“Ordered for delivery. The bulgogi and vegetable stir fry were super tasty and had just the right amount of heat. Also ordered kimchi and the pickled cucumbers on the side. The cucumbers could’ve used a little more kick but overall, would definitely order again! :)“

“Great cheap eats! Got the ham and cheese egg toast and it was amazing. The sauce they put on it was so good. Also got the cheddar dog with potatoes and it was just alright. Everything was very affordable and the location is great. Plenty of seating in the food court area“

“Love it here, am here like.. twice a week. Service is usually great, but every now and then one of the guys is just off his game.
Vegetarian options: Ehhh, there are some, but not a large amount. It literally says chicken in the title.“

“The spicy pork ramen was very tasty, although I can't vouch for how "authentic" it was. It was a smaller portion than I'd have liked for that price ($26 with tax and tip), and I would have liked a little more heat. But it the flavors were very good, and I'll definitely be back to try some of the other ramen options.“

“We recently ate at Bonchon Arlington as a family and absolutely loved it! The chicken wings were simply outstanding – perfectly seasoned and crispy. Every bite was a delight.
A special thank you goes to our super nice waitress Natalija. Their friendly and attentive service made the dining experience even more enjoyable. She was always there to make sure we had everything we needed and always had a smile on her face.
Overall a great evening with delicious food and excellent service.“

“Yesterday Tuesday I went to pick up an order I had made online, when I arrived there was no one serving me, despite saying hello many times no one came out, so I wanted to go to the dining room next door, thinking that maybe someone would come out of the kitchen. When I entered I found a girl hiding under the main counter, I found her sitting and using her phone, I found the customer service they give so unpleasant. Because even though she heard me she didn't come out to serve me or anything. When she saw me she was surprised and just said are you looking for something and didn't apologize, I took my order and left. I don't know why they put that kind of people to serve me, they should change staff if they really care. The food was good as always, no complaints about that.“

“Anju truly made our anniversary celebration a night to remember. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. They surprised us with a beautifully handwritten anniversary card—a thoughtful and personal touch that set the tone for the evening. As if that weren’t enough, they also treated us to celebratory drinks, both at the start and the end of our meal. It was a heartwarming gesture that made us feel incredibly valued as guests.
The food was an exquisite journey through modern Korean flavors. We started with the Half Chikin, perfectly crispy and tender, followed by Sogogi Mandu, which was bursting with flavor. The Seoul Fashioned cocktails were expertly crafted, providing the ideal balance of flavors to complement each dish. The Set of Three offered a delightful variety, while the Dolsot Bibim Bap was comforting and satisfying, bringing all the traditional flavors of Korea with a refined twist. The Ssam Board was a highlight, allowing us to create our own bites, each one as flavorful as the last. The Ori Jjajangmyeon and Jujube Sticky Toffee Pudding were both standouts, adding a unique and delicious twist to familiar Korean flavors.
Anju’s ambiance, attentive service, and culinary creativity made for a perfect evening. We can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience, especially for special occasions. Anju, thank you for making our anniversary unforgettable!“

“Absolutely amazing Korean food. Simple and super tasty. It's better to order a takeout because the seating inside isn't that comfortable. The food is very authentic and not expensive by DC standards. Ordering online was very easy, and the food was ready for pickup 10 minutes later. The folks working there were very friendly. Totally positive experience!“

“One of a kind! Awesome selection of Korean and American snacks. The service is top notch. The atmosphere is upbeat with a lounge vibe. Highly recommend.
Only caveat is parking might be tough during peak hours. Be careful parking in Honey Pig and Rumba lots adjacent to 1943 Classic.“

