“Eggs & Sushi is a hidden gem!! I've driven down Fullerton a bunch of times and just never noticed it until today. We went ahead and checked it out for breakfast since it wasn't quite lunchtime - the food taste and quality was amazing! We had a egg and cheese on a bagel, a breakfast burrito, and a smoothie. The service is fantastic, everyone working behind the counter is so friendly. The food was prepared quickly and was hot and fresh. They also offer smoothies, assorted beverages, coffee, espresso drinks, and even have beers and sake. The atmosphere is like a really cute little deli with a few tables and a sushi bar.The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions, we're definitely planning to come back for breakfast sometime and want to try their Japanese lunch options. I'd definitely recommend checking it out!“
“I stopped by here a few weeks ago for a coffee and muffin. They were both delicious, but most noteworthy was the service. I was traveling for a nearby vet appointment and had my bird with me, so I couldn't leave him in the car alone. I called and requested curbside delivery, and the staff person kindly provided it. I tried giving her a cash tip, but she refused.Thank you so much for your kindness. It can be stressful making a 4+ hour round trip with a pet, and you made my day brighter and eased some of that stress.“
“I worked an internship in the same building as this restaurant for 2 weeks. The first day, someone at the company told me about the restaurant, so I decided to go there for lunch on my first day. I got a Triple Club sandwich without the lettuce and tomato. Let me tell you, it was the best damn sandwich I have had in my life. I went back there every single day, and tipped 20% every time because the owners were such lovely people. It was $20, which equated to an hour and a half of work for this sandwich every day, and it was worth it every single time. I’m heading back to college tomorrow and I genuinely think the thing I will miss the most will be this restaurant. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this place!“
“I stopped by and ordered the steak and cheese (bulgogi style) and the salmon poke bowl. Both were delicious! The owners were very friendly. While I waiting I was offered a generous sample of their soup of the day, a beef minestrone. It was delicious as well. Highly recommend!“
“A refreshing experience in NoVa, there are plenty of these kinds of places, they're just hard to find. Upon finding it, I was not disappointed after having had my interest piqued upon reading earlier reviews.I walked in around 10:30 am on a Monday, I was the only one there, other than the lady at the front who was waiting there for someone to walk in. In I walked, and I was promptly addressed, very friendly and accomodating! The burrito was fantastic, excellent flavor of the Pico and bacon, held together with the egg and cheese, hash browns cooked to a nice crispy texture. And to top it all off, the hot sauce sealed the deal. ?Perhaps the place could use a little lightening up perhaps, (the blinds were down, or maybe some more art on the walls, felt somewhat cateteria-esque yet homey and welcoming at the same time. The burrito was fantastic, excellent flavor of the Pico and bacon, held together with the egg and cheese, hash browns cooked to a nice crispy texture. And to top it all off, the hot sauce sealed the deal. ?Will definitely be back to try some more sandwiches!Parking: 10 am on a Monday, tons of space.“
“I enjoyed delicious food with my extended family visiting from overseas, some of whom lived in Pakistan for a long time. We ordered the Halwa Puri, and they loved it.Parking: We went on a Tuesday morning so there was plenty of parking in the shopping center.“
“Despite Saint Patrick's Day parade and rain, The Omelette Cafe delivered brunch Grade AAA, in taste and in display, without delay. Friendly servers also made our day feel sunny side up. (Hurray!)((Do these gracious aces need more space on normal days?))“
“This place gets very busy but we were lucky enough to go with minimal wait (Saturday at 9:15 am). About 5 minutes later, there was a long line with a half hour wait time. We know because we were seated right behind the cashier/front counter and we could hear the conversations at the front, though we would have preferred not to. It was no big deal because their service was great. Our server was attentive and gave us great recommendations since this was our first time dining here.We ordered the avocado toast, traditional breakfast, million dollar bacon, and coffee. My husband really wanted his home style potatoes crispy, well done- almost burnt. I know it’s an unusual request (or not) but his potatoes were prepared as usual, not burnt. We didn’t ask for them to re-cook it or anything because it wasn’t life or death. lol The avocado toast with eggs was delicious and so was the million dollar bacon. The coffee could definitely be better as it has more of a sour note than anything. They probably use robusta beans. One thing is for sure, we left First Watch feeling full. We had to walk around the shopping plaza just to give our body a helping hand digesting the yummy food. There’s plenty of free parking because it is located in a shopping plaza. There are even free EV charging stations in the parking lot- you just have to be lucky enough to find an empty spot. All in all, I would go back to First Watch for breakfast or brunch especially with my friends for a girl’s day out.Parking: Parking - shopping plaza. Free EV charging stations spread out.Kid-friendliness: Lots of parent with kids there. Very kid-friendly.“
“Bought the Logan wrap. It was definitely worth the price. Thick cuts of mozzarella combined with chicken breast, tomato and onions to become a satisfying and surprisingly sweet wrap. Will definitely come back to this establishment for the other options on the menu.“
“Food was good, and there seemed to be plenty of options, including Mexican Coke (low FODMAP, by the way!) Service was okay, but I wish the cashier would have offered to help me open that Coke right away; Mexican Coke doesn't use a twist-off cap. Tables were all dirty when I sat down, but a cleaner was aggressively cleaning tables and carpet while I ate, so I guess they were playing catch up. I wish there had been less sweeping directly to my left, right, and front while I was eating lunch, but I guess it all needed to be done.“
“I love this place but hate that they do not allow substitutes. Also many of the items are pre made and not from scratch. Now what I love is the small town atmosphere, the prices, the service most of the time and the meals. It's my go to place on Saturday. Usually always busy before noon. No reservations and seat yourself.“
“Really great Ihop. So many great options on the menu, and servers are always willing to work with accommodating pork-free options. I've tried a plethora of dishes here since I've been coming to this restaurant for years now, but my personal favorite would probably be the pot roast on the menu for lunch, and the chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast. The turkey bacon with eggs are also pretty good, in addition to the steak and eggs.“
“I've only been here once but it was such a wonderful experience. It was my first outing with a girlfriend and my little one and the staff really made us feel welcome and taken care of. Here and there, aside from our server they were checking on me and the little one, if she was ok or needed anything. I found that very kind and helped w/ my nervousness for taking care of little one during a day date in a restaurant. This is an uber late review. I was here during the holidays and the decorations were really cute and festive. Our server was Laila and she was very sweet and friendly. The food was great as well. I had the pancakes and my friend had the el presidente burrito w/ homemade salsa, both were awesome and homemade salsa stood out enough that my friend ordered some to go :D It's a great place to go that's family friendly, great food, and wonderful service.“
