“Nakiya is a ROCKSTAR employee! She was paying attention to any customer waiting around for a while and quickly jumped in to help. She remedied each situation quickly and continued to greet every customer coming into either door(even greeting some by name). She was an extremely hard worker and if she isn’t already the manager, she certainly should be. Thanks Nakiya! You made the experience. 😊“

“I stop by Starbucks almost every morning, and its always such a pleasant experience! The staff is friendly and always get my order out quickly, even if its busy. My iced caramel macchiato is always perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with just the right amount of espresso kick. The stores always clean, cozy, and has plenty of seating for me to get some work done.“

“Went mid afternoon to order my coffee and left my cell phone at the counter. Went to visit my mom, and she tells me that Arnita at Starbucks has my phone. I hurry over to retrieve my phone. Coffee was great, but honesty and taking the initiative to inform my mom was so considerate. Thank you Arnita!!“

“honestly this starbucks was one of the best i've ever been to. ethan, hamza, and shak are seriously the best employees!!! i was here with my aunt and they made our drinks perfectly! i also came with my dog Stevo, and hamza handed us a super cute pup cup! the bathrooms were clean, the service was great, and our drinks were perfect! thank you to the entire staff, but especially hamza shak ethan. you guys rock! stevo misses you guys already!

this starbucks is STILL so great and consistent. my dog Stevo yearns to come here everytime he gets in my car. we do stop by whenever we can! we receive outstanding service each time. i do want to say, however, that i did witness an employee taking out the trash, and the poor barista fell into the bushes because it was so heavy. maybe split up the trash more to make it less heavy. i got out of my car and gave the barista a hug and a kiss on the forehead to make sure they were okay. overall, good location!“

“I want to recognize Jacob for being friendly and kind. I placed my order through the drive thru around 6:40 pm today, ordering 2 beverages. They were made quick, and it was my first time trying the new brown sugar frappachino. It was was super delicious with a yummy cold foam, sprinkled with cinnamon as the topping! I am thankful! Thank you Jacob!“

“We recently went here and got a puppaccino for our pup and a frappaccino and a nitros cold brew for us. Cold brew and puppaccino were fine and service was good but I think they made my frappaccino a triple chocolate by accident. It was almost undrinkable. Otherwise a decent stop! We’ve been here before with no issues on drink orders so definitely think this was a rare occurrence!“

“Lovely Starbucks location! Quiet and pleasant experience for my visit. They made the absolute BEST pumpkin spice latte that I’ve had in a long time! My son and I were comparing it to many others we’ve had and it was by far made the best!
They didn’t have too much merchandise out — but I’m sure it sells out really fast. It was nice to see some beautiful Christmas themed items available 🎄🎅🏽“

“Although it isn't a full-service Starbucks, the service is solid, quick, and accurate! The few bakery items they did have in stock were all delicious, as usual. This location is within the Harris Teeter on the right when you walk in the store's front doors.
