“Food was delicious. Our party had Pad See Ew, Panang Curry, Drunken Noodles, Hang Over Lo Mein, and Thai Fried Rice and everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was very attentive and came to refill drinks and check if we needed anything multiple times. We were there to celebrate my son's graduation and they brought out some complimentary Thai donuts! We definitely plan on returning.“

“Gracious staff welcomed us in. The restraunt was very clean and the decor is beautiful. There are so many vegan options on the menu, it's hard to decide what to try first. We ordered the brown rice garden rolls, pad thai and congee. Everything was delicious. We plan to be frequent customers, and maybe eventually we'll be able to try everything on the menu.“

“Chicken Fried Rice from this restaurant is causing me to reevaluate Chicken Fried Rice from every other restaurant I frequent for Chicken Fried Rice. As far as my palate is concerned, they have raised the bar. And the Bangkok Beef Stew is spectacular.“

“MEG IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She was phenomenal. It was a bit busy, and we watched her manage several tables with such finesse that no one was left behind/stuck waiting. We will definitely visit again, and that's partly due to the food being great and partly due to how awesome she was.“

“The food was really good seasoning wise but I like my noodles a little less al dente to hit the perfect mouth feel. My sister did however, really enjoyed the vegetarian option. That being said I will still definitely be back! At the end of the day the customer service was so excellent here it was the real star. I had never been to this particular restaurant and Danny was such a help that he helped take all the guess work out. He was also so very caring and came to check on us and other customers in the store which is definitely not your typical casual dining experience. It’s people like these who give us hope in the service industry/humanity again! In other news, the industrial and rather breezy—on a hot day—atmosphere of this place was great and it was ULTRA clean. “Visited 7/7/26 Customer service was excellent! Both of my stir frys no meat was added to spend less money.
The salad is tasty Not enough dressing for that size.
The food is fresh & tasty but not worth the money. The servings are small. You get more food for the same amount of money spent from Chinese & fast food restaurants.“

“This place is incredible. I am not aware of any other luosifen noodle house in the area. If you, like me, are a newcomer to this style of noodle soup, you are going to be extremely impressed. The bone broth is bracing, complex, and flavorful, far richer and deeper than pho or tonkotsu. Recommend getting it spicy: it brings all the flavors together without being overwhelming. Additionally, the Sichuan menu is one of the best in the area, second only to Mama Chang's and Hong Kong Palace. This place is pretty new and trying to get its feet underneath it. Let's support high quality food!“

“It has been a day... we walked here waiting for a tow truck. Its hot and everyone is grouchy.
We were greeted by a lovely lady Rehaam who was kind and patient. Her smile meant so much today.
The manager said hello to the kids and made a point to make sure we had everything correct.

“I went here with my sisters and found the place empty. I was confused as to why, as I later found the food to be great! I had ordered the halal chicken ramen and added spice. It was warm, yummy and the chicken was seasoned amazingly. I ordered the edamame, and for 6.50 I expected a little more than what I got. I enjoyed the self serve water dispenser. I am giving a 4 - star review because my sister had ordered separately (she got the same thing) and her broth was very bland. As someone who does not have halal options near them, this was great!“

“First time trying out the restaurant based on recommendation of a friend for Szechuan Beef Noodle Soup. Have to admit, it was very nice balanced taste. It was different - not as bold - from my usual prefer spot in Fair Oak Mall, which closed after Covid. We also tried the beef stripe and had mixed feelings. It wasn't all stripes but mixed with marinated beef, and the dish was good. It just that we preferred all stripes. Our waitress was very helpful and sincere. Good experience. Will come back to try other dishes.“

“Had read some mixed reviews but we gave it a shot and we were greatly impressed! We called ahead for our party of 10 and they had our reservations ready and accommodated us nicely. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Our party ranged from age 14 to 55, some loved Thai and some had never tried it. There was something for everyone to enjoy on the menu. Plus, it was very reasonably priced. We had a large party and it didn't break the bank, as they say. Great food and comradery was had by all! “My husband Adam is on chemo for pancreatic cancer. Today was the first time in three weeks he felt up to going out. Because of the chemo, he has changes in taste and unexpected issues with food textures. The manager replaced his first meal with something he could tolerate and enjoy when he realized he couldn’t eat his usual favorite menu item. Excellent and caring service. The manager himself delivered my Adam’s replacement meal. Thanks so much, it is a little thing but made our day much brighter!“

We have been trying to go here with no success. There is never amy parking even after sitting in the parking lot for 15 mins waiting on someone to come out. Surrounding parking areas are blocked off or have towing signs posted. We will keep trying to go, however, since the reviews are good.“

“There are so many pho restaurants in NOVA, but Pho Hai Duong has quickly become my favorite. I order their combination pho with extra hoisin and jalapeños at least once a week, and with their early opening hours I can even get pho for breakfast! I love the quality of their meat, the flavor of their broth, and the consistency of the meal each time I order. I definitely recommend this restaurant and feel spoiled to be able to eat there so regularly. 💯“

“Hungry? Need a quick bite? Try the joy roll! I did and it’s a little crispy spring roll inside a bigger roll; filling and slightly different in a fun way from your typical roll. I liked both the joy roll and the summer roll with its unexpected bit of extra herb flavor a good step forward from the plain generic summer roll you have had 75x. I’d come back and try more but I have to be somewhere later.“

The aesthetics and vibes have never changed.
If you’re looking for the best pho in the DMV, this isn’t it. There’s just too many choices in the DMV and that’s okay. However, it’s still a solid choice and a reminds you of the simpler times.“
