The consistent quality and attention to detail is what makes this place great. “Gracious staff welcomed us in. The restraunt was very clean and the decor is beautiful. There are so many vegan options on the menu, it's hard to decide what to try first. “According to one of the staff, Pho Duong is family owned chain with different members of the family owning different stores. They have an extensive menu and the dish I tried was nicely seasoned and the ingredients appeared fresh. Service was quick and the waiter seemed very proud of the food he served. The price of my dish was about $15. The restroom was clean and the overall appearance of the facility was satisfactory.
This restaurant is in a busy strip shopping center and the parking lot was a mess on the Saturday afternoon of my visit. If visiting the area, this is a good place to drop in for a meal.“

“The spring rolls were fresh and flavorful, although I would have preferred a thinner rice paper wrapper. The beef noodle soup was good, with a flavorful broth that wasn’t overly greasy, making it enjoyable to eat.
The customer service was excellent. The two young gentlemen who assisted us were polite, friendly, and welcoming.

“The pho was great, I enjoyed the slight sweetness from the rock sugar, with the balance of the fish sauce, it really came together well. Loads of meat in the House Special Combination Pho, I wasn't able to finish it, but it was delicious late too.
My only gripe with this place was the customer service, I have my order to the guy who seated me, as I already knew what i wanted, and was in a rush. Fifteen minutes later, another lady came and asked me what i would like to order... 🤦🏽‍♀️
They didn't come and check to see if I needed anything, if my food tasted OK, however there were staff sitting and chatting, given the restaurant was slow at one of the tables infront of the dining area with personal, and or office paperwork, another one of my pet peeves, not professional. I had to ask for a togo container and walk up to the counter to pay check, no big deal, but just lacked customer service, not paying attention.“

“There are so many pho restaurants in NOVA, but Pho Hai Duong has quickly become my favorite. I order their combination pho with extra hoisin and jalapeños at least once a week, and with their early opening hours I can even get pho for breakfast! I love the quality of their meat, the flavor of their broth, and the consistency of the meal each time I order. The owner changed a couple of years ago, I believe, but the dishes still taste great. Their pho has a rich, flavorful broth that I really enjoy. “Good Pho is hard to find! This gem is great! I can not speak about the rest of the menu because we always just order Pho. The broth is not watered down and flavorless like some other pho places, the broth is amazingly flavorful and aromatic. My only recommendation is get a large otherwise you'll be mad at yourself and you'll want more when you are done with your small!“

“I stumbled across this pho spot while visiting The Tasty Crab, and I’m so glad I did! I love pho soup, and after checking out the menu, I was happy to see the prices were comparable to my favorite spot back in New Jersey.

I came back the next day for a late lunch/early dinner, and it did not disappoint. The deep-fried spring rolls and summer rolls were absolutely delicious — fresh, crispy, and full of flavor.

I ordered the B13, which includes slices of well-done brisket, well-done flank, fat brisket, soft tendon, and bible tripe. It was a bit more variety than I’m used to, but it all worked together really well. My daughter and I shared a bowl and still had leftovers to take home — very generous portions!

The only downside was the $0.50 charge for an extra take-out bowl. It’s not a huge deal, but I feel like that should either be included in the price or they could use smaller, more cost-efficient containers.

Other than that, I absolutely loved the pho. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be back — and I highly recommend it!“
