“We have visited Pizza Twist 3 times and never disappointed. We love the unique flavors and toppings. The pizza was baked just right-hot, cheesy, abundant toppings and to our specifications. We don't like hot spices (they toned it down for us) and it was so flavorful without burning our mouths. We will come back.“

“I was very nervous about ordering due to some bad reviews but man am I happy I ignored them and ordered anyway! I’m originally from Massachusetts and we have some great pizza places. I’ve had some luck finding good pizza here but nothing that reminds me of home. It’s all about the crust for me! So anyway I had a craving for cheese pizza so I ordered from Sal’s. The pizza was exactly like home. Thin crust with a little crunch, good cheese and light sauce! Perfection! The gentleman who was working tonight was friendly too! “I am writing to address an issue I had with a recent order at the Portsmouth location in Chesapeake Square Mall. The problem I encountered with a recent order for the Chicken and Shrimp Chipotle Pasta for myself and my sister. When we opened the order at home, we found that the dish only contained chicken and no shrimp. I called the store, and the manager instructed me to return the order for a replacement, which I did. However, upon receiving the remake, we found that it was only half the portion size of the original meal—essentially, the chef appeared to have split one full dish into two smaller portions, rather than properly preparing two separate orders. As a loyal customer, I have never experienced service like this before, and the entire situation was very frustrating. Not only did I have to return to the store twice, but the second attempt still did not resolve the issue. I called the store again, and at that point, the manager, Brooke, asked if I had taken pictures of the order. I did, and I am happy to share those images with you as an attachment. The total cost of the meal was $40.28, and I feel that the value and quality of the service did not meet my expectations. I am hoping for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your response.“

“The quality of this location has gone down.. I placed an order today for delivery, I was placed on hold about 3 times. Finally, I was able to have my order taken. I asked the guy if they were really busy today. He said blatantly no. I tried to place my order, and he rushed my order thinking I was going to get what I got last time.. My order was placed. Finally. I got my pizza, and it looked like they bought a frozen pizza from Walmart and placed it in the oven. No extra cheese or meat was placed on my order as I purchased it. This location is TRASH WHICH MEANS MANAGEMENT IS TRASH AS WELL. THE WHOLE STAFF MUST BE TRASH. If you value good pizza, never go to Domino's again. I hope this was helpful to pizza lovers!“

They kicked told me to create your own pizza and I could have as many toppings as I wanted. We also got salads. We got their little whoopi cake right? Now this is mainly a to go or take out pizza joint, so it's not really full of atmosphere but with that said, the food was really good. The hoagie was toasted, packed with fillings, and very flavorful. The garlic bread was a big surprise, it reminded me of homemade, the bread was the hoagie buns and it was toasted up nice and tasted very good. Take out French fries tend to get soft by the time you take them home, but these stayed pretty good. Of the three items, these were the fries were third. Thus is a place i will (and since my first visit, just have) order more hoagies and garlic bread.“
