“Went mid afternoon to order my coffee and left my cell phone at the counter. Went to visit my mom, and she tells me that Arnita at Starbucks has my phone. I hurry over to retrieve my phone. Coffee was great, but honesty and taking the initiative to inform my mom was so considerate. Thank you Arnita!!“

“I'm a regular M-F mornings on my way to work, I order ahead and go in to grab my drink because the drive thru is busy, however, it's all worth it because I'm greeted by name every day. Ben, specifically, is an absolute gem and can brighten anyone's day. But the whole crew is great.“

My iced caramel macchiato is always perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with just the right amount of espresso kick. “I stop by here occasionally and they always get my order right! I haven’t been inside, so I can’t speak to that, but the drive through can be a bit hard to find… the location on google maps isn’t quite accurate and the first time I went, I was very confused. I would recommend the manager to see if they can update a more precise location on google maps! :)“

“We recently went here and got a puppaccino for our pup and a frappaccino and a nitros cold brew for us. Cold brew and puppaccino were fine and service was good but I think they made my frappaccino a triple chocolate by accident. It was almost undrinkable. Otherwise a decent stop! We’ve been here before with no issues on drink orders so definitely think this was a rare occurrence!“

“Although it isn't a full-service Starbucks, the service is solid, quick, and accurate! The few bakery items they did have in stock were all delicious, as usual. This location is within the Harris Teeter on the right when you walk in the store's front doors.
