“If you’ve got a sweet tooth, Crumbl is dangerously good. The cookies are massive, soft, and served warm—basically a dessert lover’s dream. What really sets Crumbl apart is the weekly rotating menu. There’s always something new to try, from classic chocolate chip to wild, creative flavors like churro, key lime pie, or cosmic brownie. Some are hit-or-miss depending on your taste, but when they hit, they hit hard.

The presentation is also on point. The pink box feels premium, and the cookies look like they came straight out of a bakery photoshoot. They’re rich, thick, and shareable (though you might not want to share).

Only downside? They’re not cheap, and they’re definitely not “health food,” but for a treat, they’re worth every bite.

“This bakery is my go-to bakery for sweets when I'm in Eden. They have so many different items to choose from, it can get overwhelming if you love everything or if you have no idea what's good:

My fave items include (but not limited to):
-sesame ball (red bean or custard)
-egg custard
-bánh bao xá xìu
-any fried item

They are tucked away in a corner, not too hard to find. The place is pretty small and can get very crowded.

The prices are very inexpensive, and they offer a small discount for higher quantities (buy 5, get 1 free).“

“Bought a custard bun for $3.50, very reasonably priced unlike other bakeries. Was very soft and buttery, not a lot of custard inside but the quality of the bun made up for it. Will come again.

Parking: very busy and there was construction going on so parking was a bit difficult and the drivers in this area are not very safe to be around

Wheelchair accessibility: small somewhat cramped store, so likely would be difficult to maneuver in with a wheelchair“

The cashier is helpful, accurate and very nice. I drive across town just to get their Orejas, absolutely wonderful pastries too! This shop has some talented people making excellent authentic baked goods.“

“Stopped in to get this restaurant’s reputed Banh Mi. It was Sunday so a tad busy, about half a dozen people waiting on their Bank Mi orders. It was well worth the wait. The shredded pork and tofu Banh mi we had were fresh, large in size, and delicious. Definitely the best we’ve had in the DMV so far. Now we know why there was a long line. We’ll be back next time for the buy 5 get one free deal.

I saw the millefeuille and I couldn't resist. It was super delicious...yummy. It was fresh and the caramel and filling were very very good. I need to go back again. Reading the reviews, I will not recommend their cakes. Excellent place!!! My mouth is watering...The empanadas, the elephant ears and the millefeuille were amazing.
