“We ordered take out from this place so I can’t really review the service or atmosphere as fairly but I’m going to give it 5 stars since the place looked good unlike other Thai places near by and the host Kelly was really friendly. The food however was really good. Really tasty, good quality ingredients and lots of quantity. Would go back there for sure“

“Chicken Fried Rice from this restaurant is causing me to reevaluate Chicken Fried Rice from every other restaurant I frequent for Chicken Fried Rice. As far as my palate is concerned, they have raised the bar. And the Bangkok Beef Stew is spectacular.“

“The food here is always good. However I cannot get them to make my dish Thai spicy no matter how hard I ask or beg. They may not think I can handle it but that's on me not on them. If I ask for it that's what I should get. Everything is served mild at best. Service is always great.“

“The food in the restaurant is delicious and comes out at a very reasonable time for the amount that they put in front of you. The service is also spectacular. In my maybe 5 years of going here the only time they've ever gotten something wrong was confusing water for sprite, and I mean its a clear drink so whatever. The inside is also clean and well kept, even the restrooms. Again, 5 years I've been coming here. In those 5 years I've loved the food here so much that leaving a review never came to my mind because it was just so comforting, like I wasn't even eating at a restaurant. Highly recommend eating here.“

“Used to really like this place but we were denied seating on the patio unless we had a dog. We have two young children and it is much easier to manage them outside and there was no one else out there. Thanks for the quick respons Sisters at Old Town North Alexandria you guys have been one of our favorite places and I hope we can visit again in the future.“

“This place is Alexandria's hidden gem. It's a delightful experience from start to finish.

Atmosphere: This place has VIBES. From traditional Thai artwork adorning the walls, to the slow jazz filling the air, to the tables themselves catching your eye with sculpted wooden imagery, this is a surprisingly good place for a quaint date that can impress without busting the bank.

Food: The food was on par with the atmosphere. The pad thai was delicious. Let me take a moment to talk about the miso soup; something rather simple, but it shows that this place even does the small things right. Many places give you miso soup with just broth and dumplings, but this place filled my cup with green onions, sliced meat, carrot bits, etc. THAT'S how you do soup! Even the thai ice tea was so sweet, it could double as a dessert (which to me isn't a problem, because you can always just add water).

Service: When I was overseas, I experienced world-class food service. This restaurant was on par with those memories. The staff was attentive, the food arrived swiftly, and each person put dilligent effort into creating a pleasant dining experience. There are few places in the US with staff that's this disciplined. It's a breath of fresh air.

All in all, I was so impressed with this small, unassuming restaurant, but was so blown away by all aspects of it, that I felt obligated to write this review.

“Thai peppers is our go to Thai spot. Their flavor, attention to detail on orders, and levels of spices are fantastic. They have a good variety of food and quality wait times. I am always so happy with and satisfied when we order from them! I haven’t had a chance to eat in the restaurant, but there is a good amount of seating!“

“The food was pretty okay. I liked the atmosphere and how the restaurant is decorated. The restaurant is very small, so I'd suggest doing takeout. The restaurant sells trinkets, which was fun. The trinket I bought wasn't expensive. There's a free parking lot that wasn't too full. The restaurant seems to be run by a dad who both cooks the food and mans the register/phone. His kids were there too (not disruptive or anything though). He seemed to be a dad putting in a lot of work to make ends meet. I hope his restaurant continues to be successful. The trinkets and decorations were very endearing.“

“This is our jam. Let me tell you why: 1. they make custom orders a. I like a salmon roll that I hand write out and they make perfectly for me b. my son eats a certain noodle dish that they custom make for him.
2. the pieces of fish are thick and large and delish and this never fails. (some places lace their sushi in lemon to mask the nastiness, but this is just high quality all the time).
3. Customer service is impecable. They are kind to my kiddo. We are teaching him to order and pay the bill on his own to gain that confidence and they are patient and extra kind to him.
4. It sorta feels like a home away from home.
5. The price is super affordable.
