“Today, my husband and I visited Peruvian Brothers and the experience was simply wonderful! We were warmly welcomed by the owner himself, who kindly took the time to serve us personally. Even though we arrived just 40 minutes before closing, the service was impeccable from start to finish, attentive and full of care.
We ordered the Lomo Saltado a lo Pobre and, without exaggeration, it was one of the most delicious dishes I’ve ever had. Every bite felt like being transported straight to Peru, a true culinary journey.
We also had the chance to chat a little with the owner, his wife, and their son, and they were all so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more special and memorable.
Without a doubt, Peruvian Brothers has become one of my favorite restaurants. We’ll be coming back many, many times to relive this amazing experience. Highly recommended!“

“We ordered the half chicken with two sides. The chicken was very flavorful and moist, however the fried rice side dish was very dry and plain and the yuca fries were undercooked. Definitely would come back for the chicken but don’t expect too much from the sides.“

“This place looked good so we wanted to give it a try. We got the pollo saltado (chicken with red onion and fries in a tasty sauce with rice) and pesto lomo (beef with spaghetti in a basil pesto). Both were served with garlic bread, and both were delicious. I asked for the chicken to be without tomatoes. Unfortunately it was served with tomatoes, but Geraldine apologized and quickly replaced it with no tomatoes. We also tried the raspberry cola inglesa (yum) and flancocho - a chocolate / vanilla-ish (?) cake that was delicious. The prices seemed a bit high, but the food and menu seemed very authentic. 100% Peruvian according to them... Our bill said "Hot and cold" so maybe it's their partner?“

“Cool little place inside an old auto repair garage. Very informal, prices are reasonable for DC. Panang chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious, full flavored with a hot kick! French fries were also very good. The rotisserie half chicken was just OK, a bit bland and it was reheated in a microwave. So we thought it might have been cooked many hours previously.“

“I’m a little late with this review… but a few days ago, we ordered lunch here because all my coworkers couldn’t stop raving about how good the food is. I called in, and the woman who picked up (later found out her name is ASIA) was so kind and patient despite our large order, which included multiple menu items. I also really appreciated how she read back our order to make sure everything was correct and nothing was missed.

When I was checking out, I noticed there was no option to leave a tip??? I asked for her name so I could at least give my girl Asia a shoutout for her AMAZING customer service and positive energy. She made me feel so welcomed from start to finish. Asia, if you’re reading this, you are the best ☺️👏🏼✨“

“As soon as we walked in, the bartenders waved us to the bar like we were old friends and were so friendly. We came at 10pm on a Friday night and didn’t know they have one side of the restaurant as a club so be warned it gets very loud because of the music. We didn’t care but I know some people may find the info useful. We got the steak fajitas and ceviche and the steak was some of the best I’ve ever had. The ceviche was really good but super spicy and a lot of lemon. We had a good laugh at the guys singing karaoke and everyone included us in the shenanigans! If you want a fun night out, try this place. If you want a quiet peaceful dinner, maybe try to dine at an earlier hour.“

“The food is served cafeteria style. They have a wide array of selections... From chicken to beef to fish. They have pupusas, tortas, etc. The pricing for the food is reasonable. Be on the lookout for deals! The atmosphere was okay. My only gripe was that the music was too loud.“

Easy to order online/over the phone, staff is very helpful when you are trying to order for another and don't understand their request, and they are just nice when you walk in. “One of my favorite places in the DMV, I just love this place, and yes I get the same thing every time I go. My daughter and I get the half roast chicken, white rice topped with pinto beans, and the mixed salad with ranch dressing. The chicken is moist and slightly smoky from the charcoal, the pinto beans are slightly buttery atop the fluffy white rice. Lastly, the mixed green salad is fresh and crunchy with the slightly tangy ranch dressing. It comes with two sauces: yellow which is mild and creamy and the green which is spicy and refreshing. Did I mention I love the place “I’m loco for chicken Rico” don’t tell them I said that.“

“When ordering to go from their specialty menu check your food before you leave. I order (2) salmon with brussels sprouts and chaufa rice. When I got home what I saw was five pieces of brussels sprouts, two carrots and a portion of rice for a toddler. At least the salmon was a decent proportion. Not worth the money.“
