“This place deserves 6 stars or more! We found it by chance in Google Maps. We gave it a try because many reviews said it was a family-friendly place. 100% true. Kids are allowed in all areas. Playground, live music, kids menu, fire pit, large grass areas, little gardens. all you need for a high-quality family day. Importantly, the beers were great, and prices were ok.“
“My husband is a Veteran and we love to support businesses that recognize our Veterans. Super casual and fun environment, the staff was very helpful and explained how to properly through the axes and the ground rules. They had a large selection of adult beverages and offered pub style food like flat breads, chicken wings, and nachos. The owners are very friendly and stopped by our group to chat and make sure we were having a good experience. I would highly recommend a visit!“
“This is such a sweet place with people who clearly love to cook and be adventurous with their menu. I had the chicken salad tacos and I loved the watermelon radishes instead of a taco shell. The flavors were outstanding and the outdoor seating was beautiful. The prices are reasonable and the options are plenty! I fed myself and my kids and got drinks plus a tip for $60. There isn't a road sign on Main Street that I saw, but the GPS gets you there easily. Definitely check it out! We'll be coming back ☺️☺️“
“We had an end of year company party in the Barrel room OBH . Beer was obviously good, and food was cattered .I didn't catch the name of the caterer, but the food was good too .I was busy with greatings , etc, so I didn't get pics .Nice layout and plenty of beer choices .“
“There are so many great flavors! I will definitely go back again. It is pretty affordable too. I personally recommend the rosemary sea salt bagelParking: The place is in the back of the realtor building on the corner. It’s a join restaurant so you have to pay close attention to the sign.“
“We went for lunch today and the staff working was above and beyond sweet and helpful to us! We had a larger group and they were patient with us and treated us so kindly. They spoke so nicely to our children and showed that they truly care about their customers. Great job Carousel! We love it here!!! Thank you!“
“We tried Mass 29 on a friend’s recommendation and it did not disappoint! From the ambience to the service to the food and wine, everything was amazing! My husband had the beef tibs, an Ethiopian dish that was delicious. I had the flank steak. It was perfectly cooked to my liking with creamy mashed potatoes and a Gorgonzola sauce. Our wine, Silk and Spice was delicious. We tried and lived the sambusas- had a little spice but not too much. We’re taking the lemon dessert home for later. We can’t wait to go back. Prices were reasonable too.“
“This is a great place! I can't overstate how wonderful Vint Hill is or the amount of fun we have when we visit. The folks that work and visit there are nice, the wine is great and the ambiance is fantastic. Definitely a great place to enjoy wine and learn a thing or two. We like it so much we joined the wine club and joined Mark as he taught us how to make wine ourselves!“
“I don't usually review wineries but had such a great experience, I felt compelled to share. Everything was wonderful from stat to finish. We came to La Grange on a cold January day for a friend group outing. My husband and I along with another friend couple arrived ahead of our other friends. We decided on trying the buy 1 get one free wine tasting and went with the reds. I had mentioned to my husband walking in that I never remember wines when visiting wineries. We both agreed after this wine tasting, this would not be the case. All of the wines were amazing! And unique. It was hard to pick a favorite among them.We had the pleasure of working with Chris, who seamlessly bounced between our friend group arriving at different times, seeking different wine style tastings. He was friendly, patient (our group may have broken a glass upon jubilant hellos), and knowledgeable. Being int he Bull Run area, it was fun to learn about the history of the building and wines Just be careful with Chris - he's a great salesman! He easily sold one of our friends on a membership - although the memberships do seem like a great value. I can't recall the exact specifics so don't want to speak on it, but if you are even slightly interested in a winery membership, I'd recommend asking about this one.We spent most of our time in the basement which is a cozy space, decorated with lights and that could accommodate our group as well as others. It was also helpful that they allow outside food, since we could pair what we wanted with the bottles of wine being consumed.Great time, great people, great experience. I'd love to come back in warmer weather to see the ground. Highly recommend!“
“Sad they do not have the Curry Chicken Salad anymore, but still very good food. The person at the register didn't know the menu as well or didn't want to make recommendations. Small inside, but had outside seating. It's getting a little chilly for that.“
“Wow, Wow, &?!!I think we found our new happy place!!The Pork ribs were HUGE(I know, that’s what she said?) The pig must have been on steroids. They were seasoned perfectly and had the right pull on off the bone. Sitting here writing this my mouth is salivating. They do everything right not a bunch of crappy sauces to cover poor cooked meats, like most places. They let their meat do all the talking. These thick and juicy ribs melt in your mouth and were priced right. The brisket bark was spot on, flavor was amazing but was a tad bit over cooked for my likings even asked for the fatty piece. Mac n cheese was also delicious. Now the beer list…. It Was outstanding!!I wanted to sit here all day drinking the beers and eating ribs. The story on how got here… we attended the Thai festival in Manassas Va on 4/7 stopped for a beer afterwards and the bartender suggested HammerDown. He said it was out of our way but said there is No good BBQ anywhere is Manassas. Hard to believe with over 40,000 people. So we decided to take a detour, way beyond our expectations! Well done ?The owner was kind and poured us up our beers and asked us if we were full. Also what kind of wood do you use?“
