“Our son recently moved to Arlington and he said this was the best Italian food that he ever had! Last night we went there for dinner and couldn't agree with him more. We had some initial issues with our service and seating , but the General Manager, Stefano and our waitress Shandra took care of us and the service that they gave us was outstanding; probably the best that I ever had at a restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious! We will be back every time that we visit our son. There are so many dishes that I cannot wait to try and the pasta is all homemade. Thanks for making our dinner so special. We love it here!“

The cocktails are delicious every time - the pistachio martini is an absolute must. Always a vibe with the playlist and service is top notch. Rohat is so kind and hospitable! We ordered the eggs Benedict and the shawarma hash, both served on large plates at very reasonable prices. The eggs in both dishes were perfectly cooked. The eggs Benedict featured incredibly tender asparagus, while the shawarma hash came with a generous portion of richly flavored lamb and beef. The accompanying naan was also delicious.“

“I had the pleasure of trying Westover Taco for brunch today. OMG the chicken and waffles were so good. I got the spicy version. Everything we had was delicious, but I can’t stop thinking about the spicy chicken and Belgian waffle. Their brunch menu has a lot of options. My husband enjoyed the Chilaquiles (I think I spelled that right.) Their house margaritas were on point. The service was excellent! Nick helped me find the perfect foods.

If we lived closer, we would certainly be regulars. I can’t wait to visit again.“

“Glad Westville decided to open up a location in Virginia, and what better than Clarendon! Similar to the New York locations, everything tastes healthy-ish and homemade, but maybe better than most city dwellers could do at home. Also an easy venue if you’re dining in a big group with pick eaters - lots of protein and veggie options, and super friendly to allergies and dietary restrictions.

Personal favorite was the fish sandwich. Veggie sides are all good and taste healthy (no heavy feeling that I get sometimes from veggie sides at restaurants - maybe they use a healthier oil or fewer additives). Carrot cake was flavorful and had a great texture, and love that it looked homemade as well.

Interior feels like an old school diner, and is super clean. Outdoor patio looks like a great place to enjoy an aperol spritz during the summer.“

“The workers here are SO NICE! We’ve been swinging through here as a post-workout treat, working our way through the coffee menu. The staff explain each one and really help us land on the perfect cup. The coffee is great, the pastry is great, can not recommend this place enough.“

“Lebanese Taverna saved the day! They created a wonderful menu for my event of 250 people with only a week’s notice after the original caterer canceled. On the day of the event, they were on time and provided delicious food. Amanda, the catering representative I worked with, even took my call after the food had been delivered and offered to be available to answer any questions about allergens or ingredients. LT also provided placards for each dish that included ingredients so folks with dietary restrictions or allergies were able to enjoy the meal without worry. Would highly recommend LT to cater your event - even if you’re not sure what you’d want from their great menu!“

“Ten years as a DMV resident and the Tiki Thai at Water Park managed to amaze. Water Park has been around since at least 2013, when I arrived to take a job with the DEA. Unlike the DEA, Water Park evolved over the Covid lockdown and now has emerged as go-to destination for the local community. Tiki Thai is a very welcome part of the Park. Water Park is a laidback outdoor collection of diverse food venues. On my Saturday morning/afternoon visit (while waiting for the doors to open at the nearby Alamo cinema) I pulled up a chair and settled back to enjoy Tiki Thai’s custom blended Long Thailand. A perfect 10.“

“They offer lots of seating and quick service. The prices are very high and what you might expect at the airport.

I was walking through the airport and discovered that lucky buns offered halal beef and chicken as per their menu. I decided to give it a try and found the burger to be pretty good in terms of taste and portion. The chicken was average overall and much more plain. If I stopped by again, I would get the burger!“

So I'm working in DC this weekend and every i come i stay at the Crown Plaza in Arlington. The hotel is amazing but, the restaurant, Potomac Tavern is just amazing! The service, the food and best of all, the people. I asked my bartender to make me something special. I think I just had the BEST Old fashion ever! He used there own brand of whiskey, Potomac whiskey. So smooth and the flavors just popped! SO GOOD!
Of you are in the area stop by and try one.you will not regret it.
