“I enjoyed 3 tacos al pastor. I like that the taco meat wasnt spicy in itself and was given a side of hot as an option. I think a menu price would be great.. small limited menu I dont think they offer drinks (there’s a 7 eleven right up the street) but overall pretty good no frills spot & will definitely go again next time I am in that area“
“Open late and everything tasted so fresh and authentic! We were looking for something to eat late on a Sunday night and a friend recommended Picamas since they lived nearby. I ordered the chicken burrito and it was so good. The tortilla was really soft and the chicken was so flavorful and went really well with the rice and veggies in the burrito. The owner was so friendly and they really made an effort to prepare our meal for us. Overall great food and we’ll definitely be coming back!“
“Wings are really really solid! Nothing super special but nothing negative to say. Just some really solid ole fashioned buffalo wings and fries well fried and good sauce. Also another review mentioned they received no ranch or ketchup but I did receive both. Wings and fries are 5x better than the more expensive ones right across the street at Wonder“

“This was my second time here, and I am even more impressed this time! The service is very friendly and they cook everything to order so it's nice and fresh. The birria queso tacos are some of the best I have ever had (the consume is so good I literally sip on whatever is leftover!) And the lengua...omg the lengua! Tender, bursting with flavor, def some of the best I have ever had! The salsa Roja has good flavor and a nice kick to it (on the level of Diablo Sauce from Taco Bell). I overheard them say business is slow because of the weather, so do yourselves and them a favor and show them some love! They accept cash and cards, and there isn't any online ordering but you can call in your order.“

“Westover Taco is a cozy, local favorite with a laid-back vibe. The tacos are fresh, flavorful, and nicely portioned — simple but made with care. The ingredients taste clean, and the tortillas have that perfect texture. Friendly service, chill atmosphere, and food that feels honest and satisfying. A great neighborhood spot for easy, tasty bites.“

“Sapodillas in SE DC delivered a meal that felt like a celebration on a plate. Every dish came out vibrant and full of flavor, and the presentation had that quiet elegance that makes you pause before diving in. The service matched the food—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Samantha, the owner, was especially delightful. She moved through the dining room with an easy brightness, checking in on guests as if hosting a dinner party in her own home. Sapodillas is truly a standout in the DMV and absolutely worth the visit. Try everything but don’t miss the Oxtails and the Dulce De Leche Pancakes.“

“All but one taco is spicy. They're relying on the hot sauce to make food taste good. The staff wasn't very friendly. The location is convenient. I wouldn't go back since the menu is too limited for me. I have tried most things on the menu and they were fine. But really, please offer more items that aren't spicy.“