“Best french toast I've ever had! ?The only caveat is that I added a lot of the fruit that was a side, inside in between the layers ???? (strawberries and blueberries) great job with the nuts... also amazing steak and egg sandwich!!! The cilantro jalapeño aoli is bomb af, and you get it on a CROISSANT... Latte was smooth and barely sweet, with honey available to add at your leisure. I just wish they had more locations, more obvious signage, and more space inside. Quite the hidden jewel ?“
“While making our trek from NYC back to SC saw this place on list of food stops along the freeway. So glad we gave it a shot. I opted for the special burger cooked medium with jalapeños and pepper jack, lettuce and tomato. Tasted like a Whopper, but juicy, with some heat. Went with onion rings and washed it all down with a Coke. Burger was one of the best I can remember and rings were on point as well. Service was friendly and competent. Felt like a cafe should.“
“We have been customers of the warrenton wild hare since they were at the townhouse off main street and we absolutely LOVE their new location! All the bartenders are kind but Kimgoes out of her way to make sure we are happy EVERYTIME we see her. They have live music every Friday/Saturday and their food is amazing. I recommend everyone to try their breakfast tacos with their homemade sauce!( I attached a pic I almost forgot to take because of how good they are) They have a new brunch menu on sundays that is so good. I recommend everyone to try their cider at least once if not stop by for their live music and get some food. Ask for Kim!Vegetarian options: Veggie options availableKid-friendliness: Lots of families stop byWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp“
“This is a cool place with great ambience and good food and coffee. I spent a couple of hours there, reading and painting, after I had my Squad Car Scramble breakfast of 3 eggs, bacon and avocado in a bowl. SO good. (I totally forgot to take a picture of my breakfast. ??♀️)A tiny boy strummed the guitar (and it was beautiful!) and the painted tin ceilings are gorgeous, as is the artwork. If you find yourself there without a book, they have quite a nice lending library, too.Treat yourself!“
“Can’t say enough how good the coffee and food that is made locally are. In my opinion, Cuppi beats out the large coffee chains any dayDietary restrictions: Gluten free muffins served here.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair accessible“
“Very good ice cream at a great price. My family loves this place. I would recommend this place 110%. They have Surger free ice cream ? as well.A flavor for any taste bud. Great on a hot day? or any day or night ? l really love their banana ? split Sunday or strawberry ? Sunday.“
“We enjoyed our first visit to Harry's. Tough at Night to figure out the Location once on the Grounds. Bathroom locking is extremely difficult and complicated. Not sure why that is. Service was very professional and helpful. Plan to return. Thanks“
“Came here for Korean chicken and was surprised to see new ownership and a new menu. The restaurant is now Summer Garden. We got sushi, fried dumplings and some shrimp fried rice. Everything was fresh and tasty. The owner (didnt know at the time)was sitting outside when we walked up and said "no more chicken". I didn't know whether to be offended or just ignore. I simply replied well what do you have and he said to go on in, so that's what we did. We chatted a bit about where he came from and his accolades that he had posted up. The place was empty but they've only been open for about 2 months. I would definitely go back again. Unfortunately we ate the sushi and dumplings before I could get a picture and the rice is half eaten. Lol! The rice reminded me of the way fried rice use to taste back in the day. If you know, you know.“
“We've been a number of times to the Manassas location, and a few times the past couple years to this Haymarket location, and have never been disappointed here. Tonight lived up again to our consistent satisfaction with Zandra's and are so glad this location is open! We had tried another local spot tonight but left because the wait was 1.5 hrs for a burger at a food truck.... remembered Zandra's, came over and despite it being busy as well, were seated and served quickly and efficiently. And the food and drinks were perfect, ample, well timed in delivery from apps and drinks, to entrees, to desserts. Our server was friendly and attentive. The mood was upbeat, and we couldn't help but notice how in sync the wait staff and bartenders were with one another and all looked like they were having a great time. You can watch 2 games and another show on one of 3 TV running or listen to the good playlist. Definitely recommend with a group of friends or just a date night. Good family spot too. And there's outdoor seating perfect as the weather warms. We'll definitely return.“
“Pearmund continues to be a consistently good experience - quality customer service, knowledgeable and interesting in sharing their wines. It comes at the typical Virginia premium (whites in the ~$20 range, reds up to $40).Adults-only in the tasting room, but kids allowed at the farm store (which sells wine by the bottle, but not tastings).Rentable rooms where the cost goes straight back to buying things.“
