“First time here on a Friday night. We had reservations that were mixed up. Even though the restaurant was expected to be full they accommodated the 6 of us. The owner came over to greet us. I told him that this was my first visit. (Everyone else had been several times) Oh then he proceeded to bring bite size samples for me to try. He then offered up suggestions as to what I need to have for an appetizer, main course and even dessert. Food bursts with flavor. But the real experience here was the service. First class. Thank you all for the dining experience.“

“We ate here for one of our Friday night family dinners. Loved that there were already a few dishes on the table - salad, spicy, pickled radish, japchae, kimchi and regular radish. Then one person delivered water for the table. We all ordered the Puzukan special. I ordered the herb pork belly and pork galbi. My oldest ordered the spicy pork bulgogi and ribs. Hubby ordered a thick pork belly (unsure of the name) and regular beef bulgogi. Youngest ordered brisket and spicy beef bulgogi. I love that they cook for you. The young lady who assisted us was wonderful. My daughters also ordered a fruit drink that was quite tasty. The other waiters delivered the accompanying banchan which were pretty good. The meat was hit or miss. My youngest loved both her choices. My oldest didn't like her ribs because they were sweet but enjoyed the spicy pork. Hubby's thick pork belly was completely flavorless even with the sauces. There was no helping it. But his bulgogi was good. My herb pork was decent but the galbi was freaking amazing. We also ordered the cheesecake mango bingsu which was honestly the highlight of the night. Overall we give this place a 4.“

“You have got to ask for Jay Kim, he is the best server in the house. He was patient and ever so helpful with us as first time hot potters. I had a vegetarian hot pot, well, except for the dumplings. Although they have no vegetarian options, he worked with me and provided me with an alternate option. It would be more awesome for them to add it to their menu tho for those of us who just love veggies. The broth is vegetarian based so it makes sense to have a vegetarian option along with it. We had a party of 8 and Jay Kim made it so much fun!!! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh. One other option that would have been great to have would be fresh ginger at the sauce bar and mushrooms on the vegetable plate. We were all pleasantly pleased with our food. The ambiance is very nice, low light but more than enough to cook and enjoy each other's company. Jay Kim made sure we always had what we needed. The sauce bar was amazing, so many choices. I recommend making a few bowls, some for the broth and and some for dipping your cooked food. If you get any type of meat, also make a sauce to marinade the meat. You don't have to but it made a good difference. Meats are thinly sliced for quick cooking and again,so fresh. The price was worth the amount of food and the experience. There is an all you can eat option or an a la carte option where you just get one meat selection and a vegetable plate which was more than enough for us as a party of young ladies. This was a great first hot pot experience and I definitely recommend it, just make sure to ask for Jay Kim. I know you will enjoy it!!!“

“Epic SmokeHouse – Arlington, VA Overall Rating: 8/10 Parking lot upgrades at the Pentagon brought G-FORCE to Arlington, but we didn’t expect to stumble upon BBQ royalty just a mile down the road at Epic SmokeHouse. Let’s just say… the name fits. We kicked things off with the App Sampler—and every bite hit like a flavor freight train. Smoked wings so tender they felt like they’d just left the hog pen—crispy skin, juicy interior, absolute perfection. Burnt ends? Melt-in-your-mouth with just enough sauce to whisper "I’m fancy" without screaming it. And the Kalua Pig Rolls… I still don’t know what’s in them, but I want to shake the chef’s hand (or hug him). Then came the showstopper: Brisket Poutine. Hand-cut fries crisped to golden excellence, smothered in rich brown butter gravy, melty cheese curds, and that sweet smoky brisket—topped with green onions and sesame seeds for that crunch-and-pop finale. This dish is dangerous… the kind of comfort food that makes you forget what day it is. “We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Bourbon & Fig! Luis provided the best, most outstanding service! The croquets were a wonderful appetizer! Two of us had the filet mignon and both were cooked perfectly with delicious mashed potatoes and asparagus! Yum! Our friend had the pork chop and it was buttery tender and delicious! We shared three desserts - chocolate mousse, cheesecake and olive oil lemon cake, all of which were divine! If you want a fine dining experience with delicious food and top notch service, this is the place! It’s a gorgeous restaurant, beautifully decorated! Oh and the drinks were great, too!“

