“Been coming to this subway for a year. I have watched the employees turn over like swapping Laundry. I have seen first hand them short sandwiches when double meat was ordered. I have called from the parking lot and watch them not pick up the phone when the place was empty. I do have choices of other subways but this one is near my house. I have to hover over them to make sure they do their job when I order food.“

“What started off not so great had more than a great ending. I had ordered catering pick up for my son’s birthday party. My husband went to pick up the order at the pick up time but the food was not ready. He was provided several large bags and told all food was included. When he arrived home with the food I realized half the order was missing and there were no sauces or dressings. I called to ask if they could please deliver the order as we had 20 people in the house and were out of food at this point. Chic fil A not only delivered the remaining order, but they also threw in an entire extra nugget rams dessert tray and refunded my entire order. Excellent customer service that I did not anticipate. “Stopped in for the first time. Nice to have something different. Had the half pizza and salad combo and my son had a cheese pizza. Tasted great and not so filling as to put me in a food coma after eating it. Rated the service as a 4 stars because the life water in the soda machines was out and the employee just kinda stared at me when I told him so he would know and address it.“

“This property is a shared property between Dairy Queen and Bojangles. I was a patron at Dairy Queen. DQ is a summer stop for me for the obvious, but I also enjoy their Cheeseburger Deluxe and FF, which was the case with this visit. DQ does a great job IMHO. Bojangles does as well. This stop at the intersection of Rt.220 & Wirtz Rd. is convenient for a bite, treat, gas, and a quick shop for on the go beverages and snacks. There is a Tractor Supply store across the street as well. It is worth a stop if traveling between Roanoke and Rocky Mount Virginia.“

“I made a trip to Arbys on Williamson to try the new Cheesesteak. Upon my arrival I was told they don't have the product for it. So I dont give up hope I go to try another Arbys. Before going I give the one on Brandon a call. Im then informed they have what the cheesesteak. I tell the manager Kristin(or thats why I think her name is) about my experience and how I had to drive across town to their store. Her fantastic customer service skills and make it right attitude is something that keeps the customers coming back. I frequent Jamison because it is closer to me. But I really wouldn't driving 5 more minutes to keep getting an experience like that! Not sure has been running it since Seleste had been gone, but I will say that made a right choice with hiring that manager.“

“The food is great here, sometimes they have not had the food we want at the drive through and we had to wait, but in our experience we have never had a problem with the staff. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. But other then that they are good.* Update* we still live this Bojangles better than the rest. But please please fo back to the box. The paper bag is not a good thing to use. As the tea swears and makes the bag rip. Sadly today we ordered our food and it came with the tea but rhe tea was busted at the bottom, and tore the bag luckily it was in the car, but we almost lost the food. But our car is now sticky and stained. Please go back to the box and check your teas for leaks before giving them out.“

“I ate here many times and had actually left a scathing review a while back. I had ordered online and been left to wait for 45 minutes after they pulled us off to the side and forgot we were there. That was many times. They would pull you and forget. You had to walk in and go where os my stuff.

Since then they have got rid of the two manager types that were sassy and zero accountability and hired on a great staff. I wanted to amend my review to reflect that they have totally changed.

The folks waiting the window more recently were friendly, the food was ready to go in a reasonable time and was all made correct to the order. I am really shocked at how they turned this place around and really made the culture great it looks like too.“

“Went thru the drive thru and when went to pay, my card wouldn’t work. I was going to cancel the order, when the young lady at the window said she would pay for it. There was a problem with a ticket ahead of me and the nice lady asked another employee if she would take my order on another register and without thinking she immediately said yes with a sweet smile on her face. “A good place to eat, friendly employees and clean. No homeless loitering as in the city restaurants. Accepted coupons and Big Mac meal was around $6. Drive thru seemed to be more busy, but the inside was well furnished.

Parking: Not much parking to dine inside.“

“I enjoy eating here and particularly the current avocado crispy chicken ranch burrito, a sure sign that it will not survive it's limited time availability. The store runs well. I like using the kiosks, though there are too many annoyance screens trying to sell something else and other stuff. The buttons to skip through those are in different places so that is extra annoying. That is not the stores fault I am sure. I lunch here often and they are fast and the orders are correct.“

“Just stopped here for lunch on a work day. Walked in place seemed clean. Was greeted at the counter by Kiersten . Off The bat an employee like this is what really sets a pizza hut apart from the rest. Most of The time food is generally Good across the board. But this lovely young lady made this place. She was One of the most genuinely polite person I've ever met. Sometimes we've all had them. You get the ones that are a little grumpy. Sometimes they're kind of neutral and sometimes you can tell not normally. Maybe that good of a person but they're like faking it and forcing it. This young lady 100% was just a sweetheart. She kept my drinks full anytime. I asked her anything. It was smile on her face and just happy to help the customer in between customers and helping me. This young lady was wiping down tables sweeping floors. Summa tables didn't even look like they needed a wiping, but she would wipe it off again just to stay productive in between customers. What an amazing young lady! Next time I'm in this area and I'm stopping for lunch. I am sure I'm going to hit this place up again just because of such great service. A+ . The food was delicious. Also, they have some of my favorite hot wings. I'll order them. Was sit down. Drink brought to me. The wings made fresh and brought to me and my table were the best hot wings I have ever gotten from a Pizza Hut“

“I'm not the biggest fan of Cook Out, but this is probably the nicest one I've been too. For starters, this location has indoor dining. It was super clean and looked really nice. Service was friendly and food came out fast. The price was cheap. Nice visit.“

“The GM at subway on plantation (Sara) is a bundle of energy that runs a tip top restaurant with service way beyond that of other Subway's, in the area, Sara also is the GM of two other locations in Roanoke that are run equally as well. She has support from the employees and is very supportive to them also. Want something good for lunch?Visit the Subway on plantation and you won't be sorry. .“

“Ordered yesterday and while eating pulled a long blonde hair from my sub and part of it was in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. It's not hard to put your hair up. I'm also pregnant and this made me physically get sick. Only ate a quarter of a giant sub and couldn't finish the rest. Usually never have problems with this location until now. When ordering for delivery on the Jersey Mike's app you don't get to choose which location you order from. So I will not be ordering anymore sadly... since this location won't regulate sanitary standards.“
