I have seen this written about her in other reviews as well which leads to believe this is a common trait in how they treat their customers. Would not recommend this place.“

“We loved loved LOVED the macarons from Melody's Macarons!! We were looking for the perfect pastries to give as a thank you/christmas gift at our favorite hot pot place and we came across Melody's Macarons on Google. We called them up and within 15 minutes we were at the owner's front door placing our order. 5 minutes later, she came out with a bunch of beautifully decorated and wrapped macarons! My daughter could not stop gushing about how we need to bring macarons to every function from now on!

“Cosmo One is hands down one of the best spots in the DMV for beef shawarma, absolutely unmatched! I drove over 30 miles just to try it and it was well worth the trip. The chicken kabobs and fresh salad were excellent, and the pistachio shawarma was a unique highlight that did not disappoint. I just wish it was closer to home, I’d be there every other day. Until then, I’ll happily keep making the drive.“

“This cake was DELICIOUS!!! My friend purchased a Randy Cake for my twins 1st Birthday. Hands down the best tasting cake I have ever had. The picture doesn’t do it justice. It was lemon cake with almond buttercream. It looked amazing and was scrumptious to eat. In addition, she made gluten free carrot cake cupcakes that were equally tasty. I had the banana cream cheesecake and it was the best cheesecake I've ever had. The flavor and texture were so rich without being too heavy. We were also able to get gluten free cakes which helped immensely in accommodating the dietary needs of everyone in our office.

Delivery was on time and they were super polite and considerate. The cakes came packaged very nicely and with neat labelling. We loved doing the at home tasting and appreciated that Ocean took the time to do a video call with us before we booked!! The team includes a free cake on your one-year anniversary so we didn't even have to worry about boxing it up after the wedding. My only regret is not getting enough cake on wedding day lol guess I'll just have to wait until our anniversary 😉😋!“
