“Hi! I went to Cava in Burke today ! The food was delicious! And fresh! Also, the staff members were very friendly and respectful. I had the chance to ask some questions to the manager while I was waiting for my pita bread, and she nicely answered my questions ! Is good to see that we have hardworking people in the area !!! “This place is a true local gem. Food is of very high quality, and everything is consistently cooked to perfection. Their consistency is actually really impressive - I’ve never been disappointed by a single thing, and I’ve eaten A LOT of their food. But everything is so good, so I haven’t really made my way outside of the same few items from their menu. The difference is that the staff actually care about their customers, and take pride in their food. It’s not so common these days, and is a pleasant surprise. It’s the reason I will always eat there.“

“James who took my order was beyond helpful welcome me in while I was waiting in line greeting me with a big smile broke down the menu completely explain the differences as it was my first time I heard about it. Great conversation food was made fresh one of the cooks walked to another guest Eden and asked how it was drove all the way here from Norfolk, Virginia you can see the picture of the tacos are loaded, which you don’t get from down comes from let me try to tzatziki sauce to see if I like it before getting it on the side“

“this is one of my very favorite places to eat. I wish they sold the black cherry punch in bigger containers to take home. Also, I wish there was one closer to my home, perhaps Manassas or Gainesville. Additionally, I love that they are helping out furloughed government workers.“

“We went for Sunday brunch yesterday and our server was CJ. The bottomless mimosas were served in coup glasses and were plentiful (limit of 5 per person 👍🏻). I had the Huevos Rancheros which were served with breakfast potatoes and the order was big enough to share. The service was quick and thoughtful. I’d definitely recommend Drapers for Sunday brunch. The lunch and dinner menu looked interesting and I’m sure we’ll be back. A corner jewel in old towne Fairfax.“

Went to celebrate my father’s birthday with my siblings, son, niece and nephew and everybody was pleased. We had the pleasure of having Andrea as our server and when I say she went above and beyond for our group, I’m putting it lightly. Andrea literally took care of us in every way possible making our time there extremely pleasurable!! Believe me when I say, next time I go there, I am asking for her personally lol. “This ruby susie's off of old bridge road was excellent.The young lady who served us was courteous thoughtful.Considerate and two steps ahead of us.I can't remember her name, but she had braids.And we sat up front by the window.If that helps. The food was excellent, and she even upsealed a salad bar after dinner by just being kind.

“My husband Adam is on chemo for pancreatic cancer. Today was the first time in three weeks he felt up to going out. Because of the chemo, he has changes in taste and unexpected issues with food textures. The manager replaced his first meal with something he could tolerate and enjoy when he realized he couldn’t eat his usual favorite menu item. Excellent and caring service. The manager himself delivered my Adam’s replacement meal. Thanks so much, it is a little thing but made our day much brighter!“

“Wonderful service and excellent food. I wanted a NY Strip Steak and I got one - grilled perfectly. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her grilled salmon and my daughter - 10 years old and very picky - was treated respectfully and was well- accommodated. Highly recommended.“

We know because we used to go to Happy Thai all the time but since the owner change it wasn’t the same. Through luck we learned that the owner family actually owned this restaurant first! “Cava is a great alternative to fast food when you need food on the run. It’s also a great place for picky eaters to get their food exactly how they want it and gradually expand their food choices. My daughter started with white rice and meat. Next visit added romaine lettuce. Next visit chopped tomatoes. Next visit added greek dressing on the side, etc, etc.

“My meal was prepared well. I was a little upset to find that the rice krispie treats I purchased were stale. The serial used to make them seemed old. I ended up throwing them away. Considering they cost $3.25 each, I was not happy that I had to do this. There is a sign up that says they make them fresh each day.“

There’s plenty of seating, big windows that let in lots of natural light.
Fast wifi is a huge plus for getting some work done.
