“Delicious patty melt and the chocolate custard is AMAZING! I was disappointed that my onion rings order was missing and I didn’t notice til I’d already left. I was hoping to try them. Hopeful that little kinks like that and the wait time in drive thru will improve as they go.“

“A step up from Taco Bell and Del Taco, better than Moe’s, almost there with Chipotle. I had the mesquite steak and traditional ground beef tacos. Both super flavorful. Nice add-one including cilantro, which Chipotle’s usually refuses to put on tacos. My wife had the mesquite chicken bowl. She wasn’t crazy about the rice, and perhaps the sauce she chose. Wish they had a more red saucy sauce for the chips—pico doesn’t really dress a chip well. But will definitely be back! Will try a burrito next time!“

“Great customer service! I was super disgruntle with the manager and he stayed extremely professional I was having a bad day. No excuse but it happens anyway super nice treated me like nothing happened and food was absolutely spot on. Ofc I apologized a million times“

“I must say the service at this drive through location is normal top notch however I've noticed the soft drinks in particular the sodas I've had (Root Beer & Dr. Pepper) carbonation & syrup content most often seem to be off. The Root Beer has 90% of the time flat. I did go inside on my last visit. I was never asked if my order was for here or to go however it was packaged to go which wasn't an issue for me. After another very low carbonated Root Beer I changed my refill option requesting Dr. Pepper, it taste nothing like Dr. Pepper at all. I would strongly suggest bringing you drink level up to meet the same as your customer service. 😃“

“Not completely obvious from the main road, this little Dairy Queen is worth a stop. The toppings are always fresh, food arrives fast, I've never gotten an incorrect order and servings are always the amount expected or more (at least for ice cream). And this is hands-down ALWAYS the friendliest fast food store staff I have ever met. I don't always get the same person, but whomever is at the window always greets me and has a big smile. That alone keeps me coming back. This must be a fun place to work.“

“We hadn't been to a Fazoli's for a few years, so we stopped in to this store for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised as soon as we walked in the door. If you've been there, you know why. Aaron greets everyone as soon as they walk in. He brought us our food quickly. It was hot and delicious, just like we remembered. I highly recommend this place if you want good hot food, with service and hospitality that feels like you're at Grandma's house.“

“The food I got was absolutely terrible. I don’t know why, but my fries were sour for some reason. Besides that, everything else was pretty okay. The only reason why I gave the service and atmosphere a 4/5 is because I came right before closing time, of course the atmosphere and service isn’t going to be the best. At that time, literally no one wants to work, and yet they still gave me my order quickly and correctly, which is something I can respect. And yes, I get that the food may not be the best at 9pm, but it doesn’t excuse my fries being sour, I would have expected them to be cold instead.“

“I think it’s important to write a review when you have an awesome experience, and today was that day at Dairy Queen. It was really busy today around 8 so I decided to go inside. 1) everyone was extremely safe in regards to COVID 2) the cashier I had (it says Kiera on my receipt) was extremely nice and efficient. I told her I had a hefty order (8 ice creams) and she was able to get everything accurate right off the bat and was just overall so sweet. Awesome job girl👍🏻 3) they made ALL my ice creams so quickly. Like....freaky fast efficient. The woman working the counter made sure I had enough spoons, put all of them in a drink carrier for me and the best part.....OFFERED TO HEP ME BRING THEM TO MY CAR 😱😍 just amazing. I declined because I’m stubborn, but I was seriously so impressed. I came home and ranted and raved to everyone in the house because I was just so happy. Great work y’all! Y’all rock! 👏🏻👏🏻“

“We arrived on the earlier side of the day. The joys of working overnight.

Everything was super fresh, which was great. Never in my life have I enjoyed fries that were so crispy and fluffy from an Arby's, not to mention perfectly salted.

I was a little disappointed in how little sauce there seemed to be on our sandwiches, though despite them being otherwise perfect. We had to wait a little bit, but I'm always happy to wait for freshly prepared food. I will definitely come back to this location over the other two I've tried in the area.

And an A plus to the staff for how friendly they were! Y'all were wonderful. 💖“

“I have no comments about the drive through or mobile ordering. I just got back from3 years overseas so I knew I was going to take minute to see how the menu was different. I ordered 2 chalupas with no sour cream and 1 burrito with sour cream and the lady making it came and asked me if I wanted the sour cream in the burrito or if that was a mistake. That was thoughtful and she was very sweet which is something I've rarely encountered in customer service since I returned. The lobby was very clean as well.“

As many others have mentioned, the employees are incredibly kind and always have such a positive attitude. Whatever you’re doing, please keep it up.
