“We recently visited this newly opened restaurant and tried the beef noodle soup, fried rice, and bún thịt nướng. The interior is spacious and inviting, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The beef noodle soup has a wonderful aroma, and the thinly sliced meat is great. The rice noodles are also good. I like the authentic vegetables, like banana flower and cabbage.

However, the soup itself was too salty such that finishing the bowl felt loke a chore, which was a shame because all the other ingredients were great. My overall experience here was still positive.“

“Wife and I stopped here on the way back from Cox Farm. Pleasantly surprised to find good pho this far out in VA, but we were even happier with the staff and service. It’s a great place with great food and service to match. We ordered: pho Bo (#1) and the com tam (grilled pork chop). We also ordered the lemonade (very good) and the salted plum lemonade. “Pho tasted good. The soup here is one that is heavier on the spices than others. Portion size is comparable to pretty much all other pho places. Price is comparable as well. They are open an hour later than my other pho spot in the area (which is how we ended up trying this spot).My only comment would be that there was slightly less meat than my regular spot puts in but I felt like there was also more noodles.Would go again. No problem recommending you go here either.“

“I figure I've been eating and raving about this place long enough that I might as well write a review.
I've been coming here since I was in high school about ten years ago. My favorite item are the vegan summer rolls. Genuinely the best summer rolls you will find in the area and the price for them is great too, really affordable. It's always something I treat myself to if I've been through a rough day or if I need a reason to celebrate. It's a small little restaurant so don't expect the best service or atmosphere, it's not a five star dining experience. It's casual and easy. Maybe go for take-out rather than dine in.
I used to live in Chantilly but now I live 30 minutes away. It's worth the drive in NoVa traffic! Love this place!!!!“

“Wow! I popped in over the weekend for takeout & I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the garden spring rolls which are fantastic, I would go as far to say the best I've ever had. So good, I went back again the day after for more. They are served with a creamy peanut sauce & my favorite a spicy chili sauce. I consider myself a connoisseur of sauces & this sauce ranks on the top of my list. It has a tang that backs up with a punch of heat. It's pretty amazing. I also ordered the seafood stir fry. The flavors in this dish are very dimensional, authentic & delicious! So much that I ate the rest for breakfast the following morning. Since I ordered takeout, the shrimp cooked a bit longer in the container ... I wish I had opened it a bit but nevertheless, it was a great dish. Nothing to ding the chef on. I wish I had found this little gem sooner. I'm moving out of state in a couple of weeks & gonna miss out on this wonderful food. “I brought my parents here for a late/light lunch and they loved it. Veggies were fresh and crisp, noodles cooked to perfection, and the (halal!) beef and shrimp were delish. My mom is usually a
harsh critic when eating out, but she was surprisingly pleased with everything here. They also liked the spring rolls, and though the staff was super kind and helpful when informing us after placing our orders what wasn't halal and offered to swap out. Overall, this place was a hit!“

“Excellent Pho especially the Stone Bowl Pho elevates the Pho eating experience. My kids loved their egg rolls and the Banh Mi was so fresh and I loved their Vietnamese pandan egg ice coffee! Friendly service and they rank as now my favorite Pho restaurant in DMV!“

“First timer: Just recently I've been hearing that their pho is delicious, so I went today right after they opened at 10:00.

Of course the place was empty except me, which I love. It was cozy, quiet and clean.

I was waited on immediately. I chose the tofu pho with beef broth, broccoli and carrots. Accoutrements were quick to come to the table and were generous.

Pho came quickly and the broth was delish! I was disappointed with the tofu, though. It had been frozen and fried (which makes it deliciously chewy), but it was very dry and TOO chewy.

I didn't get any drink besides water, and the bill was a little over $15.00, pretty standard.

I'd come here again but I'd ask for the tofu to be plain and not fried.“

“Got the roasted pork banh mi. It was very flavorful, fresh and incredibly appealing to look at but half if not more of the pork was pure fat. I like some fat but I felt underwhelmed by actual protein content otherwise. The restaurant itself looked very clean which is always a green flag. May come back to try other dishes.“

Food arrived without delay, tasty and flavorful. No issues. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 was due to the broth. I generally enjoy a slightly different flavor however still yummy.“

“Although it's pretty standard for a pho place, everything is done well and simply. I like that the decor is still new and fairly quiet, no piped music or loud TV, just clean wood tables and chairs and fast service. Pho is always out in minutes.

I also like that there's just a rack of spoons and chopsticks, plus the usual sauces, so you always have what you need and don't need to ask. Bonus points for having spicy chili oil right on the table, some places charge a buck for this, but here you're free to load up. It's great for dipping the flank meat.

Flavor of the pho is quite good, prices are typical... 11 bucks but then all the meats add cost until you end up paying like 15-18. Can recommend for someone looking for a chill, roomy, quiet spot with plenty of seating and good food.“

“I had mixed feelings about the self ordering kiosks, I had to try multiple times to swipe my card finally resorting to my chip a few times. I was a bit freaked out and ready to call it quits. My bowl of Pho was hearty and a generous serving. The drinks were reasonably priced which I thought was nice. You don't go for Pho for the atmosphere, but Pho Bytes could use something to give it life, art? Music? Flowers?“

Pulled it out and it was leaking through the paper bag and then it fell through the bag and lid was not in all the way. I had a handle on it but it was soooooo hot then spilled all over my leg and chair. It burned me!!!!!!!!! Also, this place only takes cash. Glad I had cash on me which I rarely do. I should not be obligated to use an ATM. Need to offer more options to pay.“