“I am sure Korean food is the best when tasted in Korea. That's why I'm not a big fan of Korean restaurants abroad. However this one, Rice Bar in DC satisfied me for real. 다만 제 느낌에 1회용 숫가락이 좀더 크면 좋겠고 젓가락에 일본어 적힌 점이 아쉽.. 그래도 또 들리고 싶네요.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Incheon Nova, a modern fusion Korean cuisine restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The culinary experience at Incheon Nova surpassed all my expectations with its delightful and delicious dishes, each infused with a touch of creativity. The flavors at Incheon Nova were simply explosive! From the moment I took my first bite, I was instantly transported to a world of culinary bliss. “If I could give this place six stars, I would! From the moment we stepped through the doors, the warm aroma of sizzling meats and their pepper and salt combo whispered, “You’re about to have the meal of your life.” And boy, was that promise fulfilled. The service? Impeccable. Our server was like a culinary ninja—silent and swift, yet somehow always there exactly when we needed a refill on kimchi or a tip on the perfect grill timing for our food. The food? Chef’s kiss. The beef was so tender it felt like it had signed a peace treaty with my taste buds. The spicy chicken had just the right kick, and the bulgogi? Let’s just say they made me question every other Korean BBQ I’ve ever eaten. Even the side dishes were star players—if I could bottle up their pasta salad, I’d start a black-market operation. What truly made the night unforgettable, though, was the sense of community around the table. Sharing the grill, laughing over who burned their tongue on the first piece (it was me), and fighting for the last fries brought us all closer. It wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience that fed both the stomach and the soul. Also, a warning: You will smell like glorious BBQ for hours afterward. But honestly, that just makes you the envy of everyone within a 10-foot radius. To sum it up, this place isn’t just a restaurant—it’s therapy, comedy, and a love letter to your taste buds all rolled into one. Go. Thank me later. (But seriously, don’t touch the bulgogi before it’s ready. Trust me, it’s worth the wait.)“

“Best Bul jok bal and mak guk su place in DMV area.
The interior is looking like pocha, so people might come here for just drinking. However, you guys can just come to this place for having dinner. They are mostly delicious.
A place where buljokbal and makguksu are delicious. A taste that cannot be beat even in Korea.
The interior looks like a bar, so people come here late in the evening to drink. However, considering the price, taste, and quantity, this is one of the few Korean restaurants that is worth coming to for dinner.“

“The food was really delicious, just like what I used to eat when I went to visit my grandmother in Korea! Tofu stew, jjolmyeon, and kimbap with a lot of perilla seed powder, and the side dishes, especially young radish kimchi, are the best.... In this time of rising prices, the price and quantity are good, and the taste is truly the best!“

“Incredible service!! My pickup order encountered a minor delay, and the staff informed me they were comping my order before I had even noticed the wait. I told them they didn’t need to do that, as I wasn’t in any rush, and the staff replied “We hold ourselves to a high standard here” - This high standard of care is also evidenced by the excellent quality of their food.“

“Been here a few time with my friends and it has been consistently a great time! The spot is nice, staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are well maintained, the tech is easy to navigate. There’s just a lot of good things I can say. I will warn you, the Karaoke is pricey (can’t remember off the top of my head) and the food is great but expensive, so eat beforehand if that is a concern for you.“

“Saturday night dinner for a group of 6, and I was able to reserve a table about 2 hours before arrival. The best items we got was the stir fry octopus dish with noodles. Must order. Absolutely delicious, not too spicy, perfectly cooked, a crowd pleaser. The banchans are yummy, and every dish except the cabbage kimchi was vegetarian, which was helpful for the one vegan in my group, and they were able to find good options on the menu as well. I ordered the individual combo, with the pork stir fry and seafood tofu soup. My friend who ordered galbi got a lot more meat than I did, I was jealous. Everything was delicious. I ordered medium spicy level for the tofu soup, I could probably gone for spicy. A friend who is sensitive for spicy food regretted getting mild and said they could comfortably handle medium. Another great Korean food option in Annandale.“

Mad for Grill, a Korean restaurant in Annandale, VA, is a spot that will keep you coming back. The “조기구이정식“, Grilled Yellow Croaker Set) is exceptional—perfectly grilled with deep, rich flavors. The side dishes (banchan) are like little appetizers, and the Kimchi is hands down the best I’ve ever had in any restaurant—fresh, flavorful, and incredibly special. It’s a taste that’s sure to impress, especially for those new to Korean cuisine. Plus, the convenient location makes it an easy choice. If you’re after authentic Korean food, Mad for Grill is a must-visit!“

“It was a really delicious meal.
I was completely surprised by the size of the cutlassfish.
However, I didn't know that lunch was not available on weekends, so I ordered two for lunch. I also added dumplings..haha
Lunch and dinner prices are different.
Although we couldn't confirm it.
It was a more delicious grilled fish meal in the U.S. than in Korea.“

“Noonchi is inside a bao shop. My colleagues and I went to the bao shop for lunch, and the owner of Noonchi came out and offered to give us some kimchi fried rice to try. I thought he'd give us a taste, but he gave us so much that we could have eaten just kimchi fried rice. We had a group of 6, and every single one of us loved the kimchi fried rice. It was one of the best I've ever tried. Definitely planning to go back and have Noonchi again! FYI it looks like the mahjong and ping pong have been removed, and now it's just a nice restaurant.“
