional American side of the family pleased but also some of the highly discriminating French relatives. We highly recommend the Bastille Brasserie for not just an evening dinner out but also for your special events such as Rehearsal Dinners, Receptions, Family Gatherings, Wedding Parties, etc“

The food was delicious with many interesting flavors and combinations. Only downside was the noise level was a little high as we were seated near the bar. But we will return!“

“Our server Jayla was awesome! She was very friendly. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 2 p.m. weather was gorgeous outside and the outdoor patio was well covered, but we decided to sit inside. The restaurant wasn't too crowded. Jayla asked if it was our first time at Blackwall Hitch, which it was, so she went over the local favorites. She recommended the flaming crab dip and it was delicious!!! Jayla offered us extra Naan chips which I thought was generous for an upscale restaurant. I asked if she could bring us extra with a to-go box to take the rest of the dip. We also had the mahi mahi tacos and chicken-pancetta flatbread - both were great. Jayla often checked on us. We had a lovely time and the service was great! Thank you!“

“Great Stop for Gourmet Carryout!

I recently traveled 4 hours away for vacation and decided to stop by this gourmet carryout restaurant. I’m so glad I did! The owner personally recommended some dishes, and the service was quick, efficient, and straight to the point. The prices were very reasonable, and I even got to try the owner’s own recipe for a healthy juice, which was delicious! If you’re looking for great food, fantastic service, and a pleasant experience, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!“

“Husband and I both got 2 meat platter because we wanted leftovers. It’s enough food for 3 meals easy. Everything was delicious!! My favorites were the brisket, cucumber salad and cornbread. Donna’s got it going on cause her food is full of flavor!!“