“The best Vietnamese food hands down! When I’m in the area I always have to stop by Le Bledo to get a banh mi and a soup. The consistent quality and attention to detail is what makes this place great. I know what to expect so I’m always satisfied with my food from the fresh baked daily bread to the variety of Vietnamese classic soups such as pho, bun bo hue, and bun rieu 😋 10/10 highly recommend and bring a friend!“

“Yesterday was my first visit to Elephant Jumps. I was impressed by the many menu items I’d never heard of before, especially the ones that said there was no option to substitute ingredients, even the meat. “I recently visited Panera and had such a pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere was clean, and the customer service truly stood out!
It was actually Easter, and I had a long, emotional day—I had taken my mother to the hospital and, being 8 months pregnant, I hadn’t eaten yet. I was exhausted and overwhelmed. But an employee named Anthony completely turned my day around.
His attitude was amazing—so polite, patient, and genuinely kind. He treated me with such care and respect, and in that moment, it meant everything. This is exactly the kind of customer service we need more of today.
I’m so grateful for that experience—it’s honestly going to be a core memory for me of how customer service should be. God bless him!“

“There are so many pho restaurants in NOVA, but Pho Hai Duong has quickly become my favorite. I order their combination pho with extra hoisin and jalapeños at least once a week, and with their early opening hours I can even get pho for breakfast! I love the quality of their meat, the flavor of their broth, and the consistency of the meal each time I order. I definitely recommend this restaurant and feel spoiled to be able to eat there so regularly. 💯“

“Szechuan Delight has maintained over 30 years of consistent good food, unchanged great taste, quick customer service. I was living off beauregard st. behind the old shoppers in 1995 and working at my first job at arby's when I discovered Szechuan Delight. There were always very affordable and quick.. Items used to be around 5.95 or $6.95.. They have excellent lomein, hunan and szechuan dishes. However what is very unique to that restaurant is their Chicken & Hot Garlic dish. In course of time, after college, I moved to maryland, then florida, followed by long stay in europe. I have never found anything close that their chicken & hot garlic sauce dish.. Every chance I get to visit virginia, perhaps every few years, I try to stop at szechuan delight for that dish and even after 30 years, it still tastes exactly the same. I've looked up thousands of instructions and could never replicate it.. I hope my next visit, the chef might allow me to learn how to make that dish, so I can enjoy it while living in europe.“

Ordered the following carryout lunch specials for myself and the kids.- General Tso's Chicken- Crispy Orange Chicken- Chicken with Broccoli- Sweet & Sour Pork- Pork Fried RiceThe gentleman behind the counter was nice and smiled when I entered.The prices were really reasonable and the portion size across the board was good.The kids and I enjoyed everything, especially the orange chicken and sweet and sour pork. “Like any restaurant, the server can make or break the experience. I am doing a 5-star review because the service was exceptional. Our server today was Bahrom. He made suggestions, answered our questions and stopped by the table often. Me and my coworkers are putting this Olive Garden in our regular lunch rotation, thanks to Bahrom.“

“Food is typical Panera. Coffee bar is there. They get it done quick and have the typical ordering pods near the actual register as well as a pick up area and status board.
This Panera has something others don't. The young person there when I ordered was genuinely interested in providing great service, kind, and actually wanted to be good to everyone that came in. They even seemed to recognize regulars. Even if it was fake, it was appreciated.
Only negative was that there wasn't any place to plug in my laptop, but I get it. Still a nice surprise compared to the one near me.“

“I’ve visited this new Panera on post a few times now and have been quite impressed, despite some negative reviews I’ve seen. The staff is very courteous, and our food has consistently been excellent. Given that there are limited food options on Fort Belvoir, it’s understandable that this location can get busy during peak lunchtime hours, especially since it’s a new and popular spot. Order well in advance and utilize walk-in instead of the drive through if you suspect it will be busy. We also had our office lunch catered from here, and everything was prepared on time and to a high standard. Many thanks to the entire staff!“
