“Been coming to this subway for a year. I have watched the employees turn over like swapping Laundry. I have seen first hand them short sandwiches when double meat was ordered. I have called from the parking lot and watch them not pick up the phone when the place was empty. I do have choices of other subways but this one is near my house. I have to hover over them to make sure they do their job when I order food.“

“What started off not so great had more than a great ending. I had ordered catering pick up for my son’s birthday party. My husband went to pick up the order at the pick up time but the food was not ready. He was provided several large bags and told all food was included. When he arrived home with the food I realized half the order was missing and there were no sauces or dressings. I called to ask if they could please deliver the order as we had 20 people in the house and were out of food at this point. Chic fil A not only delivered the remaining order, but they also threw in an entire extra nugget rams dessert tray and refunded my entire order. Excellent customer service that I did not anticipate. Thank you and we will be using again!“

“Great brunch spot in Roanoke area. Tried dosa and thali. Sudha’s kitchen is fantastic. The service was excellent. The employees made eye contact, smiled, and said welcome and thanks for coming. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The price was reasonable.“

“Stopped in for the first time. Nice to have something different. Had the half pizza and salad combo and my son had a cheese pizza. Tasted great and not so filling as to put me in a food coma after eating it. Rated the service as a 4 stars because the life water in the soda machines was out and the employee just kinda stared at me when I told him so he would know and address it.“

“This property is a shared property between Dairy Queen and Bojangles. I was a patron at Dairy Queen. DQ is a summer stop for me for the obvious, but I also enjoy their Cheeseburger Deluxe and FF, which was the case with this visit. DQ does a great job IMHO. Bojangles does as well. This stop at the intersection of Rt.220 & Wirtz Rd. is convenient for a bite, treat, gas, and a quick shop for on the go beverages and snacks. There is a Tractor Supply store across the street as well. It is worth a stop if traveling between Roanoke and Rocky Mount Virginia.“

“I made a trip to Arbys on Williamson to try the new Cheesesteak. Upon my arrival I was told they don't have the product for it. So I dont give up hope I go to try another Arbys. Before going I give the one on Brandon a call. Im then informed they have what the cheesesteak. I tell the manager Kristin(or thats why I think her name is) about my experience and how I had to drive across town to their store. Her fantastic customer service skills and make it right attitude is something that keeps the customers coming back. I frequent Jamison because it is closer to me. But I really wouldn't driving 5 more minutes to keep getting an experience like that! Not sure has been running it since Seleste had been gone, but I will say that made a right choice with hiring that manager.“

“Today I was so tired so I decided to stop by Arby's to get supper. They were very busy but the service was exceptional. Very friendly and efficient. There was a problem with a ticket ahead of me and the nice lady asked another employee if she would take my order on another register and without thinking she immediately said yes with a sweet smile on her face. When I got the food home it was correct and still hot. Thank you ladies at the Rocky Mount Arby's. U made me feel welcomed and u saved me from cooking 😂❤️🤗💯“

“The food is great here, sometimes they have not had the food we want at the drive through and we had to wait, but in our experience we have never had a problem with the staff. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. But other then that they are good.* Update* we still live this Bojangles better than the rest. But please please fo back to the box. The paper bag is not a good thing to use. As the tea swears and makes the bag rip. Sadly today we ordered our food and it came with the tea but rhe tea was busted at the bottom, and tore the bag luckily it was in the car, but we almost lost the food. But our car is now sticky and stained. Please go back to the box and check your teas for leaks before giving them out.“

“Taco Bell is Taco bell, not much else you can say. I do recommend this particular restaurant. The food, service, and dine-in facility were great. Everyone involved with taking and preparing our orders was kind and helpful and took care of all of our needs.“

“A good place to eat, friendly employees and clean. No homeless loitering as in the city restaurants. Accepted coupons and Big Mac meal was around $6. Drive thru seemed to be more busy, but the inside was well furnished.
